Just had Kel from Ram come and clean our 2 bedrooms' carpets and fireplace. He did an amazing job.he is a very nice man Highly recommend Kel / Ram Carpet cleaning!

Zero star. They are literal thieves.
This is a very honest review of my experience with Ram Cleaning Services.
I initially booked a carpet cleaning service based on a recommendation from a family member.

The technician Tim comes by and I point out some problem areas and he says “Oh yeah, most of this will come up no problem. The red stains likely won’t budge but in my experience the rest of this will lift. ”
Cool. Sounds good to me.

We go back into the home after the carpet has been dried and all the stains are there, and our paint job is marked in 8 spots. Essentially it was a glorified vacuuming experience with a side of property damage.

I email back seeking some form of resolution and spoke to Tabatha. I sent her some photos of the damage and she said she’s get back to me.

In the meantime, I have not heard back from Tabatha, yet my card has been charged for the full service. I would hope that we come to a resolution ahead of final payment but I guess this is Ram’s first day doing business.

Tabatha offers me a $40 refund for the paint and says no more about the carpet.
I can appreciate she’s just doing her job so she transfers me to her supervisor, Holly.

Holly is vile. Right away she was on the defence.
She accused me of sending the same photo more than once and gave her opinion on how minor she thought the paint fixes were, I don’t think Holly understands what pride in ownership means. At one point she says “Tim didn’t say that! He would never say that! ”
Interesting Holly, I didn’t see you there at my house!

She proceeded to offer sending over their painter to fix the work…? I don’t want just anyone doing it, I hired my painter based on specific qualifications.
Holly’s justification? “This happens to us all the time! ”
According to Ms. Holly, Ram is not in the business of carpet cleaning but they will charge you to ruin your professional paint job.
This unhinged woman then proceeds to speak over me the entire time, I could hardly get a word in. I honestly doubt she even knows what my concerns are.

In the photos it’s visible that we are still working on our house. Holly’s solution? “If you’re still painting, just have your painter touch it up! ”
What Holly fails to consider (because she didn’t listen) is that we hired a professional to do the finishings. (Just like we thought we were doing with Ram)
Our professional painter has packed up and is long gone… Holly, did you ever consider that people work on their own homes? !?

I suggested a 50% refund for the service not yielding the results Tim said it would, and the inconvenience and cost that we will have to incur getting our painter back in.

I repeatedly declined the $40 refund and maintained my position of 50%. They started to ignore my calls so I resorted to a credit card chargeback for the whole amount, which I won.
I had Ram in my house in July. In October I received a letter that they were in receipt of my chargeback, however wanted me to pay full price again. Today is November 22 and there is a charge on my credit card from them again.

You are literal thieves, and I hope you enjoy being investigated for fraud.

Their cleaning set permanent bright orange spots into my area rug and rendered it unusable. I have no pets and these stains were not on the rug when it was dropped off. They basically used a chemical or process that turned all previous water marks on the rug orange.
They delivered the rug without communicating their damage or attempting to fix it. Will never recommend or use this company for another service,

Unfortunately had a bad service. Unprofessional behaviour on the part of the maids, they were unable to clean the one bedroom apartment in the time allocated, which can happen, however, whatever they cleaned was not thorough, I had to go back and clean up what was not only left, but all the chemical residue left on my walls, bathtub and the inside of my oven. I was told they needed extra time and they were booked, which is understandable, again whatever they did was not thorough. They spent half and hour waiting for some gloves and other supplies. Had to clean my toilet, wipe down my bathtub, finish the inside of the my oven, wipe doesn’t the window sills and closets and finally broom and mops my floors. It’s astonishing how much was left! If one were to extend the time I would be concerned on the quality and poor behaviour. Had my building manager step in for the last inspection and had expressed we over paid for this service which he had recommended. I wish I had kept an before and after picture of the apartment so you can judge on how much work needed to be done and what poor quality the cleaning was done.

Just had Kel from Ram come and clean our carpets. He did an amazing job.our basement was badly stained.we knew lot’s wouldn’t come out.but he got most out! Awesome job.so impressed! Very easy to talk to! Thanks a million Kel! Highly recommend Kel / Ram Carpet cleaning!

Leaving a bad review is not something I enjoy doing. I actually hate doing it. However, it's something I resort to when all else fails. Last year I had Ram clean my kitchen and bathrooms in preparation for showings. The results were abysmal and we ended up redoing these areas by ourselves. After multiple conversations with Holly, I was assured that we would get a full refund. Well, after 14 MONTHS, many follow up phone calls/emails, and their constant assurances, I still have not received my refund. The pictures don't lie. Again, I don't usually resort to public shaming and try to settle privately. But 14 MONTHS is a long time.

This is honestly the worst window cleaning business I have ever worked for I highly recommend you finding someone else to do your window cleaning as I am an employee but have quit as of today due to the fact that they do not have any proper equipment since the first day I started all their equipment are run down. Employees if they have a problem they don't want to hear it they tell you that it's been working for years absolutely disgusting their equipment does not work in window cleaning and in power washing I highly suggest you get somebody that is a small business and can actually do the work for you. I was employed through them for nearly 30 days on commission on 30% but when it comes to payment the 30% is split between two people so it's 15% each but for the work we do it's not worth it there's zero training I have 7 years experience in window cleaning and power washing and this is the worst of the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Do not hire ram cleaning service or Windows or power washing you will lose your money you will be paying for nothing find somebody better.also they state that everything's been working for them for years how come there's no employees that want to do the window cleaning for them and the power washing because the equipment does not work.

I would not give this review even a star but I have no choice.

I had been a RAM customer for 20 years. I hired them to clean my wall to wall carpets.

This year, I hesitantly asked them to clean my valuable vintage hand-knotted Persian carpet. Holly assured me that they do clean Persian carpets and that they had done this for 40 years.

Little did I know that they don’t use any specialized cleaning techniques for expensive Persian carpets. It turns out that they simply use steam-cleaning, just as they do for wall to wall synthetic carpets and also charge more for it. Outrageous.

If you know anything about Persian carpets, you would know that steam-cleaning wool/cotton can damage your carpet. You can’t wash your wool clothes in hot water, so why would anyone steam clean a wool/cotton carpet.

I was never told this critical piece of information when I spoke with Holly. Obviously, she was uninformed. I feel bad for all the individuals who have been fleeced by RAM, thinking that their treasured carpets had been properly cleaned.

The 2 guys who came over to pick up my carpet were OK at first, but once I started asking questions, the Filipino looking man started giving me a lot of attitude. He quickly became very rude and dismissive about my concerns.

I told him to go ahead and take the carpet away, while I consider what to do. After researching, I confirmed that I was correct. Steam cleaning is not a good idea for wool/cotton carpets, so I called RAM immediately and told them not to do anything with my carpet and just return it to me. Which they did after one week and dumping it in my living room with no regards.

In conclusion, if you value your precious Persian carpets at all, do not use RAM for this service unless you want to be fleeced and get terrible service and attitude.

I WILL NEVER EVER USE THESE IDIOTS FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. I RECOMMEND DOING SOME RESEARCH ON OTHER COMPANIES. YOU WILL LIKELY END UP SHELLING OUT MORE BANANAS, BUT AT LEAST YOU WON’T GET MONKEYS.

This is the worst window cleaning and power washing service you can ever receive very low standards. If you have a problem they do not listen they don't care about your opinion. I own a large window cleaning company in Toronto looking to invest and start a new window cleaning company here in Calgary this is the worst window cleaning company I have ever worked for and have ever seen. The equipment are very outdated nothing is fixed everything is broken you don't have a voice you don't have opinion if you work for them do not work for ram cleaning services.
Do not hire ram cleaning services for any of your windows or power washing it's an absolute mistake. They use a water fed pole system that filtrates the water but how is the water supposed to be filtrated if the resin is not changed when needed it completely defeats the purpose of us trying to clean people's windows. As a company owner in Toronto Ontario and working for this company ram cleaning services I have dropped my standards from 110% to below 100%. Absolutely disgusting and for them to be charging thousands of dollars for Windows for commercial properties and even doing residential properties is an absolut scam.

Do not hire I repeat do not hire ram cleaning services for your windows and power washing needed you will regret it completely.

Don’t take anything valuable to get cleaned here! Is there a way to give minus stars? Dont believe their
Guarantee of trained professionals in cleaning upholstery! Or their 100% satisfaction guarantee! This has been over a week of back and forth with staff saying they need to talk to supervisors, they aren't at liberty to discuss our situation because they didn't do the cleaning personally and un-returned phone calls. We have been back and forth bringing chairs across the city for them to look at, at our time and expense.
We had a set of six Restoration Hardware vintage french round chairs in linen. We had got another company to clean the chairs and they were left with watermarks, So we then brought one chair into Ram to see if they could be fixed. Ram had the chair for the weekend and when we picked up the chair it looked great, stains gone. Perfect! We will bring in the other five chairs. A week later we picked up the chairs.they looked a little lighter? But I thought maybe it was just the lighting in the evening? Until the chair was side by side with the first cleaned chair, Then you could clearly see they were different colours! The last five looking almost bleached! I called and they told me they do not use bleach in their cleaning process, ok well whatever was used has made the chairs a different colour! They then said I could bring in the one chair had they could make it look whiter like the last five? ! Heres the thing! I bought linen chairs and liked the colour they had been originally! If I brought in six black chairs and you turned five blue, would you just say sorry we can make them all blue? ! Heres the other thing! Yes the chairs are a few years old, but they are expensive chairs! On your website it clearly states “ Full insurance against any work related mishap”. Well Id say this qualifies. Horrible customer service! Instead of owning up to the mistake they have just been avoiding and redirecting calls. So not only have we not had our dining chairs, we are out the cleaning fee and now need to buy or reupholster the chairs! So be aware that if you choose to use Ram cleaning services you may need to think if you are ok with replacing or having damaged goods!

Tim arrived punctually to clean my mother's carpets earlier this week. Along with the regular cleaning, he did stain removal and he sanitized the carpets. This delightful young man was very organized and efficient in completing his tasks. We were extremely pleased with his work and we appreciated his pleasant personality. Your company is blessed to have such an amazing young man representing you. Our experience with Tim has us recommending your company to others.

It was my good neighbour’s word of mouth referred me to Ram cleaning chimney, it proved perfect choice, Especially, this company representative, Holly, took me thru the process, so clear, so thorough, so helpful.top notch service, I thought she must be the owner of the company, how could she, otherwise, be so thorough, so down to earth, so willing to giving all she got to customers? It just wonderful experience, I cannot take it for granted! Good things, good people, good business like this one shall prevail, and prosper.at least to let the world know, this why I took time doing this review!

Worse cleaning service I've ever dealt with. Booked a move out clean for the house and it was to be completed in 1 day as we had to return the house to the landlord the next day. Showed up late and I had to call the company to make sure they're still coming after they called us they were going to be an hour late. The hour they told us had pass and no calls. So I personally had to call RAM services. Didn't even give us a heads up that they're late AGAIN UNTIL I called.

A move out clean is very simple and self-explanatory. Any additional request was to be given in a list which was. I didn't think I had to leave a list at the house when it was already emailed and provided before booking. As there employee even told me just to email them the list to the confirmation email I receive so they have it ready for them. Then all the sudden, when I called on Monday the excuse with the list is I emailed the list to the wrong email address. Yet how does that make sense? I would think common sense is the reply back to that email I received from them so everything is in 1 thread which would be easier for them to go back at if something was missing. I guess not.

Now the clean they did. 2.5 hours of cleaning and all they did was mop the first level and vacuum the second floor. After telling them what needs to be done and they still didn't do it. For example, baseboards. The excuse they provided was an absolute joke. They have all the cleaning supplies in their possession and they said it couldn't be cleaned. Yet a simple damp paper towel was able to get the baseboards clean. They said it was too tough to clean off. They also said to me on the phone when I called and explained to them I wasn’t happy is that they said maybe the product the cleaners used in the beginning made it easier for us to wipe down. WHY ARE WE WIPING IT DOWN!? That is their job to do when we're paying them and it was requested to be done in the first place. I also requested the basement to be clean. Wasn't even touched. Not a single thing was done in the basement.

I can keep writing and writing on what they missed but you already can see this is clearly unacceptable. All they said is when nothing is fully clean is to add more time = more money when we specifically said we needed the house cleaned in 1 day. They told me 3 hours was plenty to get clean so they said coming between 1 pm to 3 pm is plenty of window time. I guess since we were the last job of the day, they can just do the bare minimum clean and be on their way. They also missed so many simple things, like a wipe down on counters and ledges. I didn't think I need to request a wipe down on such simple things. I trusted RAM service because they've been in the business for so long. But I was wrong. The staff is rude and one of their employees hung up on me when I was trying to explain the issues that had happened. No voices were raise as all I wanted was a resolution.

The best part is they won't do a thing for you too. The lady on the phone did not even call me back at all. So my personal experience is hoping that people don't spend money on companies like this. Spend the money on independent mobile services because they will make sure the job is done right as they’re self-employed and want their business to continue to grow.

I have used RAM for over 30 years and have been extremely happy with all the various services they provided. I have used them at a rental property, as well as my residence for carpet, blinds, sheers and sofa cleaning as well as flood damage control. I have always been happy with the work done, the friendliness of the technicians and the care they take when they are in my home. Also, the technicians are very considerate in giving you a courtesy call prior to arriving.

When we were out of the country a few years ago, I received a call about a sewage backup at our rental property. I called RAM and they were able to go out right away and did a super job with the cleanup in the basement.

Last week after completion of house renovations, I used RAM for the first time for vents and ducts. Rich was the technician who came out, and he was professional, friendly, and very considerate of my new paint job and carpets. Thank you Rich for the care taken, and awesome job in getting rid of all that dust!

Holly has been my contact at RAM and she is so friendly, efficient and very helpful in providing information on any of the services they provide. It has been such a pleasure dealing with her all these years!

I will continue to use RAM as the need arises, and highly recommend them for any of their services.

Ram Cleaning Services were great. They were on time, did a great job with our two area rugs and brought them back when we arranged.definitely earned our repeat service

We had Duane out to clean our carpets and the carpets weren’t cleaned at all. We think he just sprayed them with something to make them wet to the touch but once they dried we could tell they were just as dirty as before. Really disappointed and NOT going to use or recommend Ram! It also looks like they purchase five star reviews so beware!

I would highly recommend Ram Cleaning Services. They were professional, precise and affordable. We used their carpet correction and cleaning and we could not be happier with the work they did! Thank you again for helping us get our home ready to sell! We will definitely be using your services in the future!

I ended up spending 2 hours cleaning after they left. They said they did walls, baseboards and floors, I took pictures of the mud and crude left after they cleaned. I don't understand what they were doing for 2 hours but it was a huge waste of money for me and time for them. Wish I could leave a longer review but theres a word limit here.

Its sad that my 2nd review ever comes from a No Quote on the job. My Perspective, cherry picking the good jobs. I had a flood, most of it got cleaned up by another emergency service provider, but my suite (waiting on insurance for confirmation coverage). After the original service provide failed to fix their mistakes with the condo and adjacent suite, another vendor came in to finish (yes its been a gong show). So after insurance approvaled the damages and repair, and a slow condo management company, I took action into my own hands to seek three quotes to get my place finally fixed. Still waiting on a no quote confirmation email.

I am very pleased with the services of Ram cleaning services. I was able to get next day carpet cleaning and my tech arrived early and did a great job. I will definitely recommend Ram cleaning services to family and friends. I will be using their services again myself.

We called to schedule a carpet cleaning for our business and they were able to come that same day. We had Bill come and do our carpet cleaning and he was wonderful and did an amazing job!

There is damage caused by that man who come to my house last year for the furnace cleaning. Prior to the appointment, I call the co.to remind the cleaning person that my filter is a en eletrostatic filter, it has to be disconnected before cleaning, otherwise, it will cause damage to the filter.

After he left, there is sparks on the filter, something that never happens before. I notice it as I was doing my laundry. You send another guy to come by, clean that filter, he said the sparks is due to dust on the filter. I said to you the sparks is caused by NOT unplug the cord to the filter prior to cleaning. And after I re-plug it back in, it works. But only for a short time. Since then, I try to clean it the filter every time it sparks, and the most recent time, cleaning it no longer makes any difference. $130 is lost on this electrostatic filter by this co.

Very disappointing. We hired Ram to do a spring clean up. At first glance it looked nice however we soon realized so much was not done. We asked for one bedroom 2.5 bath and kitchen area only to be cleaned. Booked 2 people for up to four hours. We have a dog so yes hair is an issue however the couch was not vacuumed, kitchen cupboards not washed, toilets still dirty spots, showers untouched, cobwebs on light fixtures, light switches in main area dirty, master bathroom cupboards not washed. All top surfaces were done, floor vacuumed and mopped and mirrors cleaned. I immediately sent RAM pictures of a house that was clearly still dirty. They said the GPS had the cleaners there for 1.47 hours and “they did their best. ” I explained the job wasn’t completed. 2 people for almost 2 hours for one floor open concept 1000sq feet 2.5 bath is shady with photos to prove almost everything missed. The pantry door for goodness sake was still covered in fingerprints. Management offered no support or solutions. Not even sending someone else to finish the job, which we would have paid for. Just too bad so sad. Unacceptable cleaning, management, customer service and no accountability. Also charged us the full 2 hours after speaking with management. Bad experience all round.

Extremely disappointed and would give 0 stars if it was an option.

We hired the company for a MOVE OUT clean. We arranged for a 3 hour clean with 2 cleaners at 1 pm Saturday afternoon. We were asked to give a credit card for a deposit, which we did.

The cleaners called once to say they would be an hour late. Then another call to say they would be an additional half hour late. We had moved previously the day before so we re arranged our day to accommodate the fact they would be an hour and a half late. At 230 pm when they arrived we met them at the house.

We had provided a list of what was needed prior (included in pictures) and how many rooms and levels (including the basement) were in the home. We were quoted $400.00. When they arrived we asked that the baseboards and windows be done as well. The 2 ladies barley stopped to listen to what we had to say (they were walking up the stairs not even looking at us) and went about their business.

At 504 pm (2.5 hours later) they texted (not called like previously through out the day) to say they were done. When we went back to inspect we found that only the upstairs carpet had been vacuumed and main floor hard wood had been swept and mopped. As you can see in the photos no windows were touched and neither were the baseboards. The cleaners left a note on the bill saying "baseboards wouldn't come clean". I took a damp paper towel and all the dirt came off. The kitchen, walls and doors was completely untouched. And to make it better, the door to the basement was never even opened. They had not vacuumed or touched a single thing in our basement. We paid $400.00 to have one floor vacuumed and one floor swept and mopped. Not to mention we paid for 2.5 hours of cleaning when we arranged for 3. Ram has said they will not reimburse or compensate as we "should have been more clear" with our list even though they did not touch a single thing on our list. We are disputing the charges with our credit card company and have reported them to the BBB.

We own Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds and had no idea who we should call to clean them. Did some research on the web and made a call to Ram. Our service experience was nothing less than superior and did they ever do a nice job with those blinds.
We would highly recommend Ram!

We have used Ram for our place many times. The last time was for rug stain removal and steam cleaning. Leon was friendly, professional and very capable. He called in advance and arrived on time. We were very pleased with the results.
