Ramada by Wyndham Drumheller Hotel & Suites

My boyfriend and I stayed in a suite at the Ramada Hotel and we were absolutely happy. Very clean rooms and hotel, nice and competent stuff and good breakfast. We can absolutely recommend it, everything wen very smoothly.

It was indeed a pleasure being there, on check in, we asked for a ground level room, and we were accomodated immediately.fantastic service, the breakfast was above and beyond.recomend to anyone going to drumheller

"Wow" is the only word to describe this hotel. Great pool with a slide and a good basic hotel room. The breakfast was great.probably the best setup I've had. Fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, and pancakes to name a few. Great place

Good room but only problem is pool is too short i can touch the ground on the deepest part and injured my leg coming off the water slide since it’s too short but overall 3/5

Clean room, big and really fun pool with a slide. Good breakfast with lots of options. Water, coffee and tea available 24/7.

Staff was great, room, pool and hotel in general was clean. Lots of towels, wifi was good, water in room was hot with strong pressure, a/c blew cold, breakfast was great. Kid had a blast on water slide. Very family friendly. Places to eat close by. Very satisfied with our stay. Will personally recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the dino's.

Hotel was great. Breakfast and pool were awesome. An ideal place to stay with children. I realized the next morning (after we had left) that I had left a few items in the closet and was worried I wouldn’t get them back. I called and spoke with Devan, he immediately went and checked my room closet (my room hadn’t been cleaned yet) and they were there. He told me I would just need to arrange a courier to pick them up and he would pack it up for me. I should be getting my package today! So grateful for his help!

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was probably one of the better - if not best, we have experienced in any hotel recently. An absolute pleasure to have chosen this hotel.

Although I was unable to find a room that met my needs, Jennifer was extremely pleasant and professional. She went above and beyond helping me with my phone issues. I was traveling alone so I could not justify the cost of the Honey Moon suite lol. I married my beautiful wife just over 24 years ago. Edit Oct 6,2022. Wish I could chat with Jennifer. As a friend of course, I think I could use a professional like her. Criminal something rather she was. Fascinating! James! Take care and stay safe everyone!

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced and the staff was exceptional. We would definitely stay there again.

Pretty good hotel. Room was accommodating. Had a fridge and microwave. Sink in the main area, not just the bathroom sink which was nice. I do feel the prices are a bit high for what it is. Nothing special. There were a few minor details of the room that needed to be fixed.
The pool was nice but I wish there was a more shallow area for young kids, but otherwise was good. And more seating for breakfast, obviously this is a hard subject with it not always being im sure, but paying over $300 a night for a basic room, I'd expect not to have to wait for breakfast or skip out. But overall, not a bad hotel.

The hotel was easily located and the lobby was comfy and clean. The tall male staff member (sorry I didn't see your name!) was super helpful and explained everything instead of shoving us the keys. The room had a window that opened, a bathroom fan, an awesome powerful shower, great pillows and a huge fireplace. The room also smelled CLEAN! NO old musty smoky type of smell. Very happy and will stay there again. Oh and breakfast was packed but efficient and food was always full. Great staff.

3 of 5 stars is Good. And that’s what this place was. Not new, but clean and a cheap place to lay your head down for a few hours.
Decent breakfast included. Nice staff at check in.

Took the kids to Drumheller, and I'm so glad I stayed at this hotel. The air conditioner kept our room cool in a heat wave. Breakfast was great and my kids loved the pool.

This location is a must stay!

King Rooms are spacious and come with all the necessities. Only draw back was that the fridge didn't have a freezer. Great pool with a fun water slide for the kids. Very happy with this hotel!

Ramada gave room away before I checked out was forced to move to another hotel would not recommend Ramada Drumheller unless to a enemy. Your enemies deserve this treatment you don’t

Old, dirty rooms, small TV's, and old, soft mattresses. Our room (upgraded King Suite) had the a view of the canopy, as shown in the picture. The pool was cold, and the hot tub was tepid. I was definitely disappointed by the overall experience here, and it definitely wasn't worth the $200 we spent to stay. The one bright spot was the breakfast, which was on par with other hotels of this caliber that we have stayed with. The breakfast earned this hotel it's second star.

Edit: . Added another star as the front desk staff reduced our room rate by $75 on checkout to compensate.

I would highly recommend this hotel. They have wonderful staff who are accommodating, efficient, and approachable. Kudos to Devan, Candance, and Marilyn for their awesome service at the front desk.

Additionally, I also enjoyed the variety of breakfast food that they have. In particular their hot scrambled eggs were awesome!

Overall, this hotel made us feel like valued customers. Thanks Ramada!

Nice clean room. Decent size. Keurig, minifridge, microwave, and sink. Lots of towels, clean beds. Nice pool and water slide! Hot tub. Hot and continental Breakfast. Would stay again and recommend!

Went for my daughter's fourth birthday.the staff went above and beyond to set up a birthday greeting in our room, it completely blew us away and made our weekend magical.

My wife and I just spent two nights here as part of our honeymoon. It was superb! The staff were all kind and thoughtful. When they found out that we're were on our honeymoon they upgraded is to the honeymoon suite at a really good deal, AND gave us complimentary wine! When we walked in to the room or jaws dropped at how gorgeous it is! The jacuzzi, the post bed, the robes, and high ceilings made us both feel really special! At every step the staff, whether the people at the desk or the breakfast lady, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We highly recommend staying here!

Very nice room, even had an extra sink outside the bathroom! Lots of space. Downside: low water pressure in the shower. Could be a room specific issue. They brought back a hot breakfast option, with one person serving it out. So good! The snack/convenience store area is also handy. Plenty of sanitizer stations in public areas.

Was a wonderful weekend! The hotel was clean and felt very safe for my family and I. The staff was helpful and very kind. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the breakfast (especially my little boys, they loved the pancakes) and the ability to have the pool time! We safely felt a taste of the 'normal' that we've missed so much. Great location too! Highly recommend spending at least two nights and 3 fun filled days at this hotel & the great town of Drumheller. You will leave feeling recharged!

This is the perfect location for a family getaway! My kids loved the pool and the breakfast, it was just what we needed after a year of COVID. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and the pool was a blast!

Stayed here for the weekend with the family. Check in was easy and registering for the pool and weight room was just as easy. The way they have everything setup for covid creates a private pool and weight room use which I found very nice. Not giving five stars because I found the breakfast a bit limiting and we were hassled when attempting to bring our food to go to our room instead of eating in the dining rooms. Over all a great place and will stay here again if we are ever back in Drumheller.

I booked a jacuzzi suite for my husband's 50th birthday. The hotel gave me a really good rate plus went above and beyond by decorating the room without being asked. Left a card and present as well as a bottle of wine etc. Staff was an absolute dream to deal with. So polite! Definitely will be back!

Hotel was good. Pool was great and warm. Our room was clean, staff were really friendly. However breakfast was terrible (re-heated pancakes and eggs from a carton).

We were pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. The service was outstanding (especially the extra helpful breakfast attendant). The suite was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great location the complimentary breakfast was a welcome add to the stay. The staff was super friendly. The only downer was no hot tub with the pool as COVID still an issue would recommend

We planned a birthday trip for our little girl who turned 5. We visited all the sights that makes Drumheller awesome. Checked in about an hour early, Vera at the front desk helped us. She said we could check in if our room was ready. She checked and then said we could. We were so very impressed and loved the personal and friendly welcome we received when we came back with our luggage and was met by the manager herself. WITH a small birthday gift for our daughter. It was so very nice and really made my little girl smile. We then unpacked and settled and went out again for the rest of the day. We returned in the evening tired, from exploring and heat. Got ready for bed. I noticed that the coffee station was not stocked as you would expect. I thought it strange.but chalked it up to Covid-19 new protocol.my husband and I opened up our bed and to our horror.clearly our room was NOT cleaned before we checked in and the SAME SHEETS THAT WAS USED BY SOMEONE BEFORE US WAS STILL ON THE BED! As in the middle of the bed was a piece of jewelry with a name. We were horrified. Thank God I packed lysol spray.look, the overall experience was amazing! But this oversight was disgusting. It was dealt with by the staff, where it was past 10pm, we took clean sheets from the front desk, we stripped the beds and remade them ourselves. The next morning when we checked out, I made sure I stripped all bedding from the beds to at least ensure new sheets were used for the next person. We were refunded $50.00 excluding tax.

Stayed here with wife and 2 young kids for 3 days summer of Covid. Great place for a family. Lots of good safety protocols. Comfy beds, very clean facility, Good breakfast, very friendly front desk staff, great pool and for a hotel there is a great Full gym as hotel gyms go.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had great customer service from Devan throughout our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Due to Covid19, breakfast was being served to us by one individual which made us feel very safe. But the best part of the hotel would have to be the pool with the fun slide. Our kids were entertained for hours!

Clean. Breakfast was good. Considering covid they could have had hand sanitizer more available- near elevator buttons, breakfast near coffee station, front entrance more available.

Stayed here twice in a month first time stayed for 1 night and second 2 nights, we had a total of 6 guests in the 3 bed double bedroom.
Upon check in the first time we had this nice gentleman who was well organized made check in easy (believe his name was Devon) second stay at check in we had another older gentleman check us in seemed unorganized and grumpy. Pool was great, beds were okay, they need new and better pillows. Would recommend for them to up grade TVs as the one in our 3 double bedroom was very small and not everyone could see also would get big garbage cans as our bedroom only had one the size of a little bathroom one. If you stay here I would recommend dealing with Devon when ever you can!

Decent family hotel with pool and waterslide. Expensive for dated rooms (no usb charging capability in rooms for example).

Absolutely perfect. The hotel is very well kept.the rooms are modern and nice.the breakfast is next level (and included), but most importantly.the staff are absolutely amazing! If you're going to be in Drumheller overnight. I highly recommend this hotel. PS. Ask to upgrade to the honeymoon suite. You won't be disappointed.

Great room and great rates. Had a room with 3 double beds. Worked great with 3 kids and 3 adults. Pool was awesome for the 30°C days we had.

So right off the jump, the woman that helped us was very kind and she got us our rooms fairly quick when we had checked in (even though she kept leaving to grab things, keys, paperwork, but we obviously didn’t mind that) then when we had walked into our room, it had a foul odour, so at first we brushed it aside, but as it got later in the day the smell almost got more pungent, so we decided to call the front desk, or should i say, tried to.the phone didn’t work at first and my auntie literally had to like smack it on the table for the dial tone to work, and when the clerk answered the phone he sounded awkward but he gave us a solution and told us that they had to clean the room but we had to be gone for half an hour, so we decided to go for a little drive.when we got back, the smell was gone, our room was clean and it was pleasant. Why i gave this hotel 2 stars because although the bed was (very) hard to sleep on, the pillows were fluffy and nice, the hotel was clean, and it was tolerable. Also, when we woke up, the woman who checked us in sounded almost annoyed it us (we checked out at 10: 15) and said our breakfast was bagged due to covid, and we thought that was fair enough. We had to ask for it and when we did she’s like “oh.well there are no english sandwiches left” and we were kind of disappointed because you should have enough for each and every guest.by the way in the bags there was a muffin, yogurt, a bottle of water, and a granola bar.not exactly a buffet (lol), and again, tolerable

They went ahead and called my work on me cause they "think" they found ash in my room and threatened to charge my work for smoking inside with no proof of anything or smell.they offer a breakfast in the morning but there is nobody there to serve you day in and day out. I am currently writing this sitting in the breakfast room starving. I'd avoid the canalta and super 8 aswell as they are all ran by the same people in drumheller
