I asked them to call me when a check was ready on two particular occasions they confirmed they would do so. When the check was ready they did not they put it in the mail. I asked them can they reissue the check and I would pick it up based upon the inconvenience they caused they said they cannot do so they did issue an apology which is fine but based upon the inconvenience this is why I'm leaving a one-star rating.

Ian Robertson and his team were sent to us from Remax as a team specifically for military moves. They worked to present our house with it's best foot forward (the pictures were better than I could have imagined, and they asked the photographer to take a family picture of us in front of our home for a memory to take with us). They worked hard on our behalf during some fairly stressful negotiations and we came out with a quick and successful sale. Ian and Zack were quick to respond to our questions and concerns and were always professional and very personable. I would highly recommend Ian and his team to all, and specifically to the military community.
