I had an emergency situation regarding draft made and issue with my bank account. I had already been to another branch, i knew if there was branch that could hell me was this branch, i also knew the only person who could help was Amrajit. Lucky for me, bank wasn’t busy. She was busy but i still went up to her and asked her for help, i explained her ny situation, she accepted my request and assured she will speak to her manager and help me. She took a few minutes and let me know she and her manager are making an exception. I was so relieved. I can’t appreciate her enough. Thanks to her and the branch. RBC no doubtedly is the best bank in Canada. Mind you i have worked with most banks in Canada in over a decade.

Very small.no seating for senors or disable.very busy all the time.in rush hours, they have only two employees. Clients seem to take 3 or 4 times than any other branch.employee are nice.but all in all total mess

Very poor service. The employees here are wasting time to change papers in printer and checking there systems. I even don’t want to give one star for this location, seriously.

I had the pleasure to get the services from Mr Saud Khan at RBC Saddletowne branch. I must say this guy is a gem and he is very professional. He helped me in each step. Highly recommended!

I was quite convinced by the service given by Mr. Saud Khan. It was quite easy to interact with him and he gave us many informations which were unknown to us.

One of teller dal… she is very rude and did not complete our request. We needed statement after transfer she refused to provide us transferred statement. We also deal with her before that too she was rude that time too.
Manger should watch their staff how they deal with customers.

Not sure how this Branch is functioning. Staff has no knowledge about what they are doing, when you ask them for anything they don’t know about any process and when ask for BM he is not available. You try to call branch it goes on voicemail and there is no room to leave any voicemails. RBC should look at this branch and need some knowledgeable staff here. They don’t even know where and how to submit transfer out forms. Very disappointed with this branch. Even FA at that branch doesn’t know anything. Not sure how and who promoted them as FA. I was helped by Mohammad Khan and Amarjit Singh. I understand everyone does not know everything then wear training batch so that customers coming in they know that they are dealing with trainees and they are not ready to handle our business. If this people don’t know what they are doing how can we rely on them with our hard earned money. RBC has some standards and this kind of service was not expected from national level bank.

Today my phone conversation with Syed Amir Shah Financial advisor. I am very happy with his professionalism and his ability to help me make wise financial decisions. Thanks

One of fabulous and amazing customer service of Mr Amir Shah financial advisor, he have huge knowledge of financial and technical regarding for all activities investment, advice for mortgage, RRSP and RESP and more. Score, I give him 10 out of 10.

This bank is usually very slow however today a few reps came to see what they could do to help the line. Nikhil helped me and he was great. I really don't like coming here but he was super efficient and helpful. Awesome customer service that went above and beyond to help me pay my USD visa. 3 stars for the bank but 5 for service today.

Most useless branch for RBC.if you want cannot be done in there then ho to any other branch as long as you are reasonable. You should be able tonget it done. Just not at saddleridge branch

Spoke with Arnish and I have never anyone be so nice to me at bank. He went above and beyond. Very kind/sweet gentlemen and would 100% recommend speaking with him if you need any advice.

Professional staff, I got it over in a quick and efficient manner. Mohammad Saud Khan is a champ type guy. Although the working time was over but he did continue his job until it was successfuly finished. Thank you!

Mohammed and Arnish were amazing. They attended to my wife and I like we were Royalty. Honestly, they have made banking with RBC so much easy for us. Glad I met them and I hope to see both of them when next we visit the bank.

RBC saddletowne branch is doing great job even during pandemic they have all tellers working. I was helped by Mr. Muhammad Saud Khan. Very professional and knowledgable advisor. I thank him for his great service and guidance.

Not a criticism of this branch but RBC generally. Absolutely NO WAY to get in touch with a real person over the phone.

Phone lines are always "full", regardless of what time it is, with a prompt asking to call back later. Really RBC? You can't even put me in a wait line in 2022? This bank is a joke. I've tried to dispute an unknown credit card transaction for over a week and its proven impossible with RBC's world-class customer support.

Their online banking doesn't work. Their helpline doesn't work. And their service hours are aimed at businesses, not regular folk who cannot come between 9 - 5PM.

I will be switching banks as soon as possible. Thanks RBC.

I got excellent services from RBC saddletown branch. The guy Muhammad Saud helped me a lot in getting me a new bank accoubt and the credit card, with some good deals.

Highly recommended.

Straight up lied to me about my interest rate on my line of credit when I went to open one. I went in and signed the forms, then they gave me a different interest rate (higher) than they quoted me on the signed forms. When I complained they shrugged and said "oh well the rates changed. " Basically too bad so sad.

Advisors sometimes ask inappropriate and irrelevant questions.

Came in there no one else is in there, 4 tellers all look at me then look at the others to see if they will take me. I have to say “hello” for another teller to say the other 3 will help me. Terrible service will talk to the manager about this terrible service.unbelievable.
