Manager withheld my money because she didn't know where it came from. No hold on it just her decision after I said I wanted to close the account. I had to etransfer the money after so my wife could withdraw the money. RBC has been nothing but problems for the last 28 years I've been with them, I'm glad I'm not anymore. If I could give zero stars I would.

First rbc branch filling out stupid paper work when u not have rbc clients card. I try to verify with my master card, driver license, online bank log but teller wanna go all the way around and waste my times

I went in to open a business account, 1 hour before closing, the place was empty and it was told to come back the next day because there wasn't enough time.
I missed my appointment the next day but then did not get anyone to return my calls for almost a week. It's almost like they don't want to work at this location.
This branch is ran very poorly to the point that I had to open an account somewhere else.
Not recommended at all for business accounts.

Do not get your mortgage done here through Linda Speer. She is quite possibly the worst mortgage specialist I have ever dealt with. Never returned calls, texts or emails. She was so useless it was painful to deal with. She is so inattentive and unprofessional.
I tried 3 separate times to contact the RBC branch manager to make a complaint and I did not get a call back. I’m so mad I went through this with Linda. Again DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MORTGAGE.

The bank tellers are extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all! If you want to be disrespected this is the bank for you.

The service is perpetually slow at this location. It seems regularly understaffed and I've been in 3 times where people left the line because the waits were ridiculous.
I'll probably start going to the Bellerose location instead even though this one is closer

Completely understaffed and incredibly slow. Doesnt care about customer service or experience at all. Literally only exists because the brand RBC has market dominance. SWITCH TO A CREDIT UNION BECAUSE THESE SERVICES ARE ARCHAIC AND OUTDATED, cant believe how terrible this specific branch in st albert is. I am switching to another service and I will never reccomend RBC
