What a joke! If you have anything less than perfect credit forget it. Even renting in the same house for almost 13 years doesn't matter. They have vacancies but rather help people to the street. Should be ashamed and you lost a very good possible tenant. I'm sorry I don't have perfect credit, covid hurt many people including me.

Jacqueline was so very nice and helpful to me in getting everything in order for me to finish my rental agreement. This was truly very smooth and easy for me to get in to an amazing apartment for myself. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at ranchlands Grande Prairie look forward to spending the next year with you wonderful people.

Rental Manager Jackie is Pushy about filling out the application forms with a fee of $25. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Not worth saving money, only to deal with an aggressive Rental Manager.

Wothout any word of remorse or respect to my lease as a secondary member, it deeply saddends me to here them take it out on my credit history for none payments and give no clarity to the reason i have no housing credits.not rwcommended.buyer beware.

Very unprofessional. They ask you to shovel the snow if you are planning to rent a ground level unit. Why would anyone with limited mobility shovel the snow? Never heard of any apartment buildings requiring tenants to shovel the snow when the rental cost is supposed to cover building maintenance.

-Un helpful rude, un informative employees
-Over priced run down apartments claimed to be upkept have the same gross carpet from 40 years ago.

I have lived here almost ten years now and am very comfortable. I have mostly wonderful neighbors and maintenance has been very responsive when they are made aware of any issues that have come up in that time. I love it here.

I have lived at Ranchlands for 4 years now. I have never had any major concerns or problems. Maintenance has always been prompt; they and the cleaning staff are so friendly. I love all the updates and improvements that have happened. I find the office staff so friendly, especially Jackie. She always has time to listen and is quick to reply. Great customer service. I just renewed for another year!

Nice apartments. Office ladies are good at dealing with issues. I had my rent autopay fail to come out. They got the error code for me.

Just moved in and the experience with the staff (especially Kyrie) has been great. Their services were fast and very pleasant. They are always willing to help.

The town houses everythings falling apart and cupboards, fridge, dishwasher, toilets needs maintanence, for $1300 plus utilities a mnth. Went to go use the gym at 3: 57pm since it closes at 5pm and as we walked in the receptionist stared and glared at my 8 year old and I like we were going to disrupt her evening, didn't say hi back and when I asked "if we could use the gym for 20 minutes? " She didnt answer, slowly got up smirking at the other staff and took 10 seconds to answer so I said "or not" and she couldn't even apologize or say we could use gym. I was so embarrassed infront of my son. Horrible staff at the office. Please look past the incentive rebates because you can't even use the facility and your rent after utilities is $1600, $1700. The ladies should start looking for other jobs if it's such a hassle to let renters use the gym at 3: 57 pm when it closes at 5pm. Worst thing she would of had to do is throw our sweat rags in the dirty pile. Can't stand lazy people.

One of the Worst rental companys in Grande Prairie, buildings are full of mold, freezing cold in the apartments when it gets below -20, parking is extremely limited, with just enough space for small cars to park, can't get coinmatic to fix washing machines, the only positive note about living here is the pool and gym access and the polite lady's at the office.

Basic apartments priced ok, fine to live there if you must. But when you go to move out they will try and rip you off anywhere they can. I know numerous people that they tried to rip off and I had to fight tooth and nail as they tried to charge me nonsensical move out charges. Glad to be out of there

I have lived at Ranchlands for a few years now, they are truly a great organization. The staff, from the office, to the cleaners to the maintenance are friendly and efficient. Fair rent, timely attention to maintenance, helpful staff and friendly neighbours, all in a fantastic location!

Jacquie is the nicest, most helpful person I could have asked for. She helped me figure out what I wanted, sent pictures, corresponded professionally and was quick to answer any questions I had. She made my move from Calgary a breeze and is a wonderful person! Definitely recommend asking for Jacquie whenever you have any questions about the property, she is fantastic and went above and beyond for me. Jacquie was the reason I chose Ranchlands over a handful of other properties in the Grande Prairie area!

Moving from New Brunswick to Alberta and decided to call Ranchlands home for a bit while we acclimate to the wild west. The application process was a bit frustrating and required far more documentation than I anticipated. Pro tip: make sure your credit reports are accurate and up to date.
The shining star through this all has been Kyrie! She has been so helpful and worked for and with my family to get us approved. She even did a zoom tour of the apartment so I could see it from the east coast! Thank you so much Kyrie!

The rooms of course are subjective, the staff are very nice and will bend over backwards for you as long as you show respect. If you like the rooms and are curious about the landlords, they're a 10/10.

My friend and I just recently moved to grande prairie and we were stuck and having the worst luck with rental companies until we found ranchlands! The best costumer service and truly so helpful with everything and any questions we had they were very responsive and they go out of their way to make sure their tenants are happy with their new home! Jacquie was truly a blessing and absolute rockstar helping two young adults starting off. She is truly an awesome women and the kindest lady! And the rest of the office is just a amazing as well! 10/10 recommend using ranchlands for finding your home!

Not much to say about the apartment itself, but the staff is amazing! The front desk staff/leasing agents are all friendly, helpful, and empathetic and the maintenance crew is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any issues I've had have been taken care of promptly.

Shout out to Kyrie in the office and Jayson and Hector on the maintenance team, these three go above and beyond 100% of the time! All the staff members I've talked to are really great though

We at B&P Junk Removal have been working with Henry at Ranchlands for 3 years now and they are an amazing rental property company!

We have heard great things from people who have rented from these apartments.
Residents enjoy beautiful suites, laundry facilities, and maintained grounds.
They allow pets, have 24 hour security, and are close to amenities. They even have free gym, courts, and pool access.
The suites are nice, spacious, with well designed layouts, storage, balconies, and updates throughout.

Ranchlands is wonderful for our community here in Grande Prairie and we hope to continue to work with them.

Have been living in Poplar Court for the past 4 to 5 years, and right before then in the apartments for 2 years before then. The office staff has been amazing to deal with, the grounds keepers do a great job!

Good value for your money and the staff are very friendly. Ranchlands is a great place to call home, my family loves it here. Good job!

I really appreciate all the help from Jackie and Lindsay at the office of Ranchlands especially during these troubling times. They are two of the most kindest and helpful people that I know. My stay at Red Willow Lodge has been good and I have no complaints:)

I’ve been living here for two years now and I’ve been very pleased. I thought i’d leave a comment today since I had to call Jackie at the management office for a temporary heating issue and she jumped on it so quickly. I’ve dealt with Tea and Jackie primarily and they’ve been amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about the place. I live in building #5 and it’s quiet and clean. Thank you for everything!

I am currently living in the Ranchlands complex and have had nothing but amazing experiences with all of the staff. Jacquie in the office is amazing to deal with, she always has a smile on her face and is quick to address any concerns that come up. Maintenance is quick to respond any time we have needed them they even have someone on call 24/7.

This is more than just a place to live it is a community they are always doing some sort of activity; every summer they do a carnival and BBQ. There is a gym and pool for us to use and they even offer swimming lessons there. Overall an amazing place to call home.

They are always on top of any necessary cleaning or maintenance and the sidewalks are constantly cleaned when it is snowing, the staff are super friendly and it is an overall positive experience living at ranchlands:)

Just a shout out to the maintenance guy Jacob for getting my heat going. He was quick getting here and getting my heater going.

Rent is reasonable, staff is always there to help unlike any other place if you call to fix something they're fast to respond, I don't know what the other guys saying but my experience living here is awesome.if I can put 10 stars I will do it

A nuce place to live with my family, we have a pet and the staff is very helpful and friendly, if you are trying to find somewhere to live this is the place you are looking for

We've been living here for about 2 1/2 years now and very happy to call it home. The rent is more then reasonable and affordable. We feel safe living here, although the parking lot could probably use some CCTV cameras. Although we've never used the pool yet, the fitness room is great and very convenient. The staff are very friendly and whenever we have a maintenance issue, they are quick to resolve.

I just want to thank Ranchlands for finally setting up security cameras. Now if they can something about getting locks on the doors. Overall my stay at this place has been great, love the fitness Center, Henry the manager been great, my Fridge failed and he got me a new one the next day as promised. I rented at other places and it usually several weeks later before anything gets done.

I have lived here now 9 months and I am very happy I made Ranchlands my new home in GP. My 2 bedroom suite with a washer and dryer is very affordable and I like that it allows small pets. Any concerns I have had have always been fixed and addressed with both friendliness and professionalism by Jacquie as she really cares about the tenants experience. Any repairs or maintenance have always been done very fast and Jayson is just the greatest and friendliest maintence guy you'll ever meet.

I have been living in Ranchlands Apartments since 2013 and l currently living here. I have family and I wouldn't put my family where there is no safety, Rachlands quickly acts on any report that may be not safe for residents. Overall it's a great apartments, the only request I have is if they could make the main entrance secured (locks) also camera's in the lobby.

I checked out the Ranchlands buildings a while ago and I had a great experience. The office staff were very friendly! Tia in the office was especially helpful! I am for sure considering moving there!

5 star for the Maintenance guy that fixed my heating this morning, i dont remember his name but ask me to get a review for his work, to be honest hes a nice guy and hard working.

Tia and Jacquie were really friendly and both very knowledgeable about the apartments when i stoped in the office. I am not looking to move for a few months but they still show me a couple apartments and gave me all the information required to move in. There friendliness made the entire experience super easy.

I don't live with them but my kids use the pool for swimming lessons. Property seems upkept but need more parking for swimmers. My kids prefer the smaller more interactive pool rather than the bigger one at Eastlink. Staff had Easter photos when we came in April with a live rabbit. Kids loved it.

I love living at Ranchlands.the only complaint is the door to the buildings need to have new locks installed.

Cheap rent, they allowed my dog in after meeting him. Brutus was approved and we moved into the townhouses next day. They even left a treat bàg for brutus which we thought was pretty cool.

Awesome location with great staff. Very fair pricing and if you have any issues. They respond quite quickly!

I lived been living at the property for 4 years now, going to be signing for another year soon. I can not wait for the annual bbq as it keeps getting better and better each year.

Clean walks.keeps the grounds clean.if any maintenance problems, they are good at reaponding in decent time.the rent is decent for Grande Prairie

I just want to let everyone know that ranchlands is a great place to live they try to keep the place clean, service is quick when i need something fixed, the walkways are kept reasonably cleaned. Would really like to see our doors secured to our buildings.

This is my workplace as well for over a year and I am so grateful for being a part of this company as a maintenance. From the big Boss to the crew members they are all kind and friendly.
I could have nothing to ask for.

I am currently shopping around for an apartment for my family and small dog. When I went in to the office all the staff were very friendly. Tia took me on viewing of the unit right away. I will be going back to apply right away.

They were so accommodating. I showed up and told them I was needing a place by the end of the week and they came through for me! Good job girls of Ranchlands!

I have now lived here for almost 4 years and am satisfied with the service from both the Rental office and Maintenance, especially the last couple years. I would like to see however something done with our main entry door for security as there are no locks on them.

A couple things that would make living at ranchlands better is longer hours for the gym and pool, locks on the doors of the buildings and mor cameras around the property to catch the homeless.
