I lived in Canada for more than 22 years, and during all of those years, I have had so much trouble and difficulties finding the employemnt that I can not even explain. Really it has been horrible and it is even inexplicable the things I experienced with the employement here in Canada. But if I would only knew that there was the temp agancy exsisted like Randstad I would for sure avoid all these trobles altogether. However though, what am I trying to say here is that if anyone need help with the employment, please do not look further call or visit Randstad and they will make sure you are on right path. They are trully great. I mean really great.

So I was unemployed for the first time in 10yrs when I was referred from a friend to call Randstad, and I did. And because of the covid pandemic everything was done online and over the phone. Randstads Stephanie Kihn was able to find me a job within days. Stephanie Kihn of Randstad was extremely helpful, friendly and for someone I never met I just feel like she actually cared about getting the right job for me. Like I said I never stepped foot in Randstads office but I feel their presence in a great way.

They have been super helpful and supportive through a very difficult time. I was matched in a completely compatible job that isn't just the brainless grunt labor that most temp agencies have. I have had a great experience with this company. Carole helped me every step of the way into an excellent position. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she offered much support in my potential employment endeavours. Would recommend this service to anyone eager to join the workforce!

In my experience, this is the most non-professional and unethical recruiter I have ever come across. Extremely poor conduct and a complete lack of courtesy. No follow up with client on a regular basis. I signed a temporary contract and the very next day I was told that client had cancelled the job. If someone wishes to waste his/her precious time, Randstad is most likely the best place in town.

Ok so my experience with this company was completely unprofessional. Last week Wednesday i saw that they had an opening for overnight jobs.and because that was what I was looking for I decided to apply.so far so good.i called back the next day just to see if the position is still available the lady on the phone was extremely kind and asked me important questions about my work history.but being 19 I had never really had an official job i only did odd jobs for families so i never really had any references that were not family.so she told me that she was going to refer me to some volunteer agency where i could volunteer for about 1 week in order to gain references.so i agreed.she told me she was going to send them my information and that they were going to call me either that same day which was Thursday or the next day which was Friday.i never got a call.all through out the weekend i never got a call either.so i decided to call Randstad again on Monday and it was a different lady on the phone and she was not understanding what i was saying.she kept repeating the complete opposite of what i was talking about.i don't know if it was the language barrier because i repeated this story to her about 3-4 times and she still didn't understand what i was saying.and then she told me that the company would not be helping me in my job search because of the way I was talking to her. And keep in mind i never said anything bad to this lady.if there is a recording of this conversation please listen to it. I was getting really annoyed because of the entire situation and I don't understand what's going on.i know the company might never see this or even care about my opinion but I'm extremely disappointed because I was really excited to work for the company.

Carole helped me find a job when I had no luck finding anything after Christmas. If it wasn't for her these past few months would have been very difficult. She is excellent at what she does and is a humble individual! It was great working for randstad. All & all randstad is a great company, I never had any issues during the short time I worked with them. Carole deserves 5 stars for her hard work!

One of the worst spots to work /apply been there for about a month now they can't or don't want to find you work. I MSG and called multiple times asking for work but no reply so professional
