Great store! Usually always clean! Always well stocked! The prices are damn good and the staff are always willing to help

The pharmacist’s being racist and wouldn’t give me my plan b like that’s human discrimination and against any of my rights, and the East Indian women laughed at us for getting plan b, we got ignored, you don’t need a prescription if it’s for emergencies, most woman would agree with me

Clean well organized.
A little crowded, trouble maneuvering the cart.
Products very expensive, and many supposedly on sale, were not even on the shelves.

Hikes up prices way above the items worth then disguises it like they are giving you bonus points. Buyer beware

I have been using this superstore for a long time now but this was the first time I had an unpleasant experience. The customer service staff at the self billing counter was some disgruntled Punj**bi
(I know as I am from India but not Punj** and have to deal with these people everyday in Canada)
lady who acted as if she was doing me a favor and not her job. Good going Superstore by hiring people who don't understand the basics of dealing with other people and have no sense of respect for others. Sorry if this sounds biased or mean but that's just how I feel.

This is a very clean and spacious store with lots of clearance for customers.

It has a very extensive, all encompassing varity of all the food groups.

Especially the vegetable isle.

The prices match any others in town. With some great promotions.

Lots of tellers, but more customers. So be prepared to wait.

So disappointed with the quality of groceries lately, I walked out today because it's not even worth it! Advertised discounts are actually regular price. I shouldn't have to buy double the groceries to make sure I have enough items that aren't already spoiled.

Love shopping here they follow Covid protocols and disinfect carts and baskets friendly staff.

They remove seniors parking so they can used it for online buyers so sad and return policy is bad.

They're always out of things. And takes them a long time to restock.got muffins from there.and they were the last ones left but. Like they shouldn't have even been sold. They were totally wrong in so many ways! Dried out.most disgustingly dried out baked good disaster I've came across! Gah.

Staff are really pleasant and clearly trying their best, however it is obviously understaffed. Not only are there longer lines in store but I have repeatedly had click and collect orders hours and sometimes a day late.

I just got my online grocery today! FM Mandarins are all in such a bad condition that they are all stinking! Pears are also not in good condition! I always have issues with online grocery with superstore but every time I ignored but this time I had enough! Pictures are also attached!

I was a Lil late in NY need to go get the stuff I needed at the super store and the cashier was so helpful and friendly! Made my whole day!

Turn on your parking lights on! It’s 7 pm tonight and it is dark. It’s unsafe or customers within the parking lot and for staff. Wake up.

Nice place to shop. Products always stocked up on shelves. Love shopping in the morning our fresh produce is light out full.

Very fun! We saw the Summer of 69 show and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and the cast was very entertaining and engaging throughout meal times. Can’t wait to go back for another show.

After two years the problem is there again. The Parking lot and area lighting is off most of the time putting pedestrians and car drivers at risk, something I encountered last winter 2019 and reported to the store manager. It is now Fall 2020 and the problem still there. This time I talked to customer service and left with an impression that they don’t care.

A huge store with everything from kitchen things, towels, food and an enormous section of clothing for the entire family. They always have competitive prices and this past visit I quickly went through the check out with no waiting. The washroom is clean and the store was clean and organized

I was at this location today to buy some groceries. Unfortunately I forgot to take my mask. When I asked the customer service they were rude and didn't even gave me one mask. Really disappointed with the staff behavior.

UPDATE
So decided to try again and THEY ARE LATE AGAIN. Absolutely terrible.

I placed an order yesterday for click and collect, and they couldn't fill it nearly 24 hours later. After calling them again after 8pm they asked for the second time if I could come the next day which I explained again I could not. All I could do was cancel. This is the third time this has happened, I will not be using the service again and will not be shopping at this location anymore. Everytime I shop here there are issues, I can only assume it's due to terrible management.

Presidents Choice is the best store brand aside from Kirkland.

Wish they had more self checkouts during peak times.

Never had any issues with staff everyone seems to be nice.

It's ok, but the store employees are all over the place. Hard to get by lots of the carts they use.

I was able to find a parking spot, not too far away. Quickly went in, found what I wanted, paid and left.

The people here are always kind and helpful. They take the extra step to help you out! I've definitely shared a few laughs with the cashier's now and then. Overall an organized store that is always well maintained!

This location is terrible. I find the staff to be unhelpful, the lineups are usually longer because of terrible management. Avoid this location if possible.

I usually love superstore and their pricing, selection is always great. I have had a terrible experience with the staff here on multiple occasions. Due to a very rude and unaccommodating cashier experience today I will not be back. Customer service is important and needs to be considered when responding to customers concerns and questions.

This store is an absolute disaster. NOTHING is priced right. It says it’s on sale until you go through the till and there’s no sale on it. I get it one or two items whatever but half of my cart the prices weren’t even right. Superstore is a joke. Who’s employing these people? Can’t change the price tag of things when you re stock the shelves. I had to proceed to customer service and return everything I thought I was getting a deal waste of my time. Won’t ever go back.

I feel like Superstore is Edmonton's version of the people of Walmart in the US. Always a little crazy busy and a bit of chaos. Online ordering rocks

Love going to this place it's one of most favorite places to shop and the cashier's are really nice! Greatly appreciated and I recommend you check it out.

Superstore. It is. It has a lot of Items and the Prices are Good! I like how the Natural/Organic Section Here is Closer to the Front Doors. This Place is Busy like Most Superstores, Choose your Time Wisely.

Today I was trying to price match boneless skinless chicken breast with nofrills flyer price and they refused because the offer on the flyer didn't have the brand they had offer on. So basically I could pick any (halal, organic etc.) and price match. But the managers said the offer had to mention the brand to be price matched. They didn't take their misprint seriously and didn't want to lose money and said they can't.
I do price match and follow the store's rules and try to not over pay for a long time. Never had such an experience in different locations.

Organised, full, clean, no line up, lots of parking. Also best selection of party items ever found at a Superstore at reasonable prices.

Ok grocery store and is one of the cheaper ones compared to other big chains, more options for family packs of food (ex. Club size trays of chicken)

This is where we do our big grocery shopping trips. Not overly happy with the quality of food from the produce department but the store is relatively clean with friendly staff that are helpful and I love collecting the points.

Great prices on groceries. However there produce aisle leaves alot to be desired. They're always sold out of something and it's just so picked over.

When Guest needs help you should always help them with a smile, but My experience they always belittle me when I ask for help. I understand what it is like being stressed at work but in customer service jobs it's always best not to take it out on guest even when stressed because of said guest. Not everyone catches on right away especially if they don't work there.

I have spent close to a decade shopping at the kingsway location and recently moved so we are making the switch to the west end. I don't want to throw shade at our previous store, but this one is significantly better. Fresher produce, larger selection, more staff. I just wish they had a better selection of in store baked bread.

They have absolutely everything I need and more. They have all the tills open on weekends to make for fast service

This is always a well stocked, well planned out store. Easy to find everything and if you can't the staff are always more than willing to help and I love that.

The optical department is the worst! My husband ordered his glasses (very over priced) more than a month and a half ago, he still didn't get them. I go to Wal-Mart for my eye exams and glasses. Very decent prices and I usually have my glasses within a week to ten days. Real Canadian Superstore Optical Department. You Fail. We will NEVER be back. Almost 7 weeks for a pair of glasses? Get your s÷#t together!

Friendly and helpful staff. Dogs are welcome to shop with their owner which is a huge thing for me because I do not have to leave my dog in the car when I need to get something from the store.

I was surprised that they didn't have a fresh food prepared section like Safeway and Coop have we can grab something warm to eat

The Real Canadian Superstore is a place where you can find pretty much anything food and kitchen-wise. The buildings are very large, and fairly easy to maneuver around in. They can be busy, which make them a little cramped, but good prices and good selection. I have family members with dietary restrictions, and Superstore helps get everything needed on an affordable budget. Checkout is fast and efficient, the staff are helpful too. Keep up the great work folks!

Ask customer service for help 3 times within half an hour for the pharmacy, but received no help. Left the store.

Many options for food, clothes and pharmacy, but OMG the bathroom was the wort I has seen in Alberta. I dunno I just went to that superstore once and may be that has issues with the water supply on that they or something, because it was so dirty, the floor the sinks, the toilet

Love this store, great deals, regular prices are fair, and the gauranteed tills on Saturday make check out a breeze.

Just want to let anyone out there know and be warned that I bought a bag of scallops at this store and got incredibly sick that night.ended up calling the ambulance and spent 6 hours in the hospital. They actually refuse to pay my ambulance bill and offer me a $50 gift card. These people don't care about their customers. Check the seafood products you buy from this store before purchasing. WILL NEVER ENTER THIS STORE AGAIN.

I like shopping here for only certain items but it's always a good experience when I do go. They recently remodeled and made the produce section a lot more bright and accessible right at the front of the store. Everything they sell is pretty good from their deli meats to their bakery and their produce. Always have lots of checkout tils open so it's never too much of a wait to leave.

Went to have my keys duplicated and the staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a good experience, keep it up guys!
