Worst service, moving business if they don’t want my business. How is possible pharmacist can’t write the prescription? My doctor faxed the prescription in the morning when went there to get, girl said it not their fault if they didn't receive the prescription. I requested pharmacist to write the prescription and she said parmacist can't
While I understand that prices are going up everywhere and not by a few cents something that really ticks me off about Superstore is once I get to the checkout with what few groceries I can afford at their prices, I’m so tired of being asked to make a donation or if I want to purchase the deal of the week. Why doesn’t Superstore do this instead; offer groceries at a reasonable price and then people will be able to afford them and won’t need to supplement their groceries by using a food bank. Seriously I’ve used the amount of money I’ve budgeted for my groceries but Superstore wants to get that last nickel out of my pocket! I do my shopping at various grocery stores because Superstore RARELY has the Catelli Multi grain pasta on sale and yet FreshCo manages to sell it (and other varieties) for $1.97 a box and if FreshCo can sell it for that why doesn’t Superstore have it for that price? Times are very tough and people have to try to get the best deal they can.
This location doesnt follow scanning code of practice. They claim because each tag shows regular price as well they dont need to follow it! They will always say must be an old tag that they forgot to remove so no scop. Which is completely wrong, scop definitely applies but the customer service staff are only doing what they are told. Manager needs to be fired.
Service is likely better than anyone when it comes times to check out. As usual most of the tills were open with someone letting you know which till was available.
I want u to look after flash food product your are the only store that put a damage food that gonna go to the garbage not to houses.plz trow away the food not good for eat or make a good box before they gonna be damage. I bought all the time from other superstore and all perfect.but north side is horrible.
Was there today March 29,2020. Phoned to check the availability of a product. Quick, polite answer. Lines outside to manage numbers, guards at door. No problems, everyone calm and orderly. Staff actively cleaning carts and all touch points that I could see. Was really happy with the measures the store were taking and with the upbeat, polite way the staff I saw were working.
Employees have to remember that we are their paychecks if it wasn't for the people coming in they wouldn't have a job Be a little more friendly helps it goes a long way
Today at about 4 pm i was waiting my turn in the self checkout line up. I was watching the associate (responsible for managing the area) as she was cleaning the screens and debit machines use the SAME paper towel for about 5 minutes When i told her that i saw her use the same paper towel she denied it and rolled her eyes
Store could he cleaner, but then its Superstore. Nobody really expects it to be ridiculously clean. Prices are somewhat cheap. Self checkout has two registers broken. Line ups ridiculously long. Need more staff to accommodate.
One of the very few Supermarkets you don't have to wait in a long queue at the check out. This used to be a 5 star but now 1 star! I stopped going to this place because the shelves have been moved around and now, like all the other regular customers, I am looking for the items we knew the location of. All customer are roaming around "searching". Pity!: (
I've been shopping here for a long time and it's usually a pleasant experience. I hate how they've moved the shelves and took out the gaps in the middles to walk through! Definitely not as much of a flowing experience as before.
No service at all. We pre ordered our groceries for pick up for 6pm. When we arrived they said they were running behind and to come back at 7: 30pm. We had all the kids with us and we had to prepay the groceries online before we placed the order so we had to wait. When it was finally our turn, many basic items were not filled because they didn't have stock. And they accidentally over billed us $70. So we had to go line up In side to get the refund. Now we still have to go get more groceries! We won't be back!
One of the best Superstores around. Never as busy as most Superstores in Edmonton. 9/10 times I visit the store it is quiet, not packed with shoppers and they always hook up carts for free when I "forget" a loonie. 10/10 would recommend.
My mother was verbally abused by another customer who did not maintain the proper social distancing required by the store. He yelled at her and told her that she was going to die from the virus and continued yelling at her in front of several other customers. No assistance was given to her even though she was in front of the cashier and asked her to help her. The cashier told her to ignore him. The store requires proper training for staff to manage situations like this. Seniors do not deserve to be treated like this by other customers and store employees. My mother is extremely upset by this incident. I am hoping by posting this it will help with the anxiety this has caused and prevent others from the same abuse. I do not live locally so I am unable to contact the store in person to discuss what happened.
It's super store big and larg but there is low customer service the stuff here they donot know much about the things that can be found in superstore low knowledge.
Pretty great place for household items and food not to mention pharmacy, clothing, baby items etc etc. Great rewards program, probably the best one out there.
This is the closest Superstore to us. Right now, they are in the process of re-arranging their shelves, so it is a bit harder and longer for me to get what I need since most of the items are in a new place/shelf.
Lots and lots of stuff to buy at good prices. Most food items are cheaper than Safeway and a lot cheaper than Loblaws. Loblaws is the same company but exact items can be 25% more at Loblaws. I live half a block from the Oliver Loblaws but will most often drive to Kingsway Superstore or Oliver Square Safeway to shop.
Be very careful if you come to this location. This is Northside Edmonton. Dangerous dangerous store. No just kidding it's all rumours.it's a really nice store it's really big really clean surprisingly. If you stopped here it's a must that you go to their Deli it's one of the best around and to top it off you'll find the best staff there at the deli counter.
Just called late evening upon closing time to ask if this store had what I wanted in stock. Steve picked up and even though the store was closed he helped me so efficiently, told me they didn’t have the specific brand I was looking for but gave be different options. Thanks Steve!
This superstore I've been going 2 for years now.every since I got out of foster care and my grandma got legal custody of me. And I never really have any problems when I go here I like how your able 2 purchase your items online now and pick em up at a time of your choosing. However when you do buy your stuff make sure you do it in a day in advance or do it early enough 2 make the same day pick up?
Manager doesn't know store policy and refuses coupons all the time. People in the parking lot selling knock off material and never any staff around to help. 127 st, superstore. Edmonton
Worst service in a chain grocery store. Never had enough till open, you have to bag your own groceries. Not sure if people understand that bagging your own groceries eliminates jobs. Look around next time. Shopper drug mart and superstores have at least 6 selfserve till and one person making sure you pay for everything you got. That means 5 cashiers persons they don't have to pay. To top it all off service is bad no help around.
Cant find a darn thing easily, the signs are useless. Very hard to navigate to find what you are looking for. I was looking for 3 items: limes, guacamole & bread, found bread & guac.
Groceries.so what's to get excited about, the bakery is never opened after I get off work so everything is in a plastic bag in quantities I cant use.fix this
I feel like they have a ton of empty shelves and don't always have much stock available. As well the staff is not the friendliest either they roll their eyes and such when your wanting to do a price match or question a price at the till. As well the store produce is not very good selection at all I feel like most of it is going bad already and it's been just put on the shelf. As well the store could use a clean up and proper shelve stocking I find I end up purchasing alot of expired products from them. I don't notice till I get home and start looking at dates should be able to just pick something off the shelf and not have to worry about it being expired. Well they need more staff on the floor as well to assist customers can't find a staff member ever.
Pretty good place to shop, loads of selections and good deals all over the store. Sometimes the line up can be long, and they really should end the deal of the week ask at the checkout, gets annoying after a while. Otherwise a great store.
I really like their grocery pick up service and find the staff who deal with it very efficient and pleasant. However the reason I use the grocery pick up is because I hate shopping inside this superstore. Shelves arent fully stocked, tills are usually very busy and overall I do not like the layout of the store.
Really it's not that bad other then the produce being overpriced and being pretty busy most times if you're willing to put up with that the prices are pretty good but stock levels sometimes are lacking
