I was in a real bind and went in hoping I could get a same-day appointment. Of course nothing was available but when I explained the situation, Marvin Zhao very kindly helped me on the spot. I’m so grateful - he and the teller who helped me really made my day:)

Windermere- currents RBC: Was transferred to this branch by RBC customer service as this is our nearest one and I got Peter (I won’t go into my personal details too much as this is public but it was regarding my pension, which is important and a lot of money!) he was super unhelpful, unprofessional, poor customer service and quite frankly just plain rude. He said he didn’t work in the area that we were inquiring about, fair I guess, but when we asked more questions or how to get the answers he made short snappy comments like “I don’t know” “I don’t know, Google it yourself” when we expressed we were losing confidence in him and his answers he said “then phone direct investing then”. Like seriously dude, I’m trying to put MY money into your bank, a lot of money that is important for my future and this is how you treat a loyal customer who’s been doing banking with RBC for years? Unacceptable.

If you guys are going to lock clients out of their accounts on a Sunday when no branches are open, it would be reasonable to have a security team that can answer the phone in a reasonable time. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. Not acceptable!

Very bad customer service, the employees that are working there and even the ABM and BM seems never care about their customer service. Either you come or don’t, and head office or cooper never care this branch.

Was told by RBC customer service to go into a branch because I some how was locked out of my account online.go in today. 3 tellers and I am the only customer. I told the gentleman with the side swiped hair my situation. He said he can't help because direct investing is a separate thing. I said can we call together then and figure this out.

His response was we will need to book you an appointment with someone in the branch like myself to make this call because if we call right now it will take too long.keep in mind there are 3 other people working and I still am the only one in there and it was RBC that told me to go in. He didn't even try to help or look Up my account.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 930am by the branch/system to open an account. Got here on time, a staff told me that the person that can open the account is busy and will take about 15 mins. Nobody else in the branch can do this. 5 mins later another staff told me that more people are coming in so someone will help me soon. Waited 30 mins. While waiting another customer came in, waited 5 mins and someone came to grab them. Why would the bank schedule me for 930am when no one is able to help me? Being punctual is a requirement for a business. This is a bank! A completely disrespect of customer's time. Took other bad ratings and review a grain of salt until I experienced bad service myself. Saw few staff rusing in thru the door at 1000am. Gazalpreet was the one that helped me opening my account. She told me she wasn't suppose to come in till 1000am, apologized and said she doesn't know why this happened. Anyhow this is still a hiccup that resulted me waiting for 30 mins that I shouldn't have to. Gazalpreet was friendly. The service she provided was great 4/5. The branch however, is 1/5.

The worst customer service. RBC is going downhill. The middle aged lady with glasses working at the till Oct 14th 2022 needs to go asap! She treats me and other clients with disrespect every time I go in there. There is no need for it!

I would give this branch negative stars if I could. Went there this morning to close our safety deposit box with an appointment that I booked online. Got there and the guy I had an appointment with passed us to somebody else, Carla. Carla was super rude and didn't even seem like she wanted to help us. She took my key from me and handed me the signature card and told us to sign. While were signing, she proceeded to open my safety deposit box without me even near her! Then she took the box out and just handed it and said to empty it out there. I HAD to ask to use a table since I need to put the box somewhere. Terrible customer service!

Went three different times for three different requests, disappointed every single time. Terrible customer service and unheard rules, looks like they are still in 1950s.

I regret not going back to this branch location. I ended up to Magrath and had a bad experience won’t come back to that location again. I will always go to this location. Very helpful guy I met here.

Only go to this branch if you have hours to waste with only one person ahead of you. I have never had a good experience here and the tellers are often rude.

After a frustrating week with 3 visits, and speaking with 4 staff at this location- today I had an appointment with advisor Neeraj. He was super helpful and took his time to really solve the issues I was having with my account, and also took the time to educate me on my options and the services that RBC offers. He also gave me his personal line and email in the event of needing any future assistance.

The worse branch ever. Finance adviser (Elizabeth) is so mean and she doesn't have a good manner/customer service to client who is 20 years old. I never seen adviser like her in my whole life. I strongly not recommended you to visit this branch.

After nearly 4 months I visited this branch for an appointment with their Financial Advisor Neeraj. He is professional, friendly and was very helpful in completing my financial transaction. Thank you for the excellent customer service experience!
I was also very impressed with the enhanced safety measures put in place at the branch to keep everyone safe during this difficult times. Thanks to the leadership team at the branch!
