Need more staff to reduce customer wait time. Every time I visit this branch, there is a big lineup and spend 80 to 100 minutes.

Expect to wait in line for more than 30mins. Slow and poor customer service. They don't care about serving their customers fast or at least don't try.

Have been returned from the business till for the 4th or 5th time being told that she has to go. And I was referred to wait long qeue. Other branches do better.

I have very bad expirence at this branch. When ever i visit there is short staff, very slow and long wait all the time. If you need fast service go to village square branch.

Horrible bank! A bank that you can NOT trust. I think that can express my frustration when a bank lies to you and wastes my time.

All indian are working here and they are very slow. They don't care about others people except indian.i want to give them zero. I wait morethan 40 min in line but it was only 3 person in the line.

It’s like any other bank you wait but I’d like to say I think she’s the branch manager (Blonde hair lady) is a really nice lady she’s got patience and is very kind even when people have been rude. Just thought she deserves to know she’s pleasant.

Horrible service. One teller gossiping with a client, one in training, and the other sending emails or something. Left and hopefully find better service in Saddleridge. If not, I will make the drive to Cochrane for better service.

Poor services. Not separate services for business. Non professional attitude. This is the worse location of RBC. I am trying not to go there but some time I have to because it’s near to me.

I"ve come here a few times to do some banking since it is just a hop skip and a jump away from work. I actually prefer just using the ATM machine but there has been a couple of times I've needed to see a teller.

I have to wonder if the tellers really know how to do their jobs. I when in on 2 different occassions many months apart and had 2 separate tellers. The first time I wanted to pay my insurance and needed to set up the vendor which I was unable to do on-line, and directly on the back of my insurance bill it say pay at any major finanical instution. So i figured hey RBC is a major banker no problem right? Boy was I about to learn that getting them to set it up was going to be a nightmare. First she couldn't find the insurance company (Royal and Sun Alliance -not a small company) and tells me I can't pay the bill. My response was to flip over the bill and correct her and say yes I can pay it here. So she starts giving me attitude saying "it's not a real bill so you can't pay it here" -Not a real bill ok I'll tell my insurance company that next time I don't pay. So then another lady comes over and low and behold finds the company to add to my payee list. Then the first girl asks how much I want to pay I say the whole amount in bold at the bottom. She does the transaction and gives me the reciept. I notice she has only put through the dollar amount and not the change. I bring this to her attention and again I am given attitude saying she asked me how much I wanted to pay. Note to self acutally tell them the amount in dollar value don't just say the whole amount. Really? !? ! Come on if you can't read and deal with numbers maybe this isn't the job for you.

The second time I came here I need to process a check right away and didn't want to wait for the hold to clear when you deposit it in the ATM. So the lady is doing my transaction and then she says oh your VISA is no longer valid you have to choose one that has is a rewards card. I am taken a back at first what do you mean my credit card isn't valid. So she procedes to tell me about all the different options and the fee that goes with them. She tells me the RBC rewards card is the best way to go because is has no fee. So I open my wallet and pull out my RBC rewards card and say I already have that one. She looks at me like I"m the crazy one and then says oh and completely just drops the conversation. Guess she can't read either. I wonder how many other people were forced into switching their credit cards because this lady told them they were no longer valid and then offered the exact same card.

Over all the ATM is the way to go at this location.

Everytime i go to this location the service gets worse and worse. I get it that it is a busy branch and has lots of visitors who need assistance but the employees need to step up and help the people who wait in line for 45 mins to sometimes an whole 1 hour. Line up until the door and only 1/2 tellers helping people. Sometimes the person doesn’t have enough time to wait that much. Also the so called financial advisors sitting comfortably in their offices never ever come to help people. You can see the advisors roam around chilling sometimes looking at the people waiting to to be assisted cluelessly. I’m not a bank employee or anything of that sort but i think that’s not how you should run a bank this busy. I’ve given my feedback to the senior advisor also and to the tellers also that too many times. Never have i went there and returned with a happy face.
When you have to open a new account there woll be 2-3 people ready to assist you right away running around you “sir this, sir that”. The moment you come to them with a problem that you need assistance with they shy away like little children making excuses.
I really request the management to either hire more staff or deploy more tellers on assistance because we the customers/ clients pay the monthly for a reason and that is called “personal service/help”. I thought mine is gonna be the first review this long but after looking at the previous ones i was forced to make it small. The very looks on the employees faces say to you straight up that we don’t care.

There is only one person in a tenure of 2 months from the advisors who has come down to the floor to help me or anyone else in my sight. His name is Mo.my guy helped me first hand with everything that i came in 2 times before. I recommend you to go straight to MO.

I recently opened a Bank account with Royal Bank Of Canada and I also deposited a Cheque from my Father into it which is what you do with cheques when you receive them. I also set it up for direct deposit from my Employer. A week ago my account was frozen and I was not allowed any access to my account because they were suspicious of the cheque from my Father due to the facts our names are similar.

It would not be unreasonable for them to hold the Cheque until it cleared but they decided to also freeze my account (with my pay) for over a week for no real reason. Being without money for gas, food, etc for a week was very stressful.

Today I went back to the bank for the 4th time in the last week and found out that the cheque cleared with no problems and they still can't unfreeze the account until I come back again tomorrow and talk to a manager. Yes really I have to come back again tomorrow.

Abuses like this should have consequences and the Banks like the airlines should be facing consequences for abusing their position.

I have spent 1.5 hours on the phone and wasted my time in long line ups at RBC four times and still I will have to go again tomorrow.
We really do need a consumer bill of rights against the banks.

I have submitted a complaint with the Banking ombudsman as well as a few other government agencies hoping for a little bit of justice but doubt anything will happen.

Worst service in the banking industry I have seen. Very long waiting time. No staff member cares about the long lineup in the bank.

Everytime i go i find service really nice but this time i served with a smile and really concern behaviour By one of employee name aman jabbi. She has really good customer handling skills. Dont loose these kind of people RBC.

The worst RBC bank in Calgary! There is never more than 2 or 3 bank tellers open. The wait time is always over 30mins because they don’t have enough staff and are very slow.

It has been over 22 years since I step foot inside a Royal Bank and sadly still have to wait longer than usual for service.

Friendly and helpful, I got great costumer service for what I needed. It was right around lunch time when I was there, and I had zero wait time.

I guess every business has its good and bad days. I had a fine visit here.it’s usually pretty busy!
