I really wanted to thank you his service (sagar Mehta) done for me regarding my loan issue.he solved very fast and good customer service very helpful for my needs…thank you very much again for your great service…keep it up

Service and fees are ridiculous and they will not help you unless you force them or tell them you will open a case about banking protocol…absolutely garbage!

I highly recommend RBC but specifically this branch. Everyone at this bank has been extremely helpful and friendly. Every interaction has been positive. The ladies at the front are very knowledgeable. It was an easy decision to switch from my previous bank Simplii Financial after my experience with Tyler. He was very patient and informative in helping me decided what accounts were best for me.

I just called in to ask why I haven't received a card for the account I set up over a month ago. The woman I spoke to was completely unwilling to help, wouldn't let me speak to any one else or give me any way to escalate the problem. I have only had an account with RBC for one month, and yet this has been the worst customer service I have received in a long time.
