Went on a Thursday night - line dance lessons. Man, some people treat that stuff seriously. Others need to consider their life choices.

Went there last night, have been a few times and absolutely love it the only downside was last night the bartender in the bar on the side of the dance floor was unbelievably rude and slow. Not just to myself but my whole group who were going up for drinks there and even people in the line were commenting on it. Made us not want to go to the bar and get drinks. The 4 stars are based on every time I’ve been there, just last night was a real disappointment on service side. The atmosphere away from the bar was still great.

Ranchman's is a fun place, except for the few hostile clients who are absolutely rude to new people. I'm talking about the same 3-4 dudes who are always there and seem to be friends with the bouncers, instructors and bartenders. They intentionally push and kick new male clients on the dance floor. I've seen this happened so many times and you can't complain because they make it appear as if it's an accident but will do it again and again.

Went to see the Taylor Swift tribute in Calgary tonight. It was super. We had so much fun. ️

I'm mexican! It's a great place to dance and listen to country music! It has too many beautiful girls who dance very very well! I don't dance much but they teach you there!

First and last time at this establishment, they could care less about the well being of customers.
Servers were wonderful I will admit, very friendly.
Manager and bouncers are definitely on a high horse and think there “power” has gone to there heads.

So much fun at Ranchman’s. Don't worry about being too young or too old. You'll have a blast - if you love good music and good fun.

Last time ever coming to ranchmans. I will first of all say, the bartenders and waitresses were amazing and kind. However the bouncer Zach was absolutely racist to my husband and kicked him out when he was trying to help an intoxicated person safely get into a taxi. Second of all, the manager’s behaviour was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I cannot believe that you guys have a person like that managing your establishment. She called the police on my husband for absolutely no reason. And jokes on her because the police were on his side and understood exactly why we were upset. Absolutely horrible.

A message too Anna, why didn't we get tipped out when filling the bartender cooler during the Stampede. Our job was too full the big coolers with booze, didn't say help out the bartenders, we got paid for the job we did, but no tip out. Why not tip out for helping? !

Ranchmans is re-open and is bumping every weekend with local and visiting country talent. If you are looking to get your country dance on, or just want to enjoy a country atmosphere with young and old then this is the place!

Here for the Country Music Extravaganza. YES! Great to see the Ranchman's open again!

I went to this place on vacation and there wwhat looked like bugs in my drinks. The waitress was very nice and tried to make it right but apparently the owners want them to use the liquor until the fruit flies are gone because every drink had them. Even the beer was sour.

Would not play Taylor swift. Does not take constructive criticism well. Lots of room for improvement.

Pro: Live band on Friday was fantastic. Our waitress was friendly. Con: the Nashville chicken sandwich was terrible so don’t order that.

I was told by a bartender that I didn't tip enough and he would no longer serve me, I tipped $10 for two cans of beer. Ranchmans overall is starting to show its age, its too small and overall not that great. I will most likely not come back

Went here for a friend's bachelor party a few weeks ago. Got the limo pickup service and the driver Tyson was great. Took care of us really well and made sure we all got seated inside upon our arrival. Super fun night all around!

Manager was not polite, she got me kicked out because I questioned the fact why they were out of stock yet I could walk to the other bar for that same drink she said was out of stock. Talked to multiple bouncers about the situation on how she abused her power by saying I was aggressive when she told me if I could get the drink from the other bar I should go get one over there. In my opinion that’s not how a manager should treat their customers, especially when they do not give them the ability to talk to higher power about the situation.

Great service today. Wonderful atmosphere, and Carter at the front was nice enough to stop my date and I to ask if we needed a cab. We did, and the parking attendant was kind enough to flag one down for us. A level of service unexpected and appreciated.

Unchanged for decades.
Covid lockdowns destroyed business and removed memorablia, but layout remained.
Wild West lives on!

Every single staff I encountered was top notch! Our server Sydney was fantastic.
The food was great. Definitely will come back.

Just as fun as I remember! Bathrooms were clean, bartenders were great, great music- even though I'm not super into country, it made it fun!
