As a small business I need to worry about cash flow, I’ve been with RBC for 30 years never bounced a cheque and they still think it’s okay to hold cheques.

The customer service is absolutely amazing and amazing, and everyone is so nice, just not as fast as it should be. They are a little slow. I came many times and was in a hurry and saw them slow but their service and treatment is the highest in morals and literature

Teller counted a fairly hefty cash deposit by hand instead of using the machine, it came out $200 shorter than I expected the deposit to be. I left for a minute and realized I should have insisted she use the machine to count it all, went back in shortly after to ask her to do the count again with the machine to double check there was no overage/overlapping bills but she had already deposited it. Not sure I trust that this was the correct amount, I'm very diligent in keeping track of my funds.

In the past since I've switched to this location I have also been given inaccurate information about interest rates on a GIC from a investment advisor.

I've generally been very happy with RBC in the past (used to visit the Kensington branch before they moved) but I definitely won't be visiting this location again.
2 stars because despite bad advice and untrustworthy service, everyone there has been very polite and friendly towards me.

Rebecca took great care of us. We wanted 100,1 dollar bills divided amongst the 3 of us. A bit over the top and she insisted on getting it done no probpem. Love her attitude.

There's usually a long line with only about 2 tellers available. I recommend online banking whenever you can

This branch is a joke. Whoever manages it should be embarrassed.

The whole premise here is to keep the staff to a minimum so the clients pay with their personal time.

Waiting for over 1/2 an hour in line is unacceptable. 13 people in line and 2 tellers; 1 of which spends most of their time saying “sorry we can’t complete that task. Please return during business hours on Monday”.

I’ll be looking around for better service. This branch is the worst… consistently.
