I have two bank account with this branch, personal and business. They always provide a best service there. Every time I visit this branch, I have everything done on top level service. Today I came to this branch having a difficult and uncertain situation, where having my old account closed I could not print out my bank statements. The clerk Lipi, using her top professional skills, resolved my problem in a few moments, as well she acted very professionally fulfilling my other request on cheque depositing. Great service. I will recommend this RBC branch to everyone. Good job, Lipi. Thank you.
Worst customer service. The teller wasn't even making eye contact; he was looking past me during our whole interaction! I just wanted to ask some questions about banking and whatnot but the guy didn't seem very excited to answer my questions. I didn't feel welcome. Made me feel like they didn't want my business. I asked about their deals and how to make a debit card, then he started rambling about if i have an account or i fi wanna make one. I just wanted to know more about banking not open a banking account.
Me and my husband both had accounts in this branch of RBC. The customer service is OK. But I would definitely take a minute this time to Highly Recommend and Appreciate the Mortgage Advisor Tess. Our case was a little complex but she was on top of everything and guided us soo well that we got approved the exact amount we were looking for at the very first time. She is very nice, understanding and knowledgeable too. A BIG YES TO THERESA SAPGUIAN.
I have been with RBC since I was a child. I now have a mortgage, multiple accounts and have supported this bank for many years. I’m currently 5 months pregnant and went in to do a transaction and requested to use the washroom and was denied. I am not one to write bad reviews on places but was so appalled at this. Will not return
20 people in a line up and only 1 person was working the til, while 7 other employees were standing around doing nothing, worst bank to do business with
I’ve deposited my work cheque here in the branch for the past 5-6 months and immediately take out money at the teller and they have never had a problem with it. Today I went in to deposit it and the guy tried telling me that he will have to place a hold on it for 1-1.5 weeks which has never been done before. And then when I told him that I’ve been depositing my work cheques here for the past 5-6 months he immediately told me “no you haven’t”. I asked for my cheque back as I will go deposit at a different bank and he was so rude about it. Will not be banking with this RBC branch anymore.
I went to this location today for opening my account, the lady name Nusrat Malik who was helping me has no patience. She was not even listening and was in so much rush. Very disappointed customer service. She was rude. If i have a choice to give 0 star i will definitely give that.
I went into the bank to finalize opening a new bank account after starting the process with someone over the phone. I almost gave up when I went in and was asked to come back for an appointment. Shalin Patel noticed this immediately and volunteered to sort it out for me. He went above and beyond and is very thorough with his work. I also want to say Micheal Shein what a star the only reason I'm still with RBC is because he changed things around for me. Goes the extra mile you would never know he was your typical Manager so polite and friendly
Like most RBC branches, the staff are very nice and helpful. I also like the fact that this branch seem a lot less crowded than the other ones I have been to. Their services were prompt and efficient, I also used the ATM and had no issues at all. Wonderful experience
I have never seen a bank more unorganized then this location, the wait times can be anywhere from 45 mins onward you wait outside i watched seniors who can hardly stand trying to wait out the times in this bank its sad.i have an account with Scotia and never have i seen the wait times this bank offers, i am going to move my mortgage next week i am done with this branch
I Set up an appointment and arrived to the appointment very early. As i was seated a couple came and sat next to me. The man who i had an appointment with came out when the time was due and took in the couple instead of me and didn't ask for a name. Ended up having to wait for hours for my appointment. Inexcusable behaviour from a professional business.
So I booked an appt at 11am through phone, when i got there at 11, they told me that my appt was booked at 12. So I went and came at 12. After that i had to wait another half an hour for the advisor and I just gave up told them to cancel the appt since i dont have much time to wait sooooo long. Bad service PERIODT.
I deposited money using their "cash envelop less" machine. The money was counted wrong so I have to get the guy from the reception to report it. As soon as we get back to the machine the transaction was cancelled and took my money! Nothing was deposited to my account. It has been 12 days and now I was told to wait another 7-10 business days. I'm very dissappointed because there is nothing I can do! I've been with this bank for almost 11yrs. All disappointment! My God. Review the camera! You work hard for the money and its not right to wait for almost 1 months to get it back. I'm not even sure if there are returning it back! What kind of system is this. I have an account with bmo where my mortgage is and i always use the same machine where u dont need envelop but I never had issue with them! Pls just get the work done fast. It's not like I'm stupid to leave the machine but it's not counting right I need an assistance. Time out in a minute? I wish they are also fast enough to return back the money same as the time the machine took my money without putting it back in my account!
Waiting in line for several hours, all Indians workers are slow and with a bad attitude. I will suggest them to close this branch permanently! They destroy the RBC’s reputation.
My husband went there today, he spent more than an hour. Just one teller, two people in front of him and several people behind him. One of the people from the lineup went to the front desk and complained and she stated that she would let the manager know. I understand now that I believe nothing will get done from reading the past reviews. I'm sorry to say that I might be dealing with another bank or maybe just another branch. This branch is the most convenient for me, which upsets me and my husband very much! Wow Royal Bank I've been dealing with you since I was 16 years old and I'm going to have my 60th birthday this year. Let time tell. What's a complains department if it doesn't work!
Business services Millwoods RBC suck here I don’t know why I come here there always short of staff. Ellerslie there alway very attentive with the customer
Went in the morning to withdraw $1000. I did not want to use ATM as I wanted it in $20 bills for a specific reason. I was helped by a unfriendly chinese teller who immediately told me that she cannot give it in $20 bills and I have to accept $50 bills. I told her I needed it for a spesific reason in $20 bills. She did not give me a reason why she cannot give $20 bills. I left the bank, drove to Ellerslie RBC and without asking the teller gave me the $1000 in $20 bills. Well done Ellerslie. I tried for more than an hour to phone this branch to speak to customer services but had no luck. Reading the reviews I think this branch has to step up and do something!
Staff was friendly, line was awful, staff was not gainfully employed in my opinion. I went to certifie a cheque the only one trained to certify a cheque was the manager on dutie.she need to approve the certification so wasnt able to do the actual certification. All in all a ten minute procedure took well over 45 minuts.kinda mind blowing.rbc need to hire more staff, and make sure they are trained in all aspects of there profession.
All in all this process included a 15 minute line and 45 minutes standing at the tellers booth.like I literally felt the aggression from the 20 person line standing behind me.didn't feal safe standing there let alone leaving.absolutly the most horrendous experience I have experienced at any bank. Definitely save your self the trouble.
