This branch is always slower than other branches.prefer to go at other locations. Advisors are rude and sometimes they overcharge it.

I had horrible customer service with a gentleman who work on Oct 4, at 6 pm with grey suit. This gentleman keep chewing a gum and playing a phone during the processing time. At the end, I asked him "That's everything? " He just shrugged his shoulder with slience, so I guess that means YES? ! I would recommend everyone that avoid this gentleman unless you want to learn impolite lesson and slience customer service from him at RBC branch.

They had no staff at any of the wickets and a huge line of people needing help. Took them almost 10 mins just for one employee to even acknowledge anyone.
