I work at a law firm, so I am at this location quite often doing deposits. They are always so friendly and helpful. They have some of the nicest froth staff that I have ever met. I will leave work early to go to this branch in particular.

Went today Feb 9th ‘2022to do transaction in the branch but the location intended to closed early at 5pm instead staying open until 8pm asper their hours of operation. Please change your timings in the future. RBC parsons corner ellerslie.

Terrible service don't know why this location is open when they say they cannot do there job save your self the hassle wait times and so on and just go to another location this is by far the worst experience worst location worst staff a bank could have

RBC is not able to protect a personal information. Online banking information was changed by someone and RBC was not able to detect the fraud. Furthermore the bank could not do proper investigation and find out how this had happened. To many gray areas with RBC security that I can afford to stay with them anymore. Leaving RBC after 11 years and too bad that customer service don't care about it at all.

I went to RBC bank on Parsons Road to get change for my kids allowances. They refused to change my quarters to loonies because I don't bank with them. I said you're a bank and the manager said yes for our customers. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I tried to call their customer service and couldn't get passed the automated service without a client card. So much for community coming together. I advocating for anyone and everyone to avoid RBC.

Incredibly rude shift manager. I went in to exchange some funds to US Dollars on a Monday. The teller did the transaction only to find out they did not have the bills I was looking for. I was going to go to another branch, but she asked me to please come back the next day and she or her co-worker would give me the "Staff Rate". I finally agreed, and I went back today. She was not there so I walked over to the side where the manager was getting money out for another teller. I merely inquired as to which teller was the other name on the note. The manager scowled at me and gruffly told me "shes off today, now go get in line". Wow! Not impressed. I delt with another teller who honored the request, but had to get said manager to come unlock the drawer. She would not even look at me. Letter to RBC sent. Go to another branch folks.

I was totally disappointment in my last visit into this branch. The associate helping me (name tag stated "branch manager") was of no help whatsoever. I had questions regarding my account that were not only left completely unanswered but I was addressed in such a rude and condescending tone throughout my entire visit. When asked to access my money I was told I would need to have a draft issued to myself meaning I would have to pay to use my money. I asked what it would entail to close my account, I was told to call the call center. RBC, I choose to have my savings and investments through you, you are by no means my only option. THIS is how you lose business.

It’s always pleasant getting my banking done here but today in particular Apoorva was awesome in helping me! She went above and beyond to help save time and money! Thanks so much Apoorva hopefully you get some further recognition for being so meticulous!

I wish I could give negative stars. 1 star is too high for the experience I had today. I went to this branch and was attended by Victoria and later on, by the manager named Mylea. I was trying to withdraw $3,000 cash because I need that for my travel. Mylea said they have a bank policy that they can’t give me that amount. The fact is I don’t have a limit to withdraw money because that’s the arrangement I made since day 1, for almost 20 years of banking with RBC. They said they recognize that, but they just can’t give me that amount (even though I have enough funds from several of my accounts there). Mylea was so rude and inconsiderate even after I explained to her that I really need my OWN money in cash. I then asked if I could get Mylea’s business card so I would have reference in formally reporting the incident. Mylea said, she doesn’t have a business card! What? !? A branch manager without a business card? !?
Here’s more, I went to another branch, because my experience was so frustratiing. Sefina, a teller from RBC-Harvest Point, said she could give me $3,000 or more if I want it, anytime! So I did. I got it (all in $100-dollar bills, as I’ve requested). No problem. Sefina and the RBC-Harvest Point manager also informed me that all RBC-managers have business cards.
Something is wrong with this RBC manager named Mylea.
Would RBC higher management please attend to this matter?

Opened PLC there a while back, booked meeting via telephone banking and was surprised to find sraff waiting in the lobby for me when I arrived.

I have been banking with RBC since I first opened a bank account in high school back in 1988. I have nothing but great things to say about this bank in the thirty years that I’ve been dealing with them. I’ve had student loans held here, and now have a credit card, line of credit, and all bank accounts, including a US visa and savings account, with this bank that respects me as a loyal and long time client, and always gives me outstanding customer service whenever I’ve had to deal with them. My entire family is with RBC and given their level of service and support to their clients, it is no wonder that RBC is Canada’s biggest, and I’d say best, bank!
