This is our go to place to get our Diva her food and treats. Plenty of parking and a great selection of foods and other pet goodies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and yes your pet is welcome to browse as well.

I came in today to buy a bag of food but it was out of stock. My dog has allergies so he can only have one specific kind. So one of the employees gave me a sample bag of that food to feed my dog for the night and I can return tomorrow when they have it in stock. So so nice of her! Thank you!

I love going to the store as its well organized and easy to find what I want to get. They have a huge selection of food, treats, toys, beds etc. Very nice and knowledgeable staff who are very passionate about animals. When we first adopted our dog had serious anxiety issues and the first pet store I took him into was rascals. Now when we pull into the parking lot, after multiple visits my dog is super excited to visit the staff at rascals and sniff out some treats. They have a great selection of everything from CBD, glucosamine supplements, shampoo, toys, treats, food. Etc.we would highly recommend rascals as a place to visit & shop!

Very poor customer service, both times I've come in the person at the front is speaking loudly on the phone, 1 time about financial troubles and the second time complaining about us being in the store. The groomers were very nice. Every time I've been I feel unwelcome. I hate to say it but I cannot support a business like this. We also tried to buy a harness but they didn't have any large enough. I don't normally write a review but the experience was so unpleasant.

Now I know this place in general has decent customer service but that's about the only reason why they get even one star, they do not get any more stars than that because they do not disclose the proper details of rewards programs that potentially save their customers hundreds of dollars and their prices are ridiculous. I believed that I was part of a reward program that would reward us with a bag of food for our pets if we purchased 12 bags. This reward program was described to me as a program that worked with all brands of food, but this is not the case. When I asked how close we were to our free bag they told us oh we're sorry the brands that you buy regularly does not work in that reward program. Now of course this is two of the most expensive brands (Hills science diet and Royale canine) conveniently. Now we did shop there for our cat and our dog, which means quite a bit of money for them to be honest. Especially with the prices they charge. Don't know how they get away with it. Anyways when I told them that we were told if we bought 12 bags we got the 13th free, they asked who said this. I told them that this older gentleman told us about the program and said that any bag of food counted towards the program. When I told them about what he said they roll their eyes like they thought he was senile and corrected the details of the program. I then went on to ask the manager "okay well we were told that we would get a free bag after 12 purchases, no matter what the brand. What can you do to make this better because that was false advertising". The manager said sorry we can't do anything for that but the food you have chosen today is on sale right now. $5 off, so I said okay I guess.this definitely left a sour taste in my mouth because one bag of dog food and four cans of wet dog food cost $98. I took it upon myself to go to Pisces pet emporium, which is closer to us assess prices there and I went on to find out that even with their discounted price, Pisces was $20 less. Naturally I was shocked and appalled. I returned to Rascals to get my money back and went directly back to Pisces pet emporium to purchase their food and decided I would no longer be going to Rascals, which is out of my way for their ridiculous prices and terrible reward program. I highly recommend you avoid this place, I know the reason why we went there was to support a small business but they are gouging people just to stay alive. If you want a smile on a face while they're taking your hard-earned money and giving you sub par service then by all means ignore this review but if you're conscious of how much you're paying for goods and service this is not the place for you.

My new favorite shop to get all my doggy supplies! Massive selection of treats and toys that I believe are better priced then Petland or PetSmart. Knowledgeable staff worth passing other pet stores.

We have been going the rascals for about a year and we always found the customer service to be good. The problem we found is with their loyalty program. We were told that after a certain number of bags of food we purchased, we would get a free bag. We asked last week how far away we were from our free bag and shockingly was told that it was only for certain brands of food.

I wish they were transparent about this from the beginning. When we told them about our disappointment about hearing this news, they didnt do anything to rectify this. I find this especially disappointed because they are a smaller business and I would have thought that their top priority would be to retain loyal customers.

Additionally, we find their prices to be quite a bit higher compared to other larger per supply stores. We didnt mind paying a higher price until they disappointed us with their overly specific loyalty program.

Unfortunately they have lost loyal customers today.

They provide very heart warming customer service! There is a brand name of dog food that we are told it's been only purchased by our family; however, the store still keeps in stock for our dog. We really appreciate their sincerity.

Walked in with my Yorkie and was greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff. They were so genuine and so good to my dog. The space is huge and so are the selections! Knowledgeable and informative staff took me to the dog food isle and explained each brand and its difference/highlights.

I came to the location through world of mouth. I went in with no intention to purchase. I walked away with a small purchase and a sample dog food. I wish I heard about them sooner! Will definitely be back.

Wide range of food and toys for dogs and cats. Also have a lot of raw food and bones. The store seems a little disorganized at first but it’s really fun in there for both dog and owner it doesn’t really matter. Treats and beef chews are displayed at the level of the dogs head so if you have a Pac-Man type dog that eats everything in site I would refrain from bringing him in the store lol

Rascals may not look like much from the outside.it's not a fancy big box store.but it's what's inside that counts. The staff know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers and our furry and/or feathered family members. Our boy Diego certainly loves the attention (and treats) he gets. The great service and reasonable prices mean we'll continue to shop at Rascals.

Massive selection of food and pretty much anything else you might need for you pet. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It's unassuming form the outside but don't let that fool you.a very organized and clean store lie within. I really appreciate the food samples so you can give food to your pet to make sure they like it before buying it.

Privately owned business has been around for a while. Excellent service and they stand behind what they sell. Discount on certain items if you pay cash or debit. Sometimes they have some amazing deals.

This is my favorite place to go get great food toys and treats for all the fur babies in my life. Better options and locally sourced foods. Tons of selection. Everything from beds to cat trees to crates and antler for your dogs. 100 percent will recommend.

I was greated as soon as I walk in the door and asked if I needed any help, I accepted the offer and was shown several different types of dog food I had coupons for through the Fire Fighters booklet we had purchased earlier. The clerk was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
