Staff are good but there is no where to park for free around this location. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay to access my bank. There always needs to be free parking when you are a customer at a location.
Despite having a closed off area from the bank at south and the ATM area, you cannot access the ATM machines after hours. Every other bank in the world allows you to access the ATM after hours and closes off the bank itself, for example the bank of Montreal right across the road
Basically unless you are here before 4pm this bank is useless, and you’re incapable of taking out your own money from your own bank account.
Do yourself a favour and go with BMO. Never been an issue
The bank was closed when I went there on Dec 31 around 2: 30pm. I checked its business hours which stated it will close on 3pm before I left home. When I got there, there is a notice on the closed door saying it closes on 3PM on Dec 31,2021.
No cooperation or understanding of business banking. I have worked with many other RBC branches that are great but would strongly recommend avoiding this one. The staff was condescending and rude to top it all off. Don’t give them business.
When my credit card didn't arrive a month after I was approved I called customer service to ask if they knew where it was, and they told me I had to go to a branch. I went to this branch and thus customer service lady put me on the phone with customer support, who referred me a second customer support Rep, who then referred me to a third security customer support department, who then told me I had to go to a branch. She then spoke with the branch lady, who asked me to come back the next day as the branch was now closing after I had been there for 40 minutes, mostly on the phone on hold. She then made it so that the card would be shipped to the branch so I have to go there again, great.
So, it took 5 rbc people to get a credit card mailed to the branch for me to pick up. Amazed how this bank is still even operational.
I booked an appointment here to open a business and direct investing accounts a week in advance. I have mentioned everything to Receptionist and told her about my requirements. She helped me out but I don’t know what went wrong. She confirmed that the appointment will be in branch and I should bring in my partner with me. I also got confirmation email from them. However, when I reached here on my appointment day, Advisor called me a minute before my appointment that he is not available in the branch today. That’s too unprofessional and I wasted my seven days waiting of appointment and time on appointment day. These days in pandemic, RBC staff just take advantage of customers that their employees are not available. They don’t understand the business loss that we experience because of their inefficiency.
Incompetent staff, i just left that branch and had to drive 20 min just to get to the same place i deposited a cheque earlier this week. Just cause this place wanted to hold funds that have been available to me for the last 5 days. Useless useless peapol work there, dont bother dealing with these. #@^: "#@
We were pleasantly surprised, there very friendly staff, good service and they are well aware of the all bank services, especially thanks to Jorge Martinez and Olena Rassokha. We live in SW, but always go to their office.
