RBC Royal Bank

I’ve always used this location for any of my banking needs and after my experience today I won’t be ever returning again. The teller who I dealt with today was very rude and not pleasant to deal with what so ever. She was an older lady, I couldn’t see her name anywhere. Cut me off before I could even finish explaining what I needed help with and told me she couldn’t help me. Kept saying to me what was going on with my card made zero sense and made me feel as if what was happening wasn’t actually. She was just straight up unfriendly, rude and is not someone who should be dealing with the public. My husband and I will never use this branch again thanks to her.

Shut this bank down hasn't been following provincial or federal laws bank managers are extremely disrespectful non professional I've had problems with them for over 5 years I've already made 2 complaints next is to the federal and provincial complaints lines complaint number per45632120
Their is a bank act that was created in 1991 which you guys need to be evaluated and assesed by provincial and federal law organizations also will be forwarding the complaint to (CFSON) and (OSFI) I've asked simply and nicely and as for the cra words to retrack and send back all the payments from 2 years bank manager said its not her problem extremely rude discusting behavior behavior as a bank manager it is her duty and what she gets paid to do my response I said I never knew you managed a McDonald's it actually is your job duty and due diligence to make sure all accounts are active and in good standing.also I was charged 45-60 seperate nsf charges at 45 bucks that come over 3000 dollars is robbery their is a law staring how many times you guys can do that and you guys are definitely way over manager and employees definitely haven't been following provincial and federal banking laws do not trust this branch as I have deposited many thousands of dollars just to have them give me so many issues in pulling my own money out this bank gets a rating of zero out of 5 if their was that option I'd give it a zero

I'm pretty new to the world of credit cards as a 20 year old and I went in looking to get my pin changed as I'm going out of town for a few days. This is also my first RBC account after using BMO. The teller was condescending from the beginning and cut me off after every word I said. I felt very disrespected and I will not be visiting this branch again.

I tried to call this branch and it was idle for 15minutes, the advisors are just wasting your time, they really don't give proper advise

They will always try to deny any service at the teller. If you have option use any other branch.

The most terrible bank branch, they always give out non-working cards, which is why I have to waste my time going to them

Worst RBC to visit, Carol is the elderly teller at this location & should be fired for incompetence.

Got RBC Avion card for points. Cannot access points even though points show up on card sign in. Phoned RBC and avion - waste of time, back and forth, no resolution and still cannot access points for upcoming trip.

The manager there is the absolute worst. I went to this branch to get a new debit card because I had misplaced mine. She asked me a series of questions about my recent transactions, to which I did not have answers because the last couple transactions were done by my younger sister, who is in high school. She then said that she couldn't issue me a debit card because I couldn't answer her questions and because I let my SISTER use my debit card. I even gave her two IDs and my card's pin lol. This manager should have never became one.

Waited 40 minutes to deposit a cheque. I should not have waited. 1 of the 3 tellers walked away while a line was formed and another one had computer problems which took 10 mins to resolve.staffing is a real issue here apparently.

This is by far my favourite RBC branch! I drive further just to go to this one because all of the tellers and staff have been more than helpful to me! Reading some of the negative comments people have just baffles me. It’s a bank, they have rules they have to follow and it takes time to do certain things for certain customers… EVERY bank is like this. So thank you everyone who works there for always doing a great job anytime I’ve been there.
