Aditta brother Thank you for what you did. I went to this bank a few times. They were happy to help. I didn't see anything negative.

So this is not about the branch but about RBC VISA USA card and issues experienced!

I have been long time client of RBC and used the CDN and USA visa credit cards long time. Back in July my USA fund card was stolen with some other items. I reported it stolen first thing (even before there were any charges etc). The card was used near where I live at several gas stations, small purchases. I called RBC Visa fraud and they assured me “not to worry the charges would be credited etc” well a new card was sent and the 216.00 in charges have never been credited. I have not paid for that portion of the bill either. My customer service rep assured me as well that to be patient, it would get handled. I have had 2 more calls with visa credit and the issue escalated up the chain to a “management review” … but here’s the worst part… they froze my credit card because the 216.00 is past due… does any of this make sense to anyone? Brutal, the big banks need to pay attention to their customers. My statement on this is simple… goodbye RBC for most of my accts and business. I was a low cost customer, dealt mostly with the Dominion side … I can bank anywhere and will! We have to hold banks accountable for bad service. BRUTAL … all for 216.00 …no one could do anything to fix it or common sense to stop the issue from getting bigger… I wasted probably 8-10 hours following up etc etc.frustrated by reps agreeing that it’s terrible but yet no one person could do anything… management needs to pay attn … or not … they don’t need us really…

Stupidest branch ever. They let me sit for two hours and no help was received. Go here if you don’t have any other thing to do. Extremely disappointed.

I’m not surprised by the rating for this location worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life time staff are ignorant and literally don’t know what they are doing closed my account just because of this branch by far the worst bank in Canada I would rather use PC says a lot lol

Went in to use the ATM. It's 36°C outside and the heat is on full blast in the front entrance.

I always have a great experience at this branch. Jazz is extremely helpful. She helped me with my funds and gave me financial advice on where to invest and the best savings account for me. Over all Great customer service, polite, extremely helpful and very professional.

Bank was absolutely awful the manger was rude and unprofessional she acted like she had better things to do this branch was one of the reasons I left RBC. I also felt quite judged by her and felt discriminated against when I was doing my transaction.

Don’t go that branch they are people without any banking knowledge specially manager customer service is bad try to go some other bank instead rbc

Terrible service, extremely unprofessional and rude staff.
Update: gave them another chance after a year sad to see nothing changed. Toxic females that don't care about customer service. From managers to employees. Don't waste your time here with much more professional branches available.

I got off work at 4: 30pm and drove to my RBC bank. Got there for 4: 55pm with a couple people ahead of me. Someone who worked there asked me what I was there for, which was depositing a bit of cash. She said I could use the atm but I wasn’t sure if it would be held over $1000 and she didn’t know. So I waited in line, which wasn’t too long. Anyways a lady called me up and I was the last person. She told me that they close at 5pm and I should be coming earlier. I explained I drove directly from work and I got off at 4: 30pm. She was rude and it was uncalled for. I handed her the cash and she said after passing the receipt of deposit that I could have used the atm and that it wouldn’t have held my cash. I told her I didn’t know as I never go to the bank as everything is automatic and I can usually do everything online. I understand it was close to the closing time but I didn’t feel safe walking around with a lot of cash and her being rude was uncalled for.

My experience with the branch tellers have been okay so far, but my experience with their financial advisors have been horrible! They lack the ability to answer my questions or just choose to ignore them because maybe its extra work for them. I've asked questions repeatedly with no responses at all. While this location is very close to my home, I plan to seek financial services at other RBC locations, with the hopes that they can provide better services than the ones at this location.

As a side note, I've chosen not to name RBC advisors that I had appointments with. I'm hoping they come across this review and strive to provide better services to their RBC customers.

Arva was AMAZING! I am always leaving with questions remained in awnsered but she explained everything I needed to know, was clear, and so so kind. She helped me figure out different banking options and was super patient:) Made my experience so great Arva is the best. 100/10

Harneet Kaur is awesome at harvest pointe. She is really informative. I was there at the branch without appointment. She tried to help me with all her efforts. I think she is among few hardworking people in RBC

Went in this past Saturday and the sweetest lady helped me. Decided to go back to this branch today and a lady with glasses helped me this time. She really had no customer service. I wish she can go and learn from the lovely lady who helped me this past Saturday.

Big shout out to Harneet Kaur from this branch! She is excellent professional with her service to clints. Great help to everyone. Will always recommend her to everyone for any advise needed. Thank you Harneet!

The girl sit on the counter even donot know how to speak with custumers.she is so rude.i donot know why bank is paying to them.no maners no respect.useless branch donot go there.i wish i can give her minus

This branch has been fantastic, specifically Sonam one of the financial advisors I had the pleasure of meeting with.

She took the time to understand my banking needs, clearly explained RBC's line of products, services and advantages.
