Very frustrating. I visited the branch 3 times and I was so frustrated for not accessing my account for more than a week now and they said they will phone me and no need for me to go to the bank anymore. Still waiting for their call.
Unpleasant experience twice in three months. Unprofessional staff with lack of banking knowledge. Especially a Indian lady who yelling at one of the customers who’s doing stuff with her own business account. So rude and unprofessional. And when is my turn. This lady just keep talking and talking none sense. I would give it no start if I can. Don’t want to continue business with them.
Honestly if I could provide a lower star I would. Horrible customer service, you have to trouble shoot your own concerns the staff can be extremely dismissive. I have asked to speak to a branch manager and am still waiting for this call so I will be lodging a formal complaint. Take your money else where customer service which is center of any great organization is not offered at this institution.
Blond woman at 11: 59AM on Dec 30/21 arguing with teller that she doesn’t need to wear a mask. They actually served her instead of punting her out the door. Disgusting. I guess profit is more important than doing the right thing during a pandemic. I’m not blaming the staff. It’s a management problem that they don’t take a firm stand.
I should have read those reviews before i started to do any business with this branch. Totally agree with Ezio Auditore review a year ago.i am going through the same scenario.waiting 2 months now for the mortgage approval with that Tracy Gallo.this is ridiculous and huge frustration.
Same thing! TRACY GALLO just talks and nothing is getting done.she is always busy with something and never answers the phone.very bad experience dealing with her. Never again

This is a wonderful branch been going here since they first opened up. Cassandra always takes care of me. She is always uplifting and very passionate about her profession. Keep up the great work!
Worst staff and services. Sold my car and received the money via eTransfer, so I needed to withdraw the money to buy a new car. While I was talking with the bank lady she wouldn’t let me withdraw my funds in cash and said it was “suspicious activity” so I showed her proof of the person who’s eTransfering me the money, showed her our texts and called the guy to confirm the etransfers. At the end of all of that she still wouldn’t let me receive my money. So I got sick of it and went to another branch and in less than 5 minutes I had my money.
What an amazing customer service. Anna & Jose went out of their way to help me get my draft get cleared on 4th. I was told by Hollick Kenyon branch that they can do nothing about it but to hold it for 4 days. I needed that money that day. Anna went on ph right away. It took a long time to be on hold so she asked Jose to help. It took a few hrs but it was done. Praise God. If it wasn't for these 2 very hard working staff, It wouldn't have happened. And I would have changed my business and personal accounts to another bank institute to get better service. Thank you guys
Telephone virtual Assistant.i called just to get a fax number and it was frustrating to try to talk to a person, i just want the fax number. To transfer all moneys out of here
I would highly advise not to bank here. Staff is unprofessional and rude. The Branch Manager and staff laughed at me while I was finishing up and were pointing at my account while laughing. I do not appreciate being treated badly. I will be moving my accounts.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The manager of that branch is very unprofessional and looks drunk. I'm sure they prohibit drinking on site, but she would ignore that. She is very unprofessional to the clients and her employees. I can see why customer service is so bad there. I've seen her yell at her employees and that is when I knew I would not step back into this branch ever again. Some sort of higher level needs to come down and inspect that location.
Its what you expect to know RBC for, which is lack of customer service and rudeness from tellers. I've always wondered if RBC ever provides training for employees in terms of civility, client care, compassion, empathy and understanding for clients. Just seems you're dealing with machines, especially at this branch. Don't even get me started about the manager.
1 star because if you call customer service, and you're watchign TV and the TV has curse words, the robot will say good bye and hangup if it hears curse words, apparently the robot gets its feelings hurt quite easily, took me about 10 getting hungup ons to figure that out and well good bye forever stupid sensitive robot my funds are moving to any other bank that actually lets me get ahold of them without having to appease a hyper sensitive emobot that is contantly spouting long winded messages and not listening until its full 10 minute speech is over.i've been trying for several days now to get ahold of anyone at this craptacular instittution to deal with my accounts, but alas, short of going to the branch and just camping there until someone deals with you, they don't provide any kind of customer service
So far not great they have messed up every thing from the beginning opened a business account with them for payroll for my self managed care employee and first they sent the cheques that were ordered to an old address (not even sure how or why that Addy was never even mentioned) sooooo needless to say that took 3 weeks to straighten out.sort of they said that that account would have to be closed and start a different one so went in and thought that's what happened (still hadn't been able to pay homecare worker yet) do they ordered cheques in this supposed new account.waited 2 more weeks for cheques.finally got them paid homecare 2 months later get a call from the bank asking if we wanted to transfer funds from the one account to another to cover the employees payroll check.huh? We should only have one account ffs! So they said bring in those checks and they will order new ones WTF? Idiots the lot of them grrrrrr I'm a quadriplegic not easy for me to get around this is unacceptable!
Every dealing I have ever had with RBC has been a bad one. At this branch the lady actually lied to me and my business partner in order to con us into a meeting we didn't need. They seem to go out of their way to make the simplest things difficult and have no desire to help make your life easier. After just a few months I closed my business banking account here and cancelled my business credit cards. I am now also cancelling my personal credit card. TD Bank never gives me any grief and they actually serve you with a smile and most importantly always make an effort to help.
Worst customer service of all Rbc locations never had issues with them until they closed st.albert trail and 137ave location they had 10 times the.customer service
