This is the worst location that you can imagine to do any business. Staff are rude and very ignorant. Can the review score be lower than 1? I am thinking of moving my account to another location.

Went in to process some things, they said that they didn't have time for me, and that I would need to schedule an appointment. So they took my phone number down, and promised they would call me to book an appointment, it has been 2 weeks now, still no call. Doesn't help that RBC is impossible to reach via phone.

The manager of this place is an arrogant and pushy idiot, don't go to this bank in northland mall

This branch is the WORST. Zero idea of what customer service should be like and absolutely no sense of urgency. Very frustrating experience every single time.

Unprofessional employees I open my account over 2 months and they can’t get me my cards…went there after a month only for them to tell me to request a new card and the lady didn’t do anything on the case and told me to wait for 7-10 business day…won’t advice anyone to use the bank.

Stood in line for 20 minutes while tellers signed off to have lunch. “Someone will be with you shortly” - I was the only person in line! Very poor customer service - ridiculous!
