Mindy was very helpful in addressing my question and difficult request. Casey send the inspection report that same day and I was able to work with the information. The report was much more detailed than I expected. I appreciate their help.

We had our roof completely replaced by Rapid Roofing and the experience was overall positive. The quote was reasonable and the workmanship is quite good. I'm very happy with the work done!

Excellent job on roof repair. Some shingles went missing during a wind storm that needed replacing. They also fixed up some other deficiencies that I wouldn’t of been aware of if they hadn’t noticed them. Price fell right in the middle of what I was quoted.
Note: I wasn’t too concerned about colour match.
Casey and crew did an awesome job. Highly recommended.

The team was excellent, right from a quick assessment of repairs required to get thru the winter, the quote and the finally the repairs required. Timely and professional. I plan to use then to complete my roof repair in the spring.

Great company to deal with. Very friendly, prompt and courteous. Lawrence came for the inspection and discussed several options. The work was completed soon after, and Laura was great to deal with in terms of getting a quote and invoice. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Our overall experience with RRR was wonderful from start to finish. Adam was in touch with me very quickly and when he came out to inspect and give us a quote, he showed up with a whole package including pictures of my roof, dimensions, a plan and recommendations, the process, pictures from his inspection, as well as quote options. He brought samples and explained everything thoroughly. I felt no pressure at all; he was extremely professional, honest, realistic, and personable in his approach. The entire process was efficient, and when completed, the inspection and clean up processes were thorough and very satisfactory. We are very satisfied with the product and service and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I found Rapid Roofing & Repairs from a favourable discussion on Reddit. When they came to our property to do the initial inspection, they were able to find three major problems that other companies could not. Adam provided a complete report went over it very carefully, including informing us of our rights as buyers. After the work was completed they came over twice to clean the ground. It is clear they value the quality of their work very much. We are glad we went with this company!

Rapid Roofing installed our garage roof quickly and quietly, very professional and very gracious in allowing us to throw out some items that we needed to toss out for some time.

This roofing company is excellent. They kept us notified of when every step was going to be completed and answered every question we had. The roof itself looks great and has held up perfectly. They also finished very quickly; only worked for a morning and a little into the afternoon and were finished. The clean up after was perfect as well. I would and will highly recommend this company In the future.

Our roof was leaking and Rapid Repair came to our rescue to re-shingle our house and solve the problem where the leak was. They were quick to come out to do a quote. They were able to fit us in more quickly than we expected. They came on the day they said they would, on time, did the roofing, cleaned up very well and fixed a downspout that was damaged in the process. We were pleased with their communication with us, easy to plan with.it was all very good.

I was referred to Rapid Roofing for Gutter replacements. Trevor was a pleasure to work with. He provided excellent solutions to manage drainage on my residence. He repositioned downspouts, and changed slope direction on gutters to prevent property damage to patios and cement driveway pads.at the same time rebalanced (equalized) the water load to each gutter.
Fantasic! I am looking forward to the next heavy rain! No more tidal waves off my gutters, and damaged patio and driveway!

Was very pleased that Scott came out to do an assessment of my leaking roof. He pin pointed the issue quickly and applied a temporary fix until he could come back within a few days for a permanent repair. I would recommend Rapid Roofing & Repairs Inc.and use them again if required.

We were very pleased with Rapid Roofing. From their highly detailed and carefully explained initial estimate to the final inspection, everything was extremely professional. They were not the cheapest option, but their use of high quality materials and the fact that they do not cut corners means that this roof should last a long time.

The dealing with Dan was very professional and pleasant. The quote we received was not the lowest but very competitive, we choose Rapid as the presentation and the attention to detail was superior to other companies. Scope of work was properly explained. Work was done on time as promised with no additional surprised cost. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I don't normally leave reviews, but my experience with Rapid Roofing & Repairs was so outstanding that I have to say something!

I first contacted Rapid Roofing & Repairs after looking at multiple local options online. Their website and the information offered there was solid, which is what led me to request a quote from them through their online form. In my case, I had a damaged eavestrough (partially crushed in two places) that I needed replaced/repaired.

After I sent my RFQ, Laura contacted me via email the same day to get more information and arrange an inspection to get as accurate a quote as possible. She also proactively sent the company credentials and information, which I appreciated. Within the week, the technician, Myles, came by and inspected the damage and I had a very reasonable quote in hand. Once I accepted the quote, again within the same day, I got a call from Myles setting up the repair for the next morning. He arrived exactly on time, got the work done within the time estimated, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent! The replacement section of the eavestrough is completely indistinguishable from the original install.

All of the communication was pleasant and professional, and they stayed on top of keeping me in the loop all throughout the process. I highly recommend Rapid Roofing & Repairs and will be recommending them to my friends for any work on their roofs and eavestroughs!

Rapid Roofing was referred to us by our house inspector to replace our eaves troughs but we did our due diligence and solicited quotes from a few other competing businesses. Virtually every other company I dealt with either never called back, never showed up, and overall lead to a flaky and frustrating experience.
From the get-go however, Dan and his team responded promptly, professionally, and with the required amount of detail. Trevor did both the assessment and work itself and he was exceptionally friendly and courteous. The price quoted - which was subsequently the price paid with no unexpected additions - was competitive and detailed. Rapid Roofing also offers financing which many other competitors do not and that service was exceptionally user-friendly.
Overall I cannot recommend Rapid Roofing enough, especially after experiencing the often-frustrating process of trying to work with other companies offering the same services. You will NOT be disappointed, gouged, or overlooked.

Very pleasant, responsive lady answered the phone, wish everyone who answered a phone was like her, congratulations. We had damage to the fascia due to the wind storm, she explained it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could get out. When I explained that we had a closing on our house sale coming up soon, she was back to me 1/2 hour later with an appointment for the next day. Installer was on time, and was equally pleasant. Definitely would recommend

These guys are top-notch. We lost some fascia during the windstorm last month. I called the day after and Rob walked me right through the process. He gave me timelines to get everything fixed and his guys were right on top of it. The roofer actually sent me pictures on my roof to show me that we in fact didn't lose any shingles. They could have easily taken me for roof repairs. I trust their work and integrity implicitly.

Great group of guys! I’m very pleased with my new roof and eavesthrough replacement. My roof was old and falling apart and they did their best to replace it. They also did an awesome job cleaning up after. Much appreciated. I highly recommend this company

Amazing to deal with. Setup was as planned on both date and time! Quality of the product and efficiency of the crew was spectacular. Did 2600sq ft in 1.5 days. Cleaned up everything, was done well. Inspector (Dan) came by and double checked the work in order to sign off on it all! Would highly recommend using Rapid!

The company name is highly appropriate. They were fast. Rapid Roofing did great work and I would highly recommend them. They cleaned up everything (they even took my leaves haha) there was no evidence that were there, except a high quality roof job. I had 3 quotes and their price was inline with others. Book them.

I called Rapid Roofing to come out to inspect my roof and chimney flashing due to a leak in the family room. They came out, inspected the flashing, explained to me very well (took pictures) what was causing a leak (needed a fireplace cap) and put a cap on my fireplace. Thank you!

Dan and his crew are awesome, I've used Rapid Roofing in the past, so didn't hesitate to reach out. On going water issues that I wasn't able to resolve through home builder. Dan and Alan jointly investigated and determined potential spots re water infiltration. Touch wood, all seems good and I've had no issues since. If you're looking for an honest, fair and reasonable roofer. Dan's your man.

Great quality and professional, Gary was great with his detail booklet with all the info that i require to make the decision to use Rapid roofing. Patti and the roofing technicians did a quality job and going the extra mile to make small repairs at no cost. It was a great experience with no stress and in a timely matter. Last summer we had a crazy hail storm that left baseball-sized hailstones all over our yard (we have them in our freezer to prove it!). Our roof was destroyed.

We were referred to Rapid Roofing to come and give us a quote. Their quote wasn’t the only one we got, nor was it the cheapest. But when we actually looked into what they promised to provide vs.the other quotes we got, their price was actually better once all the upgrades were considered.

With the pro-turbo vents, metal valleys, and drip edge, as well as fixing all our flashing which was improperly done, Rapid Roofing’s quote came to almost exactly the same as our insurance quote.

Other things I was impressed with:
• All appointments were kept with punctuality
• Dan had an excellent presentation of our options and their qualifications
• They had a journeyman roofer as the crew foreman (apparently not required for a roofing company)
• They replaced some rotting sheathing for no extra cost
• They performed the job for the price and time quoted (even staying late)
• Everything was cleaned up afterward, including the roof. As a home inspector, I couldn’t tell you how many times I have found a bunch of old nails and debris from the previous roofing job. None of that on my roof, or around the yard.

Overall, I could not be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to refer Rapid Roofing and Repairs to anyone who wants their roof done right.
