Jim was an extra incredible help after I admittedly threw out the manual for the new winch & helped get me a new copy the same day, which saved us some time and effort with the install.

We had called and spoke to Jim regarding a roof top tent. He ordered us our tent and it was so easy. Jim was really helpful and really nice to deal with.

Nice to see companies that truly want to do the right thing by their customers and improve their service.

I used them in the past on my 2013 Ram dually and 2017 F350.5 stars twice. Yesterday, I called if they would do dpf delete and pricing. They said they do but would call me back on pricing. Still haven't heard back from the person days after. If you do, you do. If you don't, just say so.

Edit: the salesperson called back and explained why he was delayed. He was polite and apologetic.

What else can I say, other than wow! 5 stars all the way. Customer service, product, and dealing with Chris made my project come to life. I was recommended Raven by another aircraft builder and I will definitely be doing the same. All I had to do was fire off a quick email and in no time Chris had everything I needed. If you need any graphic work done, these are your guys.

I just had some Decals done with Raven Graphics and Chris whom I dealt with did a perfect and excellent job - he designed some decals Grizzly Bear claws and Paws and a Fishing logo for my boat and delivered everything to me ahead of schedule - The decals were very easy to work with and put on the boat in fact they were of much better quality and easier than some that I had ordered on Amazon - I can highly recommend Chris and Raven Graphics - as the place to go for anyone needing decals and warps - additionally the plus also is that their prices are very good - please support and "SHOP LOCAL"

Did an awesome job! It was a challenge as it was a electric vehicle things didn’t fit right but they were able to figure it out and got it done. I will be going back in the future

Awesome experience with Raven graphics. From the first phone call until the job was done (and Done very well) Chris was very helpful and showed an amazing attention to detail. I gave him a basic Idea of what we wanted to have in our truck and he designed something that even I couldn't Imagine. I will for sure recommend them. Also their price was the best in town.

Have been dealing with Jamie on some modifications to my jeep and he has been great to deal with. When the weather warmed up and I needed to get summer tires and rims. Jamie and the team were able to accommodate my hectic schedule and in less than a week I had the new rims and tires on the jeep (and they look awesome).

Purchased and had a BakFlip cover installed and am super impressed with Raven. Product was quoted and appointment booked over the phone and when I arrived I was greeted by name. Great company to deal with, Jamie was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Couldn't be any happier with the upgrade that was recommended. Total cost was no more than original quote, parts came in quick, install was even quicker. Very professional to deal with, highly recommend.

These guys are helping me with aftermarket work and accessorizing my new Super Duty. Is there something you specifically want, but can't find a local company that carries it? Or will even try to order it for you? TRY THESE GUYS! Jamie will to go the extra mile to try to source it out and order it in! (I'm sure we've all ran into the typical 'we dont carry that brand so move on' attitude a lot of performance/aftermarket/4x4/accessory shops have). Advice and recommendations from Jamie worked out as discussed and his experience is nothing less than obvious. Daves install and mechanical knowledge is top notch! These guys really know what they're doing and it shows. It's not very often you look at work done by others, and feel they did as good a job on your vehicle as they would their own. If you haven't stopped by the Raven stores in Calgary lately.you should. WOW, they look amazing. The products and services offered by Raven are outstanding. Rather than buying new, I spruced up with some accessories and I must say 'unbelievable'. Well done Raven.

I was surprised how rude the front counter guys were. They were talking down and belittling a older gentleman who was from out of town. They were not much better to us. I didn't feel that they wanted our business from the negative feeling we had when we left. We ended up at truck outfitters and they were awesome and we ended up buying there.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I guess it's all subjective. This is probably one of the most honest and caring places. Taylor was very patient and answered all my questions. I see that people complained about pricing. I see their point of view, but I would gladly pay a little more for excellent customer service. They even suggested to buy more, which I am happy about as that's their job and it shows that they care. I appreciate the upsell as it shows that they care about the company and care about their customers. I came in to just get mudflaps installed and ended up getting more work done as they were just that good at their job. Just listening to how they speak to their customers in the phone is great. Other companies can learn from Taylor and Jim. Side note, everyone not even working on my truck (3m installers and the general manager) are simply great as well. I have been to many places, but Raven on 58 SE is one of the best. Thank you Raven
