Called online number. Was told I need to speak with someone at a branch and was given an appointment with an advisor here. Had to track the person down because they missed the appointment only to be told I need to call another number. The next number said the brach should have done it. Really got the run around.

So far, so good.
Have visited this bank a couple of times recently and had the pleasure of speaking with Brittany, one of their long-time employees/ tellers. She was pleasant, helpful and very efficient on both occasions. In spite of there being a long lineup of customers waiting, we never felt like we were being rushed.
Based on our experiences with this branch to date, all good. Will update if any issues arise later on.

Absolutely the worst bank branch I have ever dealt with. Also rude tellers and reception. So glad I am not a client anymore.

This review is for the employee Colin, he is by far the rudest RBC employee I've ever spoke with. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

We've been dealing with RBC for our personal and business banking, so far I can say, this bank is the best in terms of service and reliability. Keep it up!

My customer service experiences with this bank have consistently been sub standard.will be moving my banking else where.specifically this branch i never had issues at any other branch

Theres a philipino lady with bold black glasses that's works as a teller there. That talks over you, when your trying to explain your situation. She is just rude. Worst service ever. Asked to speak to someone else and management she totally avoided me and refuse to help me. Omar (manager) your workers are terrible

3 tellers open at 4pm. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and still 1 person in line in front of me. 5 people behind. Ridiculous.

Spectacular front desk person - Sara. Very helpful and was able to get documents printed off and sent to their direct investing department in a hurry due to another branches neglect. 1 star off for the buisness tellers closing 10 mins early. 5pm closing on the door, not 450pm.
