We recently sold our home with the help of Harmony Lamoureux. From our initial meeting she demonstrated amazing drive and passion for what she does. Nutan Thakur was my family and I accidental realtor. I found a house I liked on Renter and booked an appointment. When my family and I went to the house we met her. It was a bit awkward at first because the house we taught we were going to see wasn’t the house she was the realtor for. Nonetheless, she was able to show use the house we wanted and others as well.

She is nice, approachable and always has a simile on her face. I like the way she shows the houses. She allowed us to walk around the house without hovering but was close enough so when you had questions she was right there.

She answered all our questions and was willing to show us the homes multiple times with no pressure. In the end, we bought the house we loved, and she was able to negotiate to get us the house within our budget and with the necessary conditions that was important to us.

First time home buyer. I had no idea where to start. I got in contact with Emira Hadzic on a Sunday evening and met her the next day to view a house.
