RBC Royal Bank

The services are terrible. Recently had to do wire transfer to US account, branch accepted the money and didn’t transfer, accusing me in committing fraud. Branch manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional didn’t even give me opportunity to learn what documents or proof they need to confirm that money are legal. My advice if you have opportunity to use other bank services, please avoid this branch.

Terrible service. Got no call for my video conference appointment. Called them and they said that the advisor was notified and call me asap. Once again got no call.

I dealt today Nov16,2022 with a certain Fatima in the afternoon, and I wasn’t happy. She was not pleasant and have not tried to understand where I was coming from. I had a $50,000 draft issued by myself for myself and wanted to invest it in an RBC GIC. She said they would put it on hold for 4 business days, which is about a week. I told her I’m trying to bank with RBC, and I am finding it difficult to deal with them every-time I had to do something. I left. I will take my money elsewhere. I have an account with them and the draft is issued in my name by myself and not someone else.

Since they had new branch manager few years ago, feel the whole branch quality getting worse and worse, I live few blocks from this branch but now rather drive 10 more mins to century park branch, honestly all their stuff need a retraining except one lady in front.

To the RBC head office or area manager: look those negative
