Pool is out of order and this was a big reason we booked this hotel- kids were extremely disappointed.
Our phone rang at 5: 30 a.m from front desk then a dial tone was given. Breakfast wasn’t the best.
Wouldn’t stay again.

Everything was good. Service was excellent, breakfast was very good. The only problem was that is 1hr away from jasper where I was planning to spend the time, but that was my mistake. The place had a lot of dogs so if you are dog friendly is an excellent option. It was quiet good to rest.

Great location next to a quiet, modern residential neighborhood. Right next door to Safeway and amazing views of the mountains on a clear day. Hotel is dated but clean. Breakfast buffet daily was convenient but food could have been better. We stayed in a suite which offered a larger space for us and our dog and cat. While I appreciate the hotel is pet friendly, the room was clearly pet worn. We booked the hotel with the intention of being able to do laundry however, the laundry facilities, spa, and pool were all down for maintenance during our stay. We did not know about this prior to booking. Recommend calling before hand to verify available amenities.

Nice modern facility in a modern plaza that readily has a Safeway, Walmart and Canadian tire store steps away.

This is a really nice hotel in a really beautiful corner of the world. Service was pretty good but the rooms and cleanliness was brilliant. Certainly would.stay here again!

The pool is being renovated FYI. There was no mention of this when I booked. Ice machines were out of order, dollar store pillows, and paper thin walls. Safe to say I will not be staying here again as it was not a pleasant experience. I thought I'd get much more for a $250/night stay. 2 stars for the breakfast.

Rooms are really suffocating, seems like never cleaned. Smells damp and dusty. I’ll never ever recommend anyone to stay at this location.

The reception at the front desk was terrible. I called first and was told that I could change the check-in to the next day. After ten seconds, I called again and a woman answered the phone and said that the time could not be changed because it was set by a third-party platform. Check in on the day of check-in, it was actually the receptionist of that woman again, and said that we could not find our information, and it took half an hour to find out, but it was changed to the next day for me, and then I changed it back very reluctantly. Very poorly given a room on the far side

$300 a night for the lousiest service imaginable. First, a total absence of hygiene in the rooms. In a 6 night stay they have not cleaned the floor not once, they have not changed the sheets, THEY HAVE NOT CLEANED THE BATHROOM, they have not changed the toilet paper rolls, there were never enough towels, and these were yellow and with stains… Second, a breakfast that was embarrassing, with no variety and products of the worst quality. Third, constant noise ignored by hotel staff. Conclusion: a dirty, mediocre and very expensive hotel. I give one star because you can not rate less.

Don’t know what the negative reviews are all about. I stay here several times a year for work. Front desk staff are always super friendly, facility & rooms are always clean & comfy. Rates are reasonable, and you can get a great view of the mountains if you luck out with getting a room on a higher floor of the backside of the hotel. Always enjoy my stay at this hotel.

Bathroom was dirty, shower head was broken- had to change rooms
Reception didn’t answer the phone, after 3 times I gave up and walked to the front desk.
Elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our baggage from the 4th floor
Exterior lighting on the building is poor and flickering of fluorescent lights in the entrance makes it difficult to see.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was good too and good amount of varieties like.potato fried, waffles, bread toast, sausages, omelette to name few. The path to room is not that pleasant and it gives impression that you are walking in a very old place and with that earthy smell

We stayed here during a weekend trip to Jasper National Park. Room rates are much more budget-friendly compared to accommodations in Jasper. Great option if you don't mind driving an hour to get to Jasper (the drive is quite scenic). We had our two dogs with us and stayed in a pet-friendly room. Our room was located on the first floor and at times there was quite a bit of noise coming from upstairs. The pool was closed as it was undergoing renovations (we were informed of this when booking). Self-serve breakfast is included. Go early as it can get quite busy and seating is limited. Hotel is right next to a shopping mall which has a grocery store and Walmart. There are also many restaurant options in Hinton. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and overall we had a good stay. Great option if you are looking for affordable accommodations near Jasper.

If you want a hotel with paper thin walls and floors, noisy, and terrible breakfast offering, everthing was cold and sausage patties looked like they were boiled, people and kids in hallway till midnight with no respect for other guests then this is the hotel for you. Plus they don't tell you till after you book that pool and hottub are closed. Save your 350.00 for the night if this is not appealing to you, I wish I had.

Would give negative stars if possible! The entire experience here was terrible for my whole work crew! None of us will be returning. They knew we were coming a week in advance as well as we called the night before to confirm! So we arrive at 4PM which is when they said we could check in and they tell us NONE of our rooms are clean yet but shouldn't be more then 15-20 min we said no problem and went for dinner at bps as a group. Come back an hour and a half later and none of our rooms are ready still so feeling frustrated we go out and do our shopping come back at 7PM STILL NOT READY! So then we ask when it will be and they say we'll if you want we can put you into different rooms! Are you kidding me! Why would you have not done that right away. Rooms sometimes were not touched. Their pool and hot tube we closed but no signs or anything out to indicate so as well as they did not inform us when we booked. Their breakfast was often very gross and their waffle irons one was broke and the other just burnt you waffle to it or didn't cook it at all even tho its a timed.

I've had better experiences at a Ramada Inn; this was at best mediocre. The room was fine, passably clean, beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was uninspired, did the job. Pool and hot tub were closed, the hotel did make this known in advance on their website but not on booking site. Less than an hour from Jasper Nat'l Park, at the edge of Hinton and a little ways set back from Highway 16 (traffic noise wasn't terrible). Provided breakfast was OK, some of the hash browned potatoes were rubbery, otherwise fine. At checkout the room receipt did not indicate that a $100 deposit had been charged to my card, nor did the staff mention this. Two days later it still had not been removed from my card; I now have to check with credit card company. Not my best hotel experience, especially at the price charged (it was less than competitor's but still almost $200 @ night). Won't be my first choice, next time we're in Hinton.

We stayed here on Sept 8 and 19th/2022. The first night was okay however the 2nd was truly awful. We arrived at 2: 00pm and the lady in front of me at the reception was not very happy also. We were told that the room was not ready and to come back at 4: 00 pm. Unfortunately we did this and were shocked to see the room which certainly was not the type of room we had on the 8th. Nor did it match the booking confirmation that I had. I then went back to reception and they blamed Priceline. I called Priceline and they could not help. As there were no other rooms available in Hinton we had to stay. The bathroom sink was badly cracked with no stopper. The bath had black mold below the overflow and there was a bug that I have never seen before in the bath. When wiping up some water from the floor the facecloth that I used was filthy with grey coloured dirt on the cloth. The rug in the room was stained and dirty. There was 1 dining room chair and no other seating. There were only two coat hangers and I would not want to put my clothes in the drawers. Outside of the hotel and same light that was flashing the first night we stayed was still flashing on our return visit. The receptionists were unwelcoming and unfriendly on both evenings and showed no customer service/appreciation whatsoever. This has left such a bad taste our mouths that we would NEVER stay at the Ramada again we would rather stay at a cheaper and older motel.

Very conveniently located for our drive from Edmonton into B. C.and very suitable for our needs. Special appreciation to Emy D, the hotel general manager, who has helped me out with a post-travel issue.

Place was clean and spacious. For the most part.

Room was awesome

. Bed was soft.pillow thick and covers were fluffy.
We had a king size room right beside the elevator. BUT we never heard the elevator.only the children fighting in hallway and the odd thoughtless traveler whom dragged wheels bouncing into the elevator.
Breakfast was to be consumed in the breakfast area.
We skipped it on day 2 cause it was crowded and no clear area to go to to get a cloth and chemical to wash table.
This turned my stomach knowing my table WAS dirty.and unsanitary, and hotel forbids you to take food out of that room.
I get it that they do not want food hoarding. But feel free to provide clean tables.

Room was fine. Breakfast food was. Food. Not great quality, typical cafeteria style, but it was appreciated having potatoes, sausage, and eggs rather than just toast and cereal (also available). Very busy breakfast area after 7am or so. Food was constantly refreshed.

Good Breakfast-rooms were clean but the location is great there is Walmart in the parking lot and other amenities in walking distance.

I booked my room through the Ramada booking service which was supposedly going to give me the best price. I was ripped off! I was charged more than $100 per night more than if I had paid at the hotel. My rate was $430.00 per night. This is not a $400 hotel as it is well worn with stained carpets everywhere. The breakfast was very mediocre and the walls are thin. I won't be staying with them again.

Very nice & clean place, room was clean and of very good size. Bonnie 100/100 at Front desk is very friendly and helpful, will definitely stay here again. Awesome breakfast

When I made my booking via phone they confirmed me the swimming pool was open, but when I reached there it was closed.
FYI, I made a booking just for my kids in order to swim because it was so smoky outside and hot.

Stayed here on our way home from our wedding in Jasper. The front desk staff were slow, unwelcoming, and extremely unhelpful. Later in the evening we returned to the hotel with takeout food and asked if we could use the dining room as a place to eat. The staff were completely unaccommodating and did not even offer an apology. Will not be returning.

Stayed here for 8 months while working in the area. I really enjoyed the place. Great customer service and rooms were clean! I’d recommend this place to anyone travelling thru Hinton.

Very good hotel to stay close to Jasper National Park. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very neat and clean. They provide very tasty breakfast every morning. They really take care of their guest. Our stay was very enjoyable there.

Many things are old and weds update. Rusty shower head, cracked sink, peeled leather chair, etc. Shower curtain is falling apart.

Great location, very clean, only problem I encountered was the night front desk manager knocking on my door at 11.30pm telling me to be quiet. Thanks for waking my family up. Maybe get the right room next time.
