This will be our second trailer purchase from rangeland first being new, next being a used size upgrade. We are a bit tough to deal with as we have a few must haves and a number we want to get for our trailer. Everyone was helpful and accommodating took the time to set up an appointment and open up on a holiday to show us the trailer we were interested in. Negotiations went well and were quick very up front with costs and intentions. Even tried their hardest to adjust their offer when another company offered a very competitive price for our current trailer. The used trailer viewed was well kept and clean not sure if this was the previous owner or rangeland but either way it was nice. Can't complain at all with the services provided and will update further come the next couple of meets and changing of hands.

Update: after purchase service has been poor. We bought our trailer in the winter and parked it until spring upon first use the awning locking system failed and was obviously worn out and damaged previously prior to my ownership. An email was sent and I waited for a reply and heard nothing, now in fall and I've contacted them about repair and winterization services it's not something they will look at or rectify. At the time of purchase I paid for the extended after sales warranty and was assured it covered the whole trailer top to bottom. That doesn't seem to be the case. I'm not sure the cost and labour of replacing a lock pin or the worn part but Im unsure if will continue to use Rangeland as my
Trailer and RV supplier/servicing location.

We purchased a new travel trailer from Rangeland RV in January 2022 and picked it up in April 2022. We noted about 10 items we deemed to be warranty issues. We agreed these could be addressed in the fall/winter off season, when the shop was not as busy.

We dropped the trailer off at Rangeland RV and when we went to retrieve it there were items not addressed and there was an invoice for items that were checked and according to the service people “no fault found”. We were never told we would be charged for investigating warranty items during all the discussions we had about the issues and scheduling the repairs. However, as pointed out by the service manager, “it is in the fine print of the form I signed when I dropped off the trailer and I should read what I am signing”. Some items were taken from the bill after I showed them again what the issues were and they were fixed.

They got me this time, but never again. There is a sign in the Rangeland RV service department that reads something like ‘sales are one time, but service is forever’. To me, it is just a sign because it is certainly not the practice at Rangeland RV in my experience. I will not use Rangeland RV for any future service work or buy supplies/accessories from their store.

Save yourself some grieve and go somewhere else. We certainly wish we had.

On a positive note, the sales person Tyler was very good and even helped in our dealings with the service department.

I dropped the trailer of for warranty repairs on 2 November 2022. I picked it up 31 January 2023. I received an email from Mitch on 30 January 2023 saying there was an invoice for $***. ** That was the first time I was told of charges. There was no mention of charges in emails prior to 30 January 2023. Mitch did not speak to me on the phone regarding charges prior to 30 January 2023. If you were told different, your staff is not being honest with you.

So disappointed, brand new trailer off the lot just full of issues. Hot water tank not working within 24 hours of our first trip, water filter leaking under the sink, panels falling off upon destination, cheap plastic pieces breaking off on setup. Just so many things happening that I feel I’ve bought a cheaply made headache. Ready to forego my deposit just to get this mess off my hands.

Re: Rockwood Signature Series 2622RK. So far so good with my significant purchase. A few minor QC issues out of the factory. Dennis was excellent in finance. Mark, salesman was good. Could have let me known the TV wasn't included. Looking forward to going on holidays in 10 days, to put the fifth wheel through it's paces. Hopefully no other small problems arise. Thank you Rangeland RV, for a pleasant transaction. Also shout out to the best walk through ever. My fourth purchase over the years.

Went back had my toppers added above the slide-outs. Colleen was wonderful. Excellent

First time RV purchase and super happy with the experience at Rangeland overall. There was a bit of a mix up along the way with the paperwork, but mistakes can happen to anyone and we felt like the team worked with us in good will and made efforts to make things right.

We had an awesome sales person, Wes, who absolutely wanted to help find the right RV for us. He spent lots of time consulting with us in advance of the purchase and has now gone above and beyond in being available after with questions we've had as new RV owners.

Everyone else on the Rangeland team is very friendly and professional. Finance, sales, front desk, service, literally just everyone we've met there has been lovely. I'd recommend Rangeland and if we get another RV they would be our first stop!

Not one to leave reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any dealership. Dropped trailer off for appraisal while dealing on another fifth wheel. We couldn’t make the deal work for both of us so the decision was made to come get my trailer. Upon arriving to pick up trailer found every door unlocked (they were all locked when dropped off), outside shower door was open, battery box straps were loose on one and the other was completely off (upon arriving at home, the one that was tight was gone). Lights were left on in the trailer. They were given around four hours notice that I was picking up the trailer. More than enough time to put the trailer back in the shape it was in when dropped off. I do have to say the sales and finance staff were excellent. That part of the experience was good but the rest was sub par. Do better!

Rangeland RV @ Crosspointe Rd is amazing! We came in with a trailer from a different rv location. We needed a new receiver and Denise took the time to track one down for us, from a different store I might add. In the mean time, since it was unsafe for us to transport our trailer, we were able to store our trailer in their service lot. Mitch helped us out with assessing the trailer and unhooking it.

Upon returning to Rangeland our equalizer/stabilizer system was not installed correctly by our original rv location, and Russ was kind enough to adjust our hitch to safely pull our trailer.

I also want to thank, Colleen for her wisdom and care with helping us out through out the day!

Cody also made sure, that there were no unanswered questions about our trailer. He gave us some advice to better suit our specific trailers needs. He also opened up the door for any future questions.

All in all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rangeland RV to anyone looking to get a trailer or service an existing trailer! They are extremely helpful.

The staff at Rangeland is top notch! Being fairly new to camping we weren’t even sure what we needed but our agent Trevor took the time to explain every detail of several stunning units on the lot! He was knowledgeable and we could tell he takes pride in his job. Once we found our new Rockwood GeoPro, Trevor, with the assistance of Amanda, did wonders getting us into our new trailer in a matter of days to head out into the weekend! Brian seen us off with all our necessary camping gear and a sense of accomplishment in our new purchase- thanks for the tutorials Brian- they came in handy. Most of all our young son was part of the whole process and we’re excited about all our future camping adventures ahead! You need to visit Rangeland - if nothing else just to meet this wonderful team! Thanks to all

Do not go here if you want fast service. Got hail damage in June 2021, messaged Rangeland right after to get window repaired. Was going back and forth for a bit then radio silence. I emailed a few times and go no response when asking for a follow up. Winter came so pointless to continue. In the new year started again, emailed, called and nothing. Went into the store and the lady at the desk said she had no record of out discussion. Showed her the emailed with her and she apologized and wrote some info on looseleaf and said she would message in a week. Nothing. Went back again a month later and another lady said they had no record of me asking, once again no help. Don’t bother leaving a message for service, you will not get a call back.

Follow up to your reply:

The cheque part was not the issue and totally understood that part. The reason why you have no record is because no one did their jobs in open a work order, even if the work order was blank and you couldnt find the window that have been better. Would you like me to provide the countless emails I sent over the course of the year, my phone records (PS. Check your answering machine, I left several messages since last year) and check the notepad on one of your employees desk.

Doing business with the people at Rangeland RV was very, very pleasant. When dealing on our unit, they made us feel that they wanted to do what was right to get us everything we wanted. No games or wheels to spin.
Our sales person, Anja happily went out of her way to get us all the information and details we had requested. We live 7 hrs away so there was quite a bit of “back and forth” as we did all of the dealing over the phone & email. Anja is certainly one of the most pleasant sales people I’ve had the pleasure to deal with.
When it came time for delivery, our trailer was opened up and ready. Brian, the delivery coordinator, patiently guided us through all the features and use of all systems. He was an absolute gem and is an asset to Rangeland RV. He made the experience of delivery so pleasant just by being the genuine, honest and pleasant man that he is. My wife and I commented to each other that we would love to have chatted with him for hours!
Well done to all the people at Rangeland RV, we had been to several RV dealerships when looking to replace our older camper trailer. It was the people and the way they do business that made us a customer.

We went to Rangeland with intent to view a trailer we found on their website. Upon arrival we were told the trailer hadn’t arrived yet. After viewing other trailers, we decided we wanted first right of refusal on the trade in that was set to arrive within a couple of weeks. We gave our credit card info to the salesman for our deposit and signed off on the offer to purchase. When the trailer finally arrived, we went out to view it. After viewing we wanted the night to think about it. Our salesman told us that because it was slow and he was the only person who knew we were viewing it that day he would give us the night. The following day we gave our first offer to start the negotiations. After some time, our salesman then texted stating that there seemed to be some issues with the deal on the trade side and he would need to confirm with management that the other customers were still trading in their trailer. We then received a text from our salesman stating the deal did in-fact fall through and that the customers trading in their trailer would be taking it back, meaning we wouldn’t be able to purchase this trailer.
Fair enough…so my trailer search continued.
Only to see that in the following days Rangeland decided to change their online ad with the previous list price to “call for price”. We called and spoke to someone else with sales who GLADLY told us the trailer was still available and listed for more than the original price we had the deposit down on. We then contacted our salesman again who swore up and down that it was “impossible, this trailer is no longer for sale” and that “it does take a few days for their web developer to remove things from their website”.
Long story short, Rangeland lied to us so they could re-list the trailer for an extra $4,564, the “pending sale” was removed from the trailer and it has been marked as “available”.
Remember, your deposit/offer to purchase contract isn’t worth the paper it’s written on with Rangeland, take your business elsewhere.

Mike Christiansen my salesman at Rangeland did a fantastic job of finding me exactly what I wanted in a 5th wheel, despite the time crunch he came through for me within 2 days I was on the road with my new RV.
Everyone at Rangeland pitched in to make it happen.

The overall experience at Rangeland RV was amazing, and I give that credit 100% to Trevor Rivette! My husband and I had previously gone to another RV dealership in the city trying to find our first trailer purchase, and to say it went horribly is an understatement! We came into rangeland with an already sour taste in our mouth, however Trevor welcomed us straight away! He had an awesome to everyone question and found us the perfect trailer! He knew exactly what he was doing when it came to showing us how to open and close a trailer without ripping a single thing, which was amazing seeing as our last experience at the previous dealership the salesman ripped multiple pieces of the trailer we were looking to purchase. Trevor was great to work with, very smart and overall a great person! Amanda also has to get a great shout out for putting up with us for the extended warranty decisions and was very open and honest about everything. Lastly Denise I’m parts! This woman is a gem, she definitely shows those guys how it’s done! But most importantly she had an answer to every question we had for extra things needed for our new trailer. I would refer Rangeland to anyone, our first experience as trailer owners was perfect to a T! Thank you Rangeland staff!

We bought an used camper and overall experience was really good. To everyone who is buying an used unit I would recommend do double check if any of your concerns or fixes were addressed properly before you pick up the unit. No real complains about theTeam there but rather a suggestion for them to keep taking notes during the showing of the unit, and communicating it to other Departments in order to address the issues voiced up by the Customer. Otherwise, really pleases with the service.

My review is many months late but I want to give a massive thank you to the Service Team at Range Land RV.

After discovering our 4 month old trailer had zero brakes the weekend before a 2 week road trip, I reached out to the Service Dept at Rangeland. Everyone I dealt with was incredible. It was a stressful time as the cause of the damage was identified, failure of the brake controller causing the complete braking system on the trailer to melt and the shortage of parts grew. The team dropped everything making room in their schedule and keeping me apprised daily so I could manage campground bookings. We were expecting to either leave late or not take the trailer but the best part is they got the work done earlier than expected. We didn’t need to alter any plans!

You all rock! Thank you so much; you made an incredibly stressful time very manageable. Thank you.

UPDATE: So my wife and I wrote a bad review about our service experience and that got the attention of whomever we needed to get the attention of and Rangeland has complete taken care of all of our concerns. I'm still disappointed that it took us making a bad review to get the level of service one would normally expect from a service department but at least they took care of it. 5 stars for sales 2.5 stars for service.

What an awful experience in the post purchase period of our trailer. Some things weren't set up right and it's been MISERABLE getting it fixed

Really enjoyed my experience with Rangeland. Matt and Lucas was the sales team we worked with and they were awesome. Found us exactly what we were looking for, we ended up only slightly over budget which isn't so bad.

Denise from the service team bent over backwards to try to give us a great experience on pick up. Unfortunately my vehicle wasn't cooperating with the brake controller they were trying to install and Chevy didn't help either.

Overall, I'd definitely shop here again.

Great service bought my Tracer Air this summer they installed the brake for my truck slight problem but fixed it immediately and sent me on my way. The service and parts department were fantastic would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for an RV

We have had quite a journey with Rangeland RV but though it was a journey, it was nevertheless a positive one, even though it took four trips back and forth from Edmonton. The primary reason we chose Rangeland RV in Calgary was because they had the trailer that we were looking for and not only that, they had a 2022 model which was unheard of throughout the prairies at that time.

Tyler was a keen and earnest salesperson who was knowledgeable, humorous, and frank. You could tell that he had been RVing all his life and knew the ins and outs of the business and what was practical. He was also an excellent people-person who was apt at reading his audience and knowing when to listen and when to offer advice. He advocated on our behalf when we asked to put the trailer on hold with a deposit, and then let us know when another couple expressed interest so we could keep our place in line. He was also quick to apologize when we found out that our car dealer hadn’t supplied the necessary brake controller when installing the new hitch, which meant us going back to Edmonton, for installation, and another return trip the next day.

Brian, who completed the trailer walk through, was also quite knowledgeable and initially was patient with us, since we had never owned or camped in an RV in our entire lives, and had no knowledge of how anything worked. However, as time passed Brian seemed a bit curt. He couldn’t answer questions about the technology and specifically the back-up camera (which is not working; Rangeland RV is requesting warranty coverage for this item.) He did not know how to use the QR codes (other than to tell us to scan them) and what they connected to or what they were for. I think he grew tired of our many questions.

Our first camping trip the next week was a cold one, as the furnace did not work (It had worked in our back driveway the night before but not when it got cold in the campground.) I texted Tyler from the campground about the furnace, and he got the service manager to contact us right away to help, on a Saturday night no less. Matthew spent an hour and a half helping me try to figure out what to do in order to get the furnace to light, but it was not meant to be. Matthew then did arrange for us to go to an RV dealer in Edmonton, but they were unable to repair the furnace. We really appreciated their efforts on this.

Rangeland RV arranged do it the following week, so again, we drove down to Calgary a fourth time, and true to their word, Daryl and Jeremy were there to pull that furnace out, source out the necessary part an hour away, and then repair it and a faulty USB plug later that afternoon, so we could drive back home. Daryl spent a good hour with us, giving advice on the hitch, how to winterize the trailer, and deliberating on the warranty request regarding the back-up camera. His advice on the hitch was to tighten it by one link on the chain and what a difference it made.

We burned a lot of gas and a lot of time but Rangeland RV came through in the end and compensated us with great service and a more than generous warranty requests which will get dealt with in the spring, the main fridge door repair, 2 cupboard door replacements, and the back up camera replacement. We can’t thank Tyler, Matthew, Holly, Jeremy, and Daryl enough for their great teamwork, resourcefulness, compassion, and patience. Rangeland RV has done it again and we look forward to working with them more in the future, and in the spring when our outstanding warranty issues will be taken care of. Would we recommend them? For sure, because they’re in it not just for the sale, but for the long haul!

While delivering my trailer. The front window was broken by a rock. I offered to install replacement window and cleaned all the broken glass from the incident. 5 months later I have no replacement window after many calls and emails. No one seems to care after they got my money.
Also paid for a mouse protection plan… spraying a special coating to deter mice… I think it attracted the mice. Save your money buy traps. It doesn’t work. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Matt in the finance department was great at getting my trailer a new licence plate and working with my busy schedule. The techs installed the hitch fast and secure right on the lot. They are great.

Trevor our salesman was excellent. It was a pleasure having him show us trailers and tell us about all the differences. Once we decided to purchase the 2022-Rpod 195 the process went smooth and from signing to picking up the trailer, was just less than a week.

The sales staff was great. Happy to sell you a RV. The service department is terrible. We bought a 2021 grey wolf while it was in the bay Rangeland sprayed black overspray all over one side of the RV. When we picked it up thy do not even tell us. I was rubbing my hand along the side and asked what the heck this was. We will fix this bring it back right after your camping weekend. While we had it out the stereo system does not pick up anything. Bring it in tell them stereo is not working as well. Go to pick the RV up after they said they cleaned it. Still overspray black all over. Grabbed them again said look at this. We bought a brand new Rv should we not receive a brand new RV? Bring it back when we put the stabilizer jacks on we promise we will fix this. We need a week to fix everything let them have it for week and a half over the September long weekend. No camping for us. Go to pick it up today. We could not get the guy to come in to clan th overspray. We are out camping now and still the stereo does not work and black overspray along the side. So unprofessional and would never ever recommend Rangeland ever.

The Rangeland rental was a very good, no hassle experience. The unit was mostly clean, bathroom could have used a little more attention for our liking but overall it was pretty good. Staff were excellent to deal with.
This was our 3rd occasion to rent from Rangeland in the past 4 years and we will certainly look to them again in the future.

Rented a Wolfpup 16BHS and Overall very good experience with Denise at Rangeland, she was attentioned to our need, we were also one day late and they were able to accomodate us an extra day thankfully without penalty so the service was great.

We were able to pull a small Wolf Pup 16BHS with an Acura MDX 2017 with AFT 5000 tow capacity and 500 pound tongue weight capacity. Even though the MDX did the trick for 1500KM, we would have potentially needed a riser hitch, something the service guys did not pick up on right away even though they noticed we were sitting a bit low.

I would say an SUV with 5000 pound tow capacity can tow this trailer but careful to not overload! We had 2 healthy adults (170 pound man, 120 pound woman and a 12 year old with a few luggage in the back of the vehicle however our tongue sat pretty low, that would be the only feedback I would provide ensuring some of the techs go the extra mile to ensure complete safety when pulling with an SUV and could have recommended a different hitch with a riser to have things a bit more leveled.

Overall we are satisfied, no problem with the Wolfpup 16BHS, would rent again. Please make sure to research you tow vehicle rating carefully as some of this is ultimately the responsiblity of the renter.

The experience was top notch - Process was uncomplicated, trailer was clean and ready to go at pick up, and the return was equally as straight forward. Friendly staff, professional and willing to work with you on your needs. Rental was clean, and efficient. Maybe need to work on their walk-throughs at the beginning if you are new to travel trailers, as there could be some things a customer wouldn't know. Otherwise overall good experience.

Let me first start out with my “Rant” that we are seasoned RV owners. Having had campers from tent trailers, toy haulers and travel trailers and lastly a very large class A diesel pusher. We getting on in age and decided to scale down but unsure of the direction to go. After stopping at multiple dealerships we were tired of salesman that were pushy and had no idea of their product. This ended at Rangeland.
We met a salesman named Tyler, told him about our experiences and our frustration. He grabbed a piece of paper and asked us our list of what a camper needed to have for us. A few minutes later we were looking at campers and He was by passing others. He knew his stuff. We didn’t feel pushed or rushed.
In the end we found a fifth wheel that fit our needs.
Great place, Good inventory and a salesman that knew his product.
I’d recommend Tyler in a heartbeat.
I know I started this out as a rant, but it turned into a great experience.

I purchased my first Trailer in 2018 from rangeland, and was treated great, the entire experience was pleasant, informative, and exciting. In April, 2021 I decided I wanted to upgrade after selling my trailer purchased in 2018 privately.

Right from the get go things didn't go well. I phoned days ahead to make an appointment to look at some models. I showed up at my appointment time and the salesperson was running behind. No problem. We waited in the lounge, but started getting antsy as we had 3 other appointments at other dealerships that we didn't want to be late to. After waiting 20 minutes, we went up to the receptionist to see if anyone else was available, eventually the Sales Manager stepped up to finally help us look at the 3 or 4 models we were interested in, which, besides the wait, went very well.

After looking at all the models we were interested in around town, we settled on a Wolf Pup from Rangeland, whom I wanted to give my return business to, after having a great experience buying my previous trailer. After several painless emails and calls we had one on order, which we were told would arrive in "a couple weeks". I understand that trailer dealerships (and almost every other retailer) are outrageously busy and supply is limited, but "a couple weeks" turned into 7 weeks, with no updates between. I attempted to contact my salesperson and Sales Manager every couple weeks, leaving voicemails, with no reply for 6 weeks.

Finally I hear back that my trailer has arrived! At this point I was given an "options menu" to look at the various upgrades available to me that listed the upgrades and the corresponding increase in payments they would cost. However, this menu didn't use my finance rate, my purchase price, or the term length, so the numbers were completely arbitrary and meaningless. Also, the menu didn't give any description on what each upgrade was, just a 2-word title. So with no pricing information and no description, it made making any decision on these upgrades very difficult. Once I made my decision on upgrades, I was given a pickup date, However, due to the backlog of pickups, I had to wait another week to pick up. Again, understandable, I know things are very busy.

Pickup day! My expectations at this point were not high, and even then, they weren't met. At the start of the walk-through I noticed the hitch I asked my salesperson to order (after looking up the part number in their catalogue and very specifically requesting it) was not included, just the standard Curt hitch (which they charge 300$ more than other online retailers), but that does include install (but that's not worth 300$ to me.). After the walk-through (which was quite thorough and well done) I went to check the underside of the trailer to investigate the "mouse proofing spray" upgrade I was upsold on. I didn't see anything resembling the "armour undercoating" that was described to me, definitely not 750$ worth, which this upgrade cost me. I mentioned this to the gentleman that did the walkthrough with me and he got the technician to bring the trailer in to have it applied. After they finished, I went to check underneath and I still didn't notice anything. I asked again, and was then informed that the "mouse proofing" is just some spray foam they apply to a couple of the small water line, sewer, etc.openings.definitely not the undercoating I was sold on, and absolutely not worth the 750$ upgrade! At this point I didn't care, I just wanted to get my trailer home to start enjoying the camping season.

We rented an RV for one week and had a fantastic experience. The RV was in great condition and Denise was awesome to deal with. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent from them again, and would look to purchase one in the future from Rangeland.

We rented a travel trailer from Rangeland for a family camping trip. Rangeland took the time to walk us through the unit, which was very clean, and there were zero hassles returning the unit at the end of our trip. Big thanks to Denise for making our experience a great one.

The Salesperson was alright. Bought a used trailer and did walk through, noticed it was still very dirty after supposedly being detailed. Left trailer there for a few days for them to clean and fix a few small things before picking up. The small items were fixed but nothing cleaned. Took trailer home and started cleaning and found it absolutely disgusting. Don’t think it was even vacuumed at all. So just a heads up, if they advertise as clean unit don’t have high expectations.

Super disappointed in the delivery experience. Sales person was fine. Purchased a used trailer and the usual items to be included was promised. Upon delivery it was determined the promised hitch was not correct. Most places would accept they screwed up and make it right. Not these guys! The only way to leave safely was for me to have purchase a new hitch, despite their mistake. They've lost a customer for life due to being unwilling to admit the mistake and make it right, literally less than $300.

We went and met with Mitch with our 10 week old little man as we were looking to purchase a new RV. Mitch was incredibly helpful, took his time to answer our questions, used humour and told us how cute our baby was (bonus points for sure). Mitch stayed within our budget and did not try to upsell any features. We put a deposit down on a RV with the understanding that we had 48 hours to make a final decision. In the end, we decided not to go with an RV this year and our deposit was quickly returned to us without any pressured attempts to change our mind. We looked at multiple RV stores and none compared to the experience we had with Mitch and therefore we would highly recommend Rangeland RV.

We stepped up to a 26’ bunkhouse from an older tent trailer this season. Rangeland RV had both the inventory and model selection that were looking for. From the sales department to the final walk through they were more than helpful. The staff at Rangeland made our complete experience a great one. I would highly recommend shopping with Rangeland RV to anyone looking to get an upgrade or to start from scratch.

We drove 3 hours to view a Jayco unit that was full of mouse poop and bald tires. The sales guy was great to deal with and apologized assuring flexibility on price. Jason the sales manager recommended that we view an incomparable unit (lower end) for a couple k less and would not move on price of the Jayco. Sadly because of his know it all approach and ignorant attitude (we could sell it all day and everyday) we will never shop there again or recommend them.

I have been shopping around for a RV for 2 years, this year we got really serious, after dealing with multiple dealerships we found ourselves going back to Rangeland for the Wolf Pup 16pf, looking at the the dealerships this one hands down was more solid and had a well thought out layout. The dealership itself was nice to go into, Mitch was out sale rep and went out of his wait to show us around different models and explain everything to us. He was never pushy and willing to explain everything, if he didn't know he got the information for us. Jason the manager was honest and did not leave us with a feeling that we had to fight for the best price, i truly feel that when you buy here you are getting the best they can offer. I am glad to be able to say that we now are the proud owners of at Wolf pup 16pf and look forward to dealing with Rangeland Rv for many years

Disappointed. Sales staff was quite arrogant and not willing to work with us to make a deal. Negotiations typically go 2 ways and are back and forth. We made an offer on a trailer we went to view and they sent back one offer and stood firm saying they already give the lowest prices they can right off the bat. Well that's not how negotiating works, maybe leave a little room so it at least appears you're working with the customer. They then had the audacity to send us a link to Woody's with the exact model we were looking at, but at a higher price. Well guess what we phoned Woody's and they were much easier to deal with and actually negotiated with us. Oh and there is a pandemic going on at the moment so when you have people look at your trailers please don't have your mask hanging off your ear.

Don’t use any part of their website for booking a service appointment. It took them 3 weeks to respond back to the form and they were barely courteous over the phone. The lady sounded frustrated and said she never “did service calls” but was trying to clear the queue out. Why bother even having a form online if you won’t look at it? Then it was going to be another month before we could even get it in to be fixed before our warranty was up. The red deer location booked us in and responded very promptly. On a side note, the responses to reviews from the manager are painful as heck to read. Can someone sign her up for a social media/customer service course? There’s so many complaints on here about the service department yet nothing seems to change. Sad that this was our first experience coming back after purchasing our trailer here and, like others, we felt completely brushed off once they had our money.

*edited to add: after the manager posted in response to my review and asked to email her some ideas on how to improve- I sent an email off with a list of suggestions and observations. She then emailed back and gave us 1 day notice that she was ceasing all work being done on our trailer and we had essentially 24 hours to come and pick our rv up from the service center. We purchased from Rangeland as it was marketed to us as a one stop shop. We could get everything done through them. I aired my frustrations with her and her business and the manager has now stated she will no longer be serving us and the extended warranty we purchased will no longer be honoured by Rangeland. This behaviour absolutely solidifies why you should never support this business. Her awful responses, bad business practises and rude behaviour should all be taken into consideration when purchasing your next RV- which should not be from Rangeland.

From the time you walk in the door at Rangeland RV to be greeted by a welcoming smile and an offer of coffee to the time you hook up your new trailer and drive away, every team member you meet makes your journey to ownership stress free and easy. Never any pressure. The most difficult thing will be trying to decide what you want to purchase from the huge selection of stock.
Tyler Diehl and Matt Baillie made buying our first trailer very easy. When we decided this year to upgrade from our existing trailer to one with a few new features they were both there for us again. Thanks guys. Many thanks to Brian and his service team who handle the annual servicing on our trailer always ensuring that everything will work well when out in the woods. Excellent experience from start to finish. Our salesperson Kevin listened to what we wanted and got us in the right RV (that happened to be on sale). Meridel in finance was easy to work with and thorough, Our walk through with Nick and Kevin was very good, Nick was exceptionally knowledgeable. Overall an great buying experience.
