Lavern was absolutely phenomenal. Beyond friendly, explained everything in detail, made sure to keep everything in our home clean, and also commented that he’d make sure our little dog didn’t get out when he was needing to go back and forth to his truck. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend. Lavern deserves a raise! ;)

Way way over priced. 4000 to cut 2 holes in the roof and slide a piece of pipe in. I wont be using you in the future. Or for the job i had you quote for me.

Young man showed up early and figured out what the problem was and fixed it. He was great. Thank you for all you do.

He gave us an itemized quote before he started working on it. He explained everything he needed to do as he was going along and the time needed to complete it, in a best case scenario. He completed his task efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. He was courteous and professional and we trusted that our issue was fixed.

Leah came to my place to do a furnace inspection, she was very friendly and very knowledgeable. When she was finished she explain to me everything she had done and things I could do to make the furnace better and efficient.

They were quick to come & fix my furnace. They came same day that I phoned in. The technician was friendly & had repairs with him to fix the problem.

John was very thorough. He gave me many options I could pursue. He was done in a timely manner and R&D got to our job within the very same day to check it out.

Aluminum rod replaced in hot water tank, backup sewer plug installed, inspection of HVAC and furnace and plumbing, repairs made to furnace.

Having never worked for NASA I was clueless when it came to troubleshooting our infloor heating system. A quick call to R and D had a tech here who promptly sourced the problem and had it fixed quickly. We were pleasantly surprised by their rates as well as the professionalism of their staff, R and D will continue to be our go to company for all ongoing maintenance and issues that arise.

The wonderful lady that came out to clean the vents was super polite and thorough of what was being done. She’s was easy going and super fun to deal with! She was also very time efficient and had the job done by lunch! Would highly recommend R&D for all plumbing and heating needs!

After Kayden was done with our furnace, he went through everything that he found. My wife and I love R&D's approach as to list things that need to be fixed right away or can wait but show a heads up of things that are deterioting and need attention later. Very happy with everyone so far!

Hi after buying a nice older home R and D have been doing upgrades for me on a steady basis.they have been here many times with different job types they have done first rate work. Also join the gold member plan. It's worth while.

Water was coming out of the drain in our floor.we are in a shop. This business was there so quick as we have a dog rescue so multiple dogs/pups are housed there and would have had water all over in their kennels. Because of their fast response it never got into any of the kennels and they had it fixed immediately. Thank you all so so much!:)

Charged over $400 and changed the igniter, which I trouble shot myself, and he cleaned the flame sensor which I already cleaned as well… way overpriced for what little was done. Was charged $334 for the igniter alone which I should have got from Home Depot for $30. Better off to do it yourself which is on me but lesson learned with R&D… thumbs down on myself as i should have just done it and thumbs down for R&D for extreme overcharge… wouldn’t recommend

They have a price system that lays out how much each job costs. Before you pay a callout fee (steep but expected), get that price. Staff are friendly, work seems solid.

Do not call this company for any water issues they are useless in that aspect. Messed up our water pipes TWICE and made us still pay when they didn't even do the job.

Our furnace went down on us Sunday December 18th by the time we got home and realized what was going on it was well after hours but the call out guy was amazing and came to us right away. He had us up and running in no time and we had heat to make sure our little family was warm.

Called Ryan at R&D when my furnace quit on a cold Saturday. They were there within an hour for the repair! Top notch!

We used R&D for our new Central AC installation and we couldn't be more pleased with the work. The guys were here and ready to start work early and when they were finished you wouldn't even know they'd been there, they cleaned up so well after themselves. Even the lady in the office, Jena, that I was dealing with was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions beforehand. We love our new AC and would 100% recommend R&D as the company to use.

Dishwasher not pumping. Service tech figured the problem was the DW pump so he could not fix it. Very professional.

I had a walk mount toilet installed in my new place and the kids had played with it which resulted to it not flushing.
Posted on Facebook about needing someone who is familiar with it to fix and a gracious lady responded recommending R&D has she had same type installed by this plumbing company.

The two young plumbers that came obviously had not work on this system before but they were inquisitive and tried all they could until they were able to figure it out. Such a positive spirit but the bill was outrageous!

If you don’t have a lot of dollars to play with, I wouldn’t recommend. On a positive side, they got it fixed and also offered to check other plumbing related issues I might have in the house.

I have used R and D for years. They are the only people I call for boiler, furnace and plumbing issues. They do great work and always on time and professional. I recently had an issue and they resolved it. Great to have a company that stands behind their work. I also like the loyalty program which helps me save money on repairs and call outs. As well as qualifies you for free inspections of your systems. Highly recommend giving them a call.

R and D were extremely accommodating when it turned out that had installed a lemon of a boiler for us. The worked with the manufacturer to source us a replacement unit and swapped units out free of charge.

We’ve had Jaret and Laverne come to our place for repairs and maintenance & both were great! Super helpful and professional. We found R&D is the best priced plumbing and heating place in town & they aren’t pushy about selling you on anything, they truly just want the best for their clients. I can’t see us ever using any other plumbing and heating company!

I thought there was only one leak, however Dalton found out it was coming from 3 different spots, and was able to seal them as well as he cleaned up the old silicon and made it look professional.for a younger man he knew his trade, and I was impressed! Price was honestly the best I’ve had, on any plumbing done to my rentals.
Won’t use anyone else from now on!

No help at all. I had a simple question which would have determined if I needed to turn my boiler off or not. Wouldn't let me talk to anyone but I could book a service call for 50 miles out of town.

We had a heater installed in our garage 4 years ago when it was under a different heating project coordinator, excellent service! Went back in November of 2020, under a different coordinator, to pay for a new home furnace and a/c install with cash. The new coordinator was poor to say the very least in customer service. He failed to reply to phone calls or emails when negotiating on a price. Their customer service has taken a complete nosedive. I strongly DON’T recommend this place to anyone, there are much better services for what they offer in Lloydminster! I wouldn’t even give this place a star rating if I had the option!
