I came in last week to get a new account and close out the account I had due to unauthorized transactions. I asked for a new direct deposit form and thought everything was done so I left. When I was finished, I went to the ATM to make sure my card worked and, of course, the rep didn’t correctly add my pin to the card. I just discovered now that the rep gave me a direct deposit form for my old banking information and now I won’t get paid from my work when I needed the money. This location is awful and it seems like the staff aren’t trained.

Hi,
I just went the RBC this Branch today. They have lack of knowledge about my chaque deposit. One trailer told me that your chaque would be available right way, because it is business chack and same bank chaque However, couple of hours later I went to the this location again. Then, they told me defferent story. Her name is "Server"
She is so rude and disrespectful.

Horrid bank and horrid branch. Long lines with 1-2 tellers working during business hours. Many more on the clock but browsing. BM doesn't seem to care. Check clearing rules made up depending on day you visit.

I had good experience while opening the new comer bank account. Advisor Kevin helped and provided all info, offers etc. Chequeing account opened in 30mins.

Not much crowded, queue system.
ATM available.

Worst phone service I've ever encountered. All I want to is talk to someone to book an appointment. I could not get to that location in the phone menu selections.

Initially having the false impression from our businesses banking here they would assist, learned the opposite. Confirmed with one of our businesses how difficult Royal Bank is to deal with, and only use as last resort.

The overall low rating here demonstrates well RBC is doing to turnaround it's poor reputation.

Jack the loan guy thinks he needs to ask women if they own or rent after having more then 1 conversation about their MORTGAGE! He needed me to confirm I'm not a confused renter more then once!

Went in to open a small business account. They took all my Drivers, BC and Passport, let me sign a bunch of papers and wrote a phone number ad some other number on a post it note. Told me to call that number to finalize the account. I called the number and they told me I have top open the account in person. Isn't that what I just did? I'm SO confused. People actually trust this institution with their Businesses and Mortgages? Check my review history I only drop 5 start reviews. I try to bring more positivity to the world but right now I'm super upset. In total this day cost me over $400 dollars in lost wages.

Teller on the business section should be open for business transactions or for God sake closed that section! Useless and not helpful! Been banking with this location compare before they are slow as hell! Worst system! Won't even try mentioning RBC to anyone!

Terrible and very arrogant advisors that stop answering after getting ur money. Switching banks for sure
Been with royal for 14 years. They are just terrible in the west i find.

Slowest service ever received. Multiple occasions, same slow service. Recently had tellers chit chatting to others (1 teller open, 1 busy on paper work, and three others roaming and chatting) instead of opening other tills to serve customers that were now lining up. Granted if they are busy doing other duties or tasks at least acknowledge the guest instead of just looking back at them like you could care less and are in no rush to attend. Regardless if this is the closest branch I will be going elsewhere for reliable service. Would give zero stars if possible, for recurring service issues.

Worst service ever i cant believe how bad this branch treated me after i told them my concern very disgusted on how i was treated especially by the customer service manager i will be closing my accounts at the end of the month
