Rally Subaru

Had an appointment today to get a window replaced along with recall work. Had this scheduled 2 weeks in advance, dropped the vehicle off @0830. Said they would be done by 2, hadn't heard anything by 130 & called, said they needed until 3. I was in the area quarter after 2, only to see my vehicle had not been moved since dropping it off. Not only that, they were charging 1.5 hrs of labor (roughly 300), when I was told by the subaru on the west end they out source window replacements for $160. Very unimpressed, waste of my day.zero care or sympathy from the service advisor. Will never return for anything service or vehicle related to this dealership.

I had a great experience here! Everyone I met made me feel right at home and I was not at all pressured. Angela helped me every step of the way and I am so so grateful for her help. Her guidance was very much appreciated. Miguel was my sales consultant and he’s the best! Answered all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. I really appreciated his patience. Doug and Jordan also really helped me a lot. Not only did they make the car buying process smooth, but I also got a lot of advice and guidance I probably wouldn’t have gotten at any other dealership. Needless to say I felt very welcomed by everyone here, I also had Rami, Angela, and Rio check in on me to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was so nice! Will definitely be coming back:)

We have enjoyed working with Miguel Diaz. He is very professional and knowledgeable and has a very nice and respectful attitude towards customers with a nice sense of humour which we appreciate. Update: I went back to Rally Subaru this summer and I was welcomed by my absolute favorite sale person, Tristen. He was super helpful and had the best suggestions for not only which car to buy, but also what accessories I needed as a big dog owner. I bought a 2023 Crosstrek Outdoor here, and Igor was my salesman. I ordered in March 2022 and it came in August 2022, so the wait was significant. This, however, is due to supply chain issues and out of the dealerships hands. Igor was transparent about how long it would take when I ordered. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership were great. No pushy sales tactics or pressure to upsell anything. There wasn't a ton of wiggle room on price, but they also aren't charing markups like a lot of others are right now.

Wife and I went looking for vehicles, where we met Miguel. What an awesome employee, none of the harassing or hounding like we got from other dealers. Very polite and just an overall fantastic person to deal with. Ended up going with the Crosstrek and it was an amazing choice. Added benefit is he was very friendly with our small dog and even let her in the dealership and allowed her to come with us on the test drive. Dog friendly dealership, never seen that before! 1000/10 would recommend Miguel and the folks at Rally.

Sheenu was a very attentive sales person and did everything I person could ask for by way of customer service! Rio in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. All in all, a highly satisfactory sales experience!

Too much problem with new car pls don’t be fool to buy Subaru. Don’t west money in recession time.first of all there service department too much busy because of car quality. Sales department are free because of car quality. I bought new car from them and I did each and every service from them and my car engine is burning lot of oil and poor performans.so it’s not necessary to go for service to Subaru it’s not make any difference. Pls kindly request don’t buy Subaru I be fool so pls don’t be more fool.

Our experience at Rally Subaru was excellent. Igor was very professional, knowledgeable and kept us informed regarding our vehicle while we were waiting for delivery. When picking up our Outback he spent time to explain and demonstrate all features along with the safety aspects plus answering all our questions.

We were well looked after having some unexpected issues. Well informed as to what was happening and checking in.

He was able to detail all of the award winning safety features that Subaru has to offer. After just a short test drive, the car was able to speak for itself. No other vehicle out there feels like it can handle our -40 degree winters quite the same. If you live in Edmonton; driving a Subaru should be a requirement.:)

Do not hesitate to give these folks your business! I had to wait 5 months (and 1 day) to pick up my new Crosstrek, but Tristen kept me posted with frequent updates and made the entire purchasing experience simple, relaxed and straightforward. On the day of delivery, Sheenu did a great job walking me through my vehicle and Rio was amazing with finance, not pressuring me into any add-ons I didn’t want/need and being extremely reasonable when it came to pricing on the couple of extras that I did select. This spring I found myself in need of a new vehicle at a time when buying any vehicle was more expensive and more competitive than usual. After visiting and calling several other dealerships in town, I eventually got around to Rally Subaru to check out the Imprezas and Crosstreks, and I wish I had just started there. After so many disappointing, fruitless, and frustrating interactions elsewhere, Igor Reva was the first sales rep that I had met that didn’t annoy or insult me and he really knew both his product line up and the market. He was incredibly patient as I hounded him with questions for several days and stay admirably optimistic in the face of my pessimism and indecision.
I ended up trading in my car and going with a Limited 2019 Crosstrek. Having driven it now for a couple of months and looking back on the process, I could not be happier with the vehicle or my experience at Rally Subaru and Igor’s knowledge and attitude were essential to both of those.

Also, big shout outs to Rio in the Finance dept and Michelle at the maintenance desk (and whoever was working the shop that day). Rio was also very patient and knowledgeable. When arranging some financing he had or found answers to every little detail I needed to know while going through this process for the first time and on the day I was picking up (and in more of a rush than I would have liked) he handled some last-minute curveballs like a champ. I’ve only had it in for the first scheduled maintenance with Michelle, but the communication was excellent and clear—no surprises—and again, cheery answers to all my questions.

In general, I’ve found the staff at Rally Subaru to be incredibly friendly, accommodating, realistic, and competent.

Excellent check in service, complete with an Uber drive back and forth, well-organized and very professional customer care and great communication via text, email and good turn-around. I felt valued as a customer. They even washed my car was was sweet!

Warranty check for my Subaru Forrester was painless! Booking was efficient and easy to complete. Servicing was complete within a couple of hours and I was treated to a car wash! Great service throughout the process. Kudos to everyone from the front end staff to the mechanics to the support staff!

Brought my 2013 Forester in for the airbag recall/replacement. Making the appointment was easy and convenient. On the day I dropped it off, unforeseen circumstances prevented them from getting the work done, but the folks in the Service Dept were apologetic and and lent me a loaner to make up for the inconvenience. They got my car in first thing the next day, and the pickup was smooth since they had everything ready to go for paperwork. Great staff that are willing to go the extra mile, definitely recommend Rally Subaru!

Had the worst experience here today with Miguel. He seemed to be nice at first and picked me up from my place, even after forgetting about my appointment that I made with him last week and I had to remind him of today. After test driving and some negotiations, he refused to budge on the car prices. So I politely told him I would need to think twice, and his attitude changed drastically and questioned my purpose to visit the dealership. He then reluctantly wished me a good day and left his office impatiently. I had to walk home by myself as I didn't bring any cash or bus pass. Avoid this sales rep at all costs.
(My friend told me she had a pretty good experience with another rep here. I should have phoned that one, instead of calling their sales hotline and getting assigned to a random rude guy.)

Fair pricing considering the Covid induced shortage of vehicles. From the initial test drive to pricing to expected delivery times they were upfront, honest, and it was just an overall hassle free experience which I appreciated. Vehicle arrived earlier than expected which was great. I’d recommend them to anyone.

My 2020 WRX had a low voltage on the battery, got it boost and then check engine light is on plus hand full of indicators lights. Call the dealership and they need me to tow in and check, at the same time i ask them to put a nail in one of the tires.
Next day, i received a call in the afternoon and said car is ready when i pick it up.i was charged for reset the engine light but nothing was done to the tire. Very upsad to the services department. With a car only 1 year old and check engine light is on, isn't covered by warantee.i feel like got rip off. Also my car done a service B there a few months ago.the 2 hours services just got the filter changed cost me $700 dollars.funny there are no price list post anywhere in the services department.

Always great service when I drop my vehicle off. Honest and reliable staff and mechanics. I feel safe and in good hands bringing my baby to Rally. Just recently finished getting my A service done and just noticed that they washed my car. I live in the country so I'm always driving on the highway. Bugs are insanely difficult to get off and Rally managed to get it squeaky clean! It's the little things that count too. Highly recommend this location for sales and service

Workmanship could be better. Had my rear differential oil replaced and now I'm having to deal with a leak from there.

Was told my other car had premature brake wear since the lubrication dried out. I bought my car for brake lubrication like my manual says so it's like it wasn't completed properly by this place last time.

And it never ends, after the brake service, car keeps on losing brake fluid, going to be third time now. They can't figure it out and have started to threaten charging me $80 now.

It doesn't seem like maintaining a good customer experience is their priority. Otherwise it seems like the only good thing is they still cover rides to and from for servicing.

I once thought purchasing a car is stressful but the experience at Rally changed that impression.

I purchased an 2021 Ascent. It has been a week of driving it and I am loving everything that comes with it, the power, the space and all the safety features.

If you want a Subaru, Justin is an awesome guy you can talk to first. He is genuine and professional, and mostly importantly, he wanted to create a win-win situation for his customer. He went over all the key features of the car and followed with me after the purchase to see if I have more question.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Rally Subaru and I had a great experience dealing with Scott Patrick. He took the time to walk me through every aspect of the mechanical inspection report, Carfax report and any other details relevant to making the purchase. The entire process was very smooth and transparent. After dealing with a few other dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised by how much easier it was to work with Rally Subaru.

I booked my husbands car for initial maintenance change oil & stuff. The ladies there are friendly & doing their awesome job. We love the email reminders for the appointment. We did wait quite a while for our car to be finished, but we kinda expected it already. They said they will give complimentary car wash, but I dont think it was done- but its not important. Overall experience- very good.

4 complete battery failures over a 2 week period. I had to charge it over night. It wouldn’t take a charge the last time and I had to get it boosted. The soonest they could get me in was 10 days later. When I got there, they questioned my knowledge on “proper chargers” and charging batteries, and then made me wait for over 3 hours to “properly test” the dead battery.

Sorry, but I’m also choked by the $185.00 oil change charge. I suggested that Mister Lube might be a little less expensive, and got the “potential for voiding your warranty “ statement.

Otherwise, the coffee was good and everyone was very polite. And I did not receive several appointment reminders and service follow ups.
