For this branch Customer service even one star is too much
I have Account with RBC for more than30 years in BC. I never had good customer service there in BC. When I moved to Calgary, I thought I would try RBC again.
I found out the customer service is worse than BC RBC. I do not recommend this bank and I am telling to everyone I know in Business and personal banking to find other banks
Please go to the comment section then you see the managers do not even try to find out why some customers are complaining.

Highly recommended Marilou for your mortgage needs. I am the first time home buyer. And Marilou helped me so much. She is always there when I have questions. And now I found my perfect home.
Also recommended Chris (Rares) for banking needs. He explained everything to me and gave me suggestions.
This is definitely my favorite RBC branch.

I paid $8 to get a bank draft from other Bank, came to this branch to deposit and need to access the fund right after. The lady there told me I have to WAIT FOUR days to access the fund! This just non sense. What's the point to pay for a bank draft? I would just use a personal check, and might get access to the money next day! Worst banking experience!

Very high standard professional people work here at this RBC branch. And based on that this is my preferred branch even though it is not the closest one for me.

I’ve been going to this bank for over 5 years now and have been a rbc customer for over 20 years and so far so good Untill July of this year.
I have an issue with a wire transfer with this branch as now they want nothing to do with us. The manager ZAC can’t even respond to an email or pick up the phone even though his support team is telling us he is at work. Even though we have met with ZAC a few times to try and resolve this issue. We have been dealing with this issue for almost 5 months now. Needless to say it’s pretty sad that your branch doesn’t have your back when you need them.
