Reach Training First Aid & CPR

Cathy made the two day course so enjoyable and interesting, I would not mind doing it every year if I had to. She is such an amazing and warm person. And to top all that off, I got to have her homemade pumpkin muffins AND banana chocolate chip muffins. Both were equally amazing. Thank you for everything Cathy. I hope and look forward to seeing you when I need to recertification.

Cathy is amazing and so understanding. I had booked a mask fitting but could not attend my first appointment due to catching the flu and she was so understanding and allowed me to reschedule at no cost. When I did reschedule a new appointment and attended my mask fitting, she was so kind. She made an awkward fit test enjoyable and I will definitely return to her when I need my BLS or mask fitting test renewed.

I did my N-95 fit testing from Cathy and she is an amazing person with great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend her services.

I just finished taking a first aid course at Reach Training, and I couldn't be happier. Cathy is an engaging and informative instructor who takes pains to make her course inclusive and accessible, and the classroom environment is thoughtfully set up to prioritise students' comfort and learning; she provided detailed feedback that made me feel MUCH more confident in my knowledge and skills than my previous training did. The training was easy to pay for, all instructions were extremely clear and thorough, and I've already got my First Aid card! I will definitely be Reach-ing out when it comes time to do my refresher training. Thanks, Cathy!

Cathy was amazing. I arrived early due to bussing there (which it was easy to navigate and find the house) and she made me feel very welcomed. Had a coffee and a muffin before doing a CPR class. She kept us engaged, had amazing stories that were real life experiences. Overall I would recommend her to anyone for CPR, first aid or mask fitting.

Honestly one of the best first aide courses I've ever taken. It was like we were family. Cathy has an amazing sense of humor and is kind! Highly recommend this course and this instructor.

This was my first time taking first aid training with Cathy. I cannot say enough about this wonderful lady! First of all, the location is impeccably clean and very pleasant to spend the day in. All of the equipment she uses is top-of-the-line and made training much more interesting! Then, add in all the extras like lemon water, and gluten-free muffins! Cathy is kind, patient and gives tons of affirmations…basically, she makes you feel safe to learn. I’ll be back, for all future recertifications, with Cathy and Reach Training!

I cannot describe how much i love cathy and her class.one of the sweetest and kindest ladies i’ve ever met.i can’t imagine how wonderful she is as a nurse.she is so accommodating and welcoming, she makes her home feel like your home.her teaching style is PHENOMENAL and she includes anecdotal stories for each concept that made everything stick during hands on work and our examination.i cannot wait to come back in three years to recertify with her!
