Great doctors, check up and diagnosis with no rush and great with anxious dogs. Amazing pricing

Very unprofessional and lack sensitivity. Place was dirty, no one greeted me upon arrival and they lost my dog’s files. I would never trust them to offer appropriate care if they can’t even manage their files!

Brought my Snowflake her for her spaying. Was recommended by an aquaintance. Everyone here was easy and pleasant to deal with. The procedure went well and she's been doing great since. They are professional and courteous and considerably cheaper than some of the other options out there.

He was very thorough when he examined my dog, i never saw a veterinarian who does all these tests for my dog, loved the quality of care there

Dr. Sam is NOT competent as a Vet. She did not properly diagnose my cat despite multiple visits and gave my cat temporary medication/shots so my cat would get better for a week and then get worse again. She saw my cat one day prior and told me my cat was OK before my cat passing the next day. During the multiple visits, sometimes she wouldn't remember why we were there, and we were rushed in and out. She doesn't know how to handle cats and you need to assist her holding your pet while she takes temperature or gives shots. I would not recommend her clinic and if there is a choice, I would give her zero stars.

I had quite a bit of anxiety walking into this appointment today cuz of mistreatment by my old and now ex vets.

Today Dr Sam and Dr Tarur listened to me, examined my fur baby, showed me how caring and knowledgeable they both are. Where my last vets only wanted to gouge me with expensive and ridiculous testing. Dr Sam found the real core issue and came up with a treatment plan immediately to help my sr dog live pain free, happy and healthy. I am truly grateful I stumbled across this little gem of a clinic and these two amazing vets.

Dr. Sam is the most amazing vet ever! She is so kind and helpful. She sees my boy Guinness for his ongoing allergies and I always feel so safe and calm. Her advice and guidance helps me understand what I always need to do! Mr. Guinness LOVES her so much! Thank you for all you guys do! ️

The new owners are wonderful. They clearly love animals, our recent checkup was very thorough and comforting. Their pricing is fair, and I trust them.

I don't even know where to begin. Dr. Sam her staff are amazing. She has now helped me through some very hard times with my pooches and cat. She takes her time to comfort you if needed, explain costs if it's a concern and you can tell she absolutely loves all the animals that come to her clinic. I will never go anywhere else! She is my vet forever and my if my animals could speak they would agree

I have been to a few vet clinics around Calgary, some in the north and some in the south, but I can definitely say that this clinic has been the best clinic I've visited.

Dr. Sam was very understanding and knowledgeable about what was happening with my cat Prince. The doctor offered a very satisfying care plan that was worked on collaboratively, with Dr. Sam offering her advice as to what the best method to treat Prince would be. Throughout my visit I did not feel pressured into paying for any extra medication or treatments. It is because of this experience, and the wealth of knowledge that she has that led me to believe that Dr. Sam is the best veterinarian that I have been to.

The staff were all very accommodating and welcoming, from the check-in process to explaining the medications I received and answering any questions I had. This was very important to me, as I wanted to make sure I fully understood how to give the medication to Prince.

All in all, I will definitely be returning to this clinic, and I believe it is 100% worth the drive.

I love this place! Sam is really sweet. It's 1st time of my cat to visit the vet, but Sam made them comfortable, and they way she held my cat its shows with care. They also called us after the surgery for follow-up, which is nice to feel that they have an aftercare service, too. Very reasonable fees too, so It made me afford my cats care.

Dr. Sam is the absolute greatest, her love for animals really translates into excellent care. Shes just so pleasant to deal with we are so lucky to live near her!

We simply could not be any happier with our large breed puppy Spot and May's recent spay and neuter experience thru RVC. The quality of care was outstanding throughout the pre-op visit, surgery, and after care.
They truly go above and beyond and don't break the bank with their reasonable pricing.
We are excited to visit them next week for our follow up with the pups and a check up for our senior cat Dexter

Our puppies had their first visit at Ranchlands Vet Clinic. We were delighted with how wonderful the drs were with our pups and in turn how comfortable our pups were with them.

Only one star off because the location is a little confusing, but Sam and the others who helps us were very efficient

Absolutely horrible experience. Do not go here. From the moment I walked in until I left.which was at most 10 minutes. No acknowledgment when I arrived for my cats nail trim appointment. My cat is 14 and we’ve gone to numerous nail trim appointments and have NEVER had issues. Confusion from all the staff on what’s going on. Not speaking in english in front of me at any chance, which I find unprofessional as I don’t know what’s being said. I can hear my cat meowing as if she’s being tortured from their back room and I’m in the waiting area. At this point I walked into one of the rooms and said ‘hey guys come on this shouldn’t be this hard on the animal, I’ve had this done multiple times and have never heard her scream like that. ’
This has never happened before so I have no idea how they are handling the animals. They offered for me to go to the back with the cat which I declined. They ended up bringing my cat out and saying they couldn’t do it. No apology, just handed my cat to me.

I have been coming to this clinic for 2 years. My cat always receives the best attention and timely checkups!

Even now that I live in a far community, I will continue to come to this clinic. Highly recommended!

Disappointed. I use to love this clinic and the veterinarians who worked there. Ownership has changed, and the last two times I've been there it was a complete waste of time. My experience included long wait times and frustration with not being able to get the medication my very old dog needed to stay comfortable. I'm sad to say, I'll need to find a new clinic.

Great experience! Tech took their time with my cat to come out of his crate. Dr Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to show my 4 yr old around, (she was very curious about everything) and even got to listen to our cats heartbeat. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours of calling. I definitely recommend!

Ranchlands Vet was extremely professional and helpful with my dog's dental health and subsequent surgery. I have and will recommend them to friends and family.
