Very welcoming right from the front entrance! Was warmly greeted by the staff at reception, quickly directed to a consult room to be greeted by Dr. Shaily personally as a new patient of the clinic. Chelsea, who did my cleaning, did an incredible job. Was then directed to a consult room where Johnny (Dr Shaily’s assistant) made quick work of taking all the necessary X-rays and explained everything along the way. My consult with Dr Shaily was thorough and expertly carried out. Dr Shaily quickly had a care plan organized for my next visit. She is warm and welcoming. As a new patient to the clinic I was very impressed with my experience, the welcoming staff, they are efficient and caring. I highly recommend making Ranchlands Dental Clinic your preferred dental provider.

Great first appointment. Met the staff who were all very friendly and welcoming. Appointment was on time and ended on time. Look forward to returning in 6months for a follow up hygiene. Best thing is they are super close to home. Should have moved years ago

Friendly staff from the reception to Tracy the hygienist to doctor Gill. Dr Gill was patient in explaining. He even engaged my little daughter in small talks. Tracy is the best.

First time I have gone to the dentist where I enjoyed the experience. Front desk staff so easy to deal with and Sherry is the best. I am very happy I chose Ranchlands.

Absolutely amazing place. Everyone from the front desk to the people in the back are kind genuine and great at their jobs. I had a tooth fixed at an emergency dentist and it was done terribly. I seen Dr. Shaily and she fixed it perfectly with no questions asked making sure I left their happy. Dr Shaily and her team are the best in town hands down. 10/10 recommend.

Going to the dentist is never anyone’s idea of fun, but I actually had a good time. Everything was efficient and very professional, and the staff were really friendly and fun to talk with (when my mouth was free from equipment). They even had a cooking show playing in the background where a chef creates miniature meals- I assume for a hamster or someone of a similar size- but it did look delicious. Very entertaining to watch while the dentist drains your saliva. I was also given a free mug filled with dental supplies… And it is a good quality mug. I’m actually going to keep this one. 5 stars for the people, the mug, the miniature cooking show and the overall experience.

Although only my first visit, I was impressed with everyone and never had such a thourogh exam with excellent explanations.

Always an awesome experience. I have never been fond of going to the dentist, but everyone at Ranchlands Dental makes it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They price their services very well and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

The whole team at Ranchlands is awesome. So accommodating and just great all around with family bookings. My boys had cleanings last week and it was my almost 3 olds first cleaning. His brother needed sealants so we came back the following morning. Candace and Johnny were so great with my kids my little one insisted he needed his teeth cleaned again! Dr Mehrotra took a few mins to get him back in the chair for a little polish. I highly recommend this team for children, Dr M is incredible with kids and the assistants become like their friends. Makes the experience for them a positive one.

Dr. Shaily, assistant Michelle and hygienist Stephanie are all amazing! My daughter has high anxiety and a fear of dentist, and they are so warm and caring and were fantastic at putting her at ease. Never felt so welcome and understood anywhere else.

Fantastic staff in a very calming atmosphere, which was very crucial for me. Everything was explained ahead of and during the fairly extensive procedure. I was so comfortable and relaxed that I almost fell asleep. I am recommending Ranchlands Dental to everyone I know and will bring my family over. Thank you much!

I absolutely love the place. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They do their best to help. From front desk to hygienist, assistants and dentist. Me and my kid are seen by Dr Shawly and Melissa. They are absolutely amazing and incredibly good with kids. Michelle is a wonderful hygienist. We had a really good experience there.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! Staffa re extremely friendly and don't rush through procedures. They are very focused on making sure you know what is going on and why it is necessary (or not!). Also, they have amazing space age technology x-rays. Would highly recommend!

My 8 year old daughter fell face-first into the sidewalk and cracked 4 of her adult teeth. We went to her mom’s dentist for an initial assessment, but I wanted a further diagnostic image to see what was going on underneath her gum-line. So I took my daughter to my dentist, and from the moment we walked in the door, Ranchland’s Dental treated us like GOLD! They made the entire process smooth and comforting which helped managed both our fears and expectations. They really made my daughter feel comfortable from the moment she walked in the door and went well ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my little girl smile again. Beyond this, their knowledge, expertise, and equipment was superior and made me as a parent feel comfortable having their team do the extensive work needed to repair her smile. We’re now two months past this incident and her smile is beautiful, natural, and she looks exactly like she did prior to falling.
Dr. Shaily, Melissa and the entire team at Ranchlands Dental worked relentlessly to rebuild her smile, and because of their commitment to perfection and patient care, we're patients for life!

Ranchlands Dental has the best staff! From the front desk, to the dental hygienists to the dentists. It is an amazing place and they treat you like family. Just had a cleaning done and it was painless, quick and they use modern day tools and techniques. I no longer dread going to the dentist!

My family has been going here for over 30 years and have always had a positive experience (as much as going to the dentist can be!). All the staff are positive and helpful in reducing my stress levels from a 10 to about a 2! Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I love Ranchlands Dental Clinic. I have been going there for 3 years since moving to Ranchlands and it is truly a hidden gem. Dr. Shaily led my treatment for some major dental work I had been putting off. Her and her assistant, Melissa, made me feel so comfortable and walked me through every step. The whole team at Ranchlands is amazing.competent, patient, kind. They go above and beyond to make the dental experience great. I could not recommend them more highly.

Late Friday night my crown became dislodged. I phoned early the next morning and left a message. I was contacted within the hour and by mid-afternoon on Saturday it had been completely looked after. Can't say enough about the efficiency, courtesy and professionalism of the staff at Ranchlands Dental!

Wonderful and friendly staff. Sherri is my dental hygienist and she is awesomely gentle on my teeth and gums. She let's me know what she's doing and about my oral health at every checkup so that I'm informed and understand what I can do to maintain a healthy smile. Her room is always faultlessly clean and you know that your time in her chair will be stress-free and pleasant. Dr Gill is likewise gentle and patient. I had a minor fracture in a tooth that caused a toothache for years that other clinics could never pin down the exact location of in order to fix, even with x-rays, but Dr Gill took the time until he found it and repaired it. Even if I moved out of this neighborhood, I would continue to come here for this team. Their Covid protocols are impeccable and you know your safety and well-being are a top priority.

I would highly recommend that place they are strictly following and doing everything that can minimize and protect patients from being infected from covid 19.but my suggestion is that due to the evolving cases of covid 19 since physical distancing can not be practiced so it would have been better if the clinic was closed for sometime.the rest of my experience was very satisfactory as always. Teresa was very gentle and very professional and an amazing team member of the clinic

Both my son and daughter have transferred to Ranchlands dental and they both had Tracy as a hygienist. Both kids told me she was the best hygienist they’ve ever had and she treated them very good. Keep up the good work Ranchlands team.

After many years of being a client, had to breakup with them, root canal design a few years ago left a major gap between teeth (aka food trap haven), now it's infected even with using a waterpic many times a day (which they should have recommended initially but didn't when I addressed concerns at visits) and they refuse to meet in the middle financially on fixing it, basically shaming me for not being in more for hygiene checkups (which was a cost issue not a negligence one). And if you add a follow-up review note, everyone should know it will be BS.

Great office. Really knowledgeable from the front desk to the back. Up front about whats you need, and what you might need in the future. A great experience for myself, and my young kids. Highly recommended.

What an incredible dental team at Ranchlands Dental. I had called with a dental emergency as my 7 year old daughter needed a front tooth splinted because of recent trauma. With only 15 minutes left until the office was closing they took us in with no questions asked and happily did the appropriate treatment on her. Thank you Dr. Sayani and team! You turned a very stressful day into a very pleasant one for both me and my daughter.

I wish that my experience at Ranchlands Dental was my first dental experience, it would have greatly impacted my life for the better. If you are like me and are worried about the Dentist, these good people are what you're looking for. Don't take my word for it, try them out.

Just switched dental places and I have to say my first experience with this place has been terrific, every single person working there is professional and very nice. They clearly articulate any problems you may have with your teeth. They show you and teach you why it’s important to floss and clean your teeth regularly. If your trying to find a new dental office I highly suggest them.

I was recommended by one of the dental assistants, Nadia, to pop in and see Dr Sayani because he is so great. Well I have a huge fear of dentists and don’t get regular maintenance like I should. I found myself in a pickle with a broken tooth that was cutting into my tongue and causing a lot of pain. They fit me in same day and shaved the tooth down so it would stop hurting my tongue and then fit me in later in the week to have it extracted. Although I seen a different dentist (I can’t remember her name) the experience was still great. Right from when you walk in the door until you walk out. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve EVER had. And now I feel I have the confidence to do routine maintenance so I don’t have issues with the rest of my teeth. If you have dental anxiety of any sort please go see them at Ranchlands Dental. Such a beautiful space. Big, bright, open and spacious. I love the feeling when you first walk in and are greeted by friendly staff. Everyone is very professional including the dress code which is always nice to see. Excellent service. Treated really well as a patient. Highly recommend.

Stephanie is one of the sweetest hygienists at the clinic. Not only does she work fast, she is also funny and amazing to talk to between rinses!

My mouth didn't end up filled with blood and a bunch of holes, so that's clearly a good thing! Staff are always friendly and helpful and all work done is fairly painless. Despite it being the dentist, I look forward to my appointments as I know I'll leave feeling better about my dental health and don't dread the work they do.

Ranchlands dental is always very accommodating and easy to make appointments with.
In the last month I've had a cleaning and a few fillings done, the staff is always super friendly and inviting they make going to the dentist not that bad.wither it be cleanings or fillings i have always had top notch experiences and feel well looked after in regards to my dental health.

I cancelled an appointment within 24 hours notice due to an emergency situation, and right before Christmas they charged $100 to my credit card with no warning, phone call or opportunity to even pay with a debit card and avoid the interest. When I called regarding this, the lady told me that policy recently changed and now they require 48 hours notice. When I told her that she cannot charge my credit card without consent or even the courtesy of a phone call asking if I want to pay by other means.she LAUGHED. My family (of 4) went to this office for many years, needless to say myself, my brother and both of my parents switched dental offices.

Such a welcoming environment! I love seeing Stephanie and getting my teeth cleaned. The office is also very clean ;) and modern!
