Really unimpressed with both the bank and the branch.
I called in to book an appointment, but their automated system made me book online. So I booked online….
Went in for my appointment, and was immediately told they couldn’t help me open the account I needed, as the staff needed wasn’t there. The branch staff member was also rather unfriendly. She sounded like she was reading lines from the training manual.
Frankly, the experience is the 3rd time I’ve been let down by RBC. I’ll be switching to another bank and would advise others to do the same.
