This company is garbage. Buyers beware. Solid me a quad that’s complete garbage. With tons of hiding fees to go with the thing. Only used the quad a few times and everything’s breaking found out my drive shift is broken. Had no 4x4 the whole time I got it.cover on the quad is broken. And they didn’t even change the belt. Probably from the first owner. Listen learnt here. And hope no one falls for this rip off of a company.

What a great group of people, with wild ideas on how to upgrade your machine.
If you've thought it, so have they. Good clean work done efficiently. Highly recommend getting your next souped up machine or service done by these guys.

I walked around for 10 minutes and it was a ghost town. Zero customer service. Really bad experience. Guess I'll see myself around, and see myself out. Business going elsewhere

Lying and dishonest people.
Great and very nice until they sell it to you, and after that they won’t return a single call and they will verbally abuse you on the phone and then hang up. They sold me a vehicle which drove good but had hidden damage, the damage was thousands and thousands of dollars which they knowingly hid. I had the conversation about this with the owner which shows how big of scumbags they really are. They don’t deserve to be in business, I hope they rot in hell

The sales lady was great to us but when we got home with trailer we noticed we did not have the keys to open stuff up the water damage under the master bad the propain tanks expired in 2006 we asked for new tanks was told no keys they wanted pics of numbers on locks it was are first trailer I would never go back to this place 2 skylighs leaked stuffed with garbage bags it's my fault for not going threw it properly

I originally only wanted a quote to see how much it would be for a quad, 2 days later I was riding it away! I dealt with Doug, he was very friendly and helpful and managed to get me a decent deal. I've never bought any sort of atv so I was going in blind. After being shocked at the price of similar Polaris and Can Am quads, I'm super happy with the CF Moto quad I got!

These days I am seeking to support local, especially in a global economy, keeping cash in the community is important.

I brought my trailer in for service, and 3 days later I had it back and in working order. Ready for a new season of camping!

Doug was great in keeping me in the loop and working through payment options for what was an expensive, (but necessary) service appointment.

Good collection of new and used man toys. Really friendly staff with loss of knowledge. Easy in out parking no matter how big your truck is.

Purchased a camper, was originally listed as a 2004 antiqua travel trailer on 25th of august and was delivered first week of sept 2022.

Upon receiving I attempted to register and insure as it was financed. I was unable to register as bill of sale said 2004 but it was actually a 2003. I then took it for inspection as I noticed some deficiencies.

The tech who inspected it then noted on the report the unit should not be used as there could be a lot of mold from water damage and that the unit was unsafe in the eyes of the tech. The inspection showed about 12000$ in repairs in order to be safe to use. It is currently not even safe to be transported.

Extremely disappointed and will be proceeding to the full extent of the law as I was blocked via phone and Facebook to no resolve.

Sold me a broken quad. Took a year to get ahold of and start to resolve. Only agreed to fix one part then when I called to provide an update the manager Tony started losing his mind and yelling at me for a bad review. This man has a serious anger complex and I would highly recommend any other dealership around

Service was exceptional. I dealt with Jordie i think his name was. Young guy.
He took us on a whole tour of the shop. No pressure. Was informative. Had my 5 year old with me. And he interacted with him like "one of the customers". Recommend for sure.
Prices are a little out to lunch on some of the units imo personally. But overall pleasant experience

I don’t recommend places lightly but out of all the Motorsports dealers I’ve been too, this one is without a doubt the best one anyone should go too. Do yourself a big favour and just go here. The owners are in it for the right reasons, which is to make sure people have a good buying experience. Every other place I’ve been too I’ve walked away feeling scammed and manipulated. I’ll definitely be buying my next vehicle here. And they have a professional brand new store with lots of amazing options. You can’t go wrong by going here. Honesty goes a long way. One happy customer turns into 10. It’s to bad other dealers can’t be like this.

Anything you buy from these guys get privately inspected. Also make sure they do any and all repairs BEFORE you take possession. They say they have a goodwill warranty.but they don't left me on the hook for hundreds after only a month and a half and 2 times going out the machine is falling apart! Be careful

Never bought anything here and never will. Just called them they want 22 thousand for a 2020 Renegade 570 XMR USED! How they stay in business exspecially in this economy is beyond me. Talk about price gouging.

Very disappointed! I was dealing with Christina to begin with. I was thankful as she got me the best interest with my new car while trading in my Hyundai sonata. But along the process was lacking tons of communication. I would have understood if I was told that the car will not be delivered on a certain time. She made me felt that the car was in possession or will be in possession in a few days as what I was told and this is around January 13th. Tresea contacted me that she will be coordinating with the delivery. So I've been talking to Christina and Tresea as I'm looking for answers the whereabouts of the car as it has been a week already after the deal is done. The car is beautiful but when it was offered to me the mileage was 30,946 and still no one can tell me when it's going to be delivered and has been 10 days after I took the deal. Finally, the car was delivered but it was Joe who I was dealing with this time. I had been passed on to 3 different people and when I got the car last January 30th, 2021, they racked up the mileage to 33,425 which made me upset and part of the contract was to deliver it to me in full tank which was only less than half a tank. I loved the vehicle but the experience was terrible.

I bought my first car from here my sales person was a family friend NEVER AGAIN! I feel I was gauged by the price and snowed on the tires but after only a little over a year the car is dead! Not only did I get blown off by my friend but he didn't even want to talk to me Do Not go here At All EVER-update they responded, advising I got the best deal possible.on the finest piece of junk they had. FACT another person this guy sold a car too had to return it cos it would not restart either. I was also invited to call back and they now have time to talk to me.problem is.that is why you got the negative review.my "GUY" didn't want to talk.so regardless of what some others say about their purchase. Im interested in gathering more service stories like the couple that I have

I invested in a vehicle from Shannon in 2016 and he would not even allow me to test drive it until a new clutch was installed and the inherent bearing issue with this vehicle was repaired; all for the same price as the sticker price which I knew was already a smoke'n deal. I owned it for 3 1/2 years and not 1 major mechanical concern in that time frame. The ultimate for me was when I requested the records from Shannon on the two repairs being done as the next buyer requested this. YES Shannon had them scanned and emailed over to me the next day. Now I would and have recommended other people to RCM Auto; in my experience with Shannon and RCM Auto has been truly red carpet and first class service.

Had a fantastic experience finding what was right for my families needs! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, will definitely go there again and highly recommend to anyone looking.

Not a good company. Sold us a Mercedes drove home realized the front end is gone. Called Mercedes for a quote over $2500 to repair but they already knew the car and where we bought it from. Called RCM offered $800 for a vehicle that isn't road worthy! Complaints issued at BBB and AMVIC. Stay away from this place all they care about is their commission. Not about people's safety!

Wouldn't let me post without 1 star at least! Would not even rate this dealership one star! Please people, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Bought a 2017 Ford F-150 with 17,000 km in October of 2017. Took the truck into Ford in my hometown near the end of January 2018 for an oil change and some warranty work. They could NOT pull up the vehicle on their system and Ford Canada could NOT pull this vehicle up on their OASIS system. Called RCM Auto and told them what had happened, they told me to have Ford place their scanner on the truck's computer. CAME UP AS A STOLEN VEHICLE! The VIN plates on the dash and driver's door had been changed! RCM Auto wanted me to bring the truck back to Edmonton and they were going to TRADE it in on another truck, thus putting me into reverse equity! Funny, because by then, all I had really financed was a piece of paper. But, I had already called the RCMP and they came to my place and seized the truck. I reported RCM Auto to AMVIC, and all AMVIC did was get the bank to get RCM Auto to pay out the loan and the payments I had made on the truck. AMVIC also told me that I would be better off suing RCM Auto because, apparently, AMVIC decided that RCM Auto had been taken advantage of too! All RCM Auto would have had to do was call a Ford Dealership and give them the VIN# and ask the start and stop date of the Warranty on the truck and they would have found out what I had found out. I tried to get the down payment and the cost of the vehicle that I traded in on the Ford back, but they are saying that the bank paid the down payment out and that I had owed money on the trade in.which is BS! The vehicle I traded in was a 2007 Dodge Nitro! I didn't realize it would take a person over 10 years and still not have paid for a vehicle in full or that a person could BORROW a down payment from the bank! (Please note sarcasm). These people obviously do not want to make things right with me. It's been over a year and still nothing has been done. Pretty poor customer service! So, buyer beware people! So, thanks for nothing RCM Auto!
