Logan was super helpful in helping me, a newbie to quads, select a great quad that was reasonably priced and can plow my driveway. He was very patient and thorough - very friendly service!

Not only was my buying experience pleasant but even after I had the misfortune of having my ride stolen - Jeff had heard about it and reached out to me with a solid deal to replace with this year's model. I went to look at motorcycles at this dealership for the first time ever a month ago. Upon entering the building, I was immediately greeted by Logan, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also had the opportunity to meet with Mark (service Manager) and he answered all my questions about potential bikes - he is also great to work with. I ended up purchasing a motorcycle from them and I will definitely be buying more in the future. I highly recommend Ralph's Motorsports - it is a group of good honest people.

In Calgary it is hard to find a reputable location for timely repairs to older ATVs. So I drove the extra distance of Ralph's. The symptoms were vague (hard to start, quitting) But the mechanic determined I needed a carb rebuild on my 2004 Suzuki LF400. The work was done quickly. The estimate for the repair was accurate and reasonable (it was mostly labour). No upsell, no nonsense. And the problem was fixed. It starts like it is brand new, even at -30C.

Having purchased a few new snowmobiles over the past few years I have had the unfortunate opportunity of them needing repairs. I tried multiple dealers and the service at Ralph’s has been excellent even though they were not purchased from them.

I took our two Prowlers in, for an overdue servicing and it was all a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Took my quad in for a fuel leak and had them look over what else needed to be replaced. Also had a valve adjustment done and replaced the front end and rear-end components.very well priced and on point explained what need to be replaced they are honest and trustworthy and will be bringing my other quad there for a overhaul thanks again for your hard work

Sales was so so. Service is good. Parts is amazing One issue is sale/financing put the extra warranty on without telling me about it and they said there was no way to remove it they should be asking customers if they would like extra warranty not just automatically applying it.

Jeff and Justin went over the top and literally bent over backwards to please myself and my daughter. Their customer service is on another level. We were treated like royalty in every sense of the word they were patient. They listened, and we ended up exactly where we need to be with the machines that we bought as well as the price point. The repair shop looks like a Hospital and we met a technician and he was just so happy to be employed there and have been there for a long time. Customer Service is alive and well at Ralph’s Motorsports. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.

Great dealership for Kawasaki and Suzuki products. Clean and presentable. Lifesaver as I was able to find side tank pads on a short notice. The staff was friendly.

I was so disappointed, but Stacey was more than helpful and made sure I would have something to present to my husband for Christmas. The package arrived today! Just took home my 2021 Teryx 4 LE, I want to say that the process was fantastic from start to finish. I was dealing with Jeff in sales who's customer service was a 10/10. He made the buying process fun and easy by being easygoing and just an all around pleasure to deal with. I ordered extras for my machine and Justin in parts was awesome too. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I then was dealing with Mark in service to arrange install of new parts on my Teryx and some repairs on my others quads that I have. So all in all my experience was very good at Ralphs and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys, I really appreciate everything. Ill be back for sure.

I was not happy with the $6000 toro I bought. Felt like it was a floor unit, boy was I right after 6 months of use. Never buying again.

Typically the dealer responds; oh well dont have you under that name.yes this review was not under the name on the bill of sale. However I can say honestly that I will not direct customers to you due to poor quality of products and service is not anywhere near where it should be. Furthermore your response as an owner is comically riden with assumptions. This reflects on your professionalism.

I walked into the dealership casually looking for a sled and possibly to learn a bit more about Arctic Cat along the way. Both my fiance and I were impressed by our experience even though we hadn't purchased anything. Given a few minutes upon walking in we were able to look around without being hassled by salespeople. After a short bit we were shown around at different sleds and at no point pushed to buy anything. We will more than likely be making another trip back. Thank you!

One of the best shops around. After only going there twice, with nothing more than being with a buddy that was buying a few things, they new my name. From there it went to Dan treating me like I’m the only customer in the shop to Mark always taking the time to give me a hard time about something. To top that off Eric is one of the only techs/parts person who actually tells you how it is rather than try to up sell you on something you don’t actually need. These guys will treat you right and you’ll always be welcomed at the door by Chantelle like you’ve been a customer since they started.

Called 3 different places in Calgary looking for ramps for my Side by Side. Dan answered and said he could get what I was looking for and would get back to me with a price. 45 min later he called back with a price. I told him I was just waiting on another supplier and would let him know As I had already called 2 other places in Calgary. Never heard back from any of them. I called Dan back and he placed the order for me. Had them in 2 days. Excellent service. Thanks!

Very expensive. I got suspension parts for my Arctic cat ATV from Ontario for 75% cheaper than Ralphs. Ralph's charges 4 times MSRP for the parts I needed. $110 dollars shipped to my door from Ontario when Ralphs would have been over $400 dollars. I bought a youth's 2018 Arctic cat 150 from Edmonton for $1500 cheaper cause Ralphs would not apply the factory rebate to the exact same atv. My consumer dollars are spent where it makes sense.

To add comments to the owners response for my review I have this to add; The price I was quoted for bushings, axles, washers, nuts (wearable parts) for my arctic cat's suspension from your store were around 4x higher in price than arcticcatparts.ca which is out of Ontario.seems they are an OEM authorized dealer and so are you. Interesting that for a lot of the same make, model and stock number items, you are more expensive than this site. As per the arctic cat 150 I bought out of Edmonton I had e-mailed your store and your response was that "I heard they were blowing out those items, we will be happy to supply you with parts and service when you need it". I did not find out that the arctic cat 150 had a factory rebate to the dealer until the salesman in Edmonton informed me upon purchase. All I can say is honesty and integrity play a big part in where I spend my money.

Fantastic service from parts, financing and sales. Family business that treats you like family too. This is our 4th off road vehicle we've purchased through them and due to the excellent customer service would highly recommend them hands down.

Terrible service and zero help taking care of my warranty issues after i paid over 15k for a brand new sled, had missing parts as well after inspection. Please choose a different dealership to purchase or service your motorsports, ever since Ralphs spoiled children took over this establishment it has never been the same. Ralph treated his customers with honesty and respect and would turn in his grave to see his children run his business in this manner.

So I Just moved to Calgary and brought my brand new (literally 1 week old) 2019 mountain cat in to Ralph’s. It wasn’t running or starting properly. We eatablished that the spark plugs were faulty (gap out of spec). I left with a $200 bill to change them out. Rick says he can’t see any reason why I wouldn't feel good about that bill, seeing as the machine was brand new. When I reminded him that the machine came from the factory that way, Colleen (?) and Rick looked at me as if I was speaking another language, and kept repeating that spark plugs aren’t a warranty item. Rick continued in great detail on how much time he spent diagnosing the problem (really?) and adjusting my track. He also openly slandered the dealer I bought it from.very classy.

I offered to pay for the parts and maybe a reduced labour bill (spark plugs are a real labour intensive procedure after all) to get out of this awfully painful conversation, but Rick said he had been in business for 40 years and he had to “keep the lights on”. He sincerely thought he was doing me a favour by not charging me for an exhaust spring they changed out and tightening my track - that I had specifically asked them not to do.

I guess I’ll buy parts here when I’m in a bind but I wouldn’t get too excited about spending $19k on a new sled if you want reasonable
Customer service. Reading the reviews it doesn’t look like I’m the first guy to find out that Ricks not too good at hounoring the intent of a warranty.

I’ve owned 6 sleds over the last 6 years and I’ve never left a dealership feeling so annoyed in my life.

It's because of their excellent staff and customer service that we've patronized Ralph's Arctic Cat for over 30 years. They always strive to give the best service, best price and during the times we've needed parts or repairs, they've always had us up and running before our next weekend of riding, in fact they've even sent parts on the bus to BC so we didn't have to cut our weekend short. Ralph was an unforgettable guy and his daughter Colleen and son Mark have carried on his passion for motor sports by continuing to run a top notch business in his name. It's clear they care for their customers AND staff.

I came in to get some advice on weights for clutching and thy cane out and checked my sled and found found that my belt was to looks and needed to ad a shimmi they said the can have it good to go for the mountains only took 30 minuets and they educated me on what’s the setup on my clutch since I bought it used and told me how to take car of it, all and all it’s definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer I would rate it better if I could definitely deserves better than 5
