Real Canadian Superstore

It's my main store for groceries. Good pricing, love getting points that can be spent in anything in the store, I don't like how the carts can be faulty and lock when you leave the store though but overall everything else is good. Staff is helpful and smiles

We always buying our monthly grocery here and there was a free items if you reach a certaun amount

They must be good because, they are always way too packed for me! Safeway is less packed but more expensive. You choose

At first, had a terrible experience with a grocery delivery purchase. The staff at the Superstore turn my situation into a positive! They are a wonderful and effective group of workers over there and truly care for their customers. I will never use grocery delivery again but will definitely be back to shop again. Keep up the good work!

I was trying to do a replacement for a spoiled coconut. The lady named Raechel, She said that she is a front line manager … She was very rude … said that I cannot replace the coconut with out the original receipt. She repeated it again and again even when I asked her if there is a solution for it. From last 7 years I am shopping at superstore and nobody ever asked for a bill. I wish lady learns how to do customer service. I reported it to her manager and he apologized. I wish people stay at their home if they are having a bad day.

Love the Superstore! I bank with them through there PC Money Account and love my PC Points I collect with it!

I bought crab legs for $45 a bag and they were dried out and tasted like they were 2 years old

Selection was not good. Went at 9 am so shelves should have been stocked, yet alot of things were missing. Especially the meat department. Pretty sad.

The wife always takes advantage of superstore click & collect and the flash food app. Between superstore and costco all of our shopping needs are perfectly met.

On Sept 29th I was there too buy some white bread and hamburger buns, whom ever stocked the shelves should be fired. They where crushed at one end and not just one line all the wonder bread was. The wonder hamberger buns where all disheveled in the bag. One other thing that is upsetting is the have a sale but you have to buy 2 or 4 to get the sale price. Most of the time I only want 1 of that item. If your going to have a sale have one set a max amount but not 2, and let us decide how many we want.

Its good to have these places.but I long for the 'CAREactor' or the small 'grassroots' variety & 'grocery' stores.

Store is picked through by 10am every morning nearly, if you show up after 11: 30 am good luck getting produce or fruit. Meat prices fluctuate $10-$20 every week on beef and chicken for less than quality cuts. The store is constantly out of staple items for the household and pantry. You would think with a name “Superstore” it would be a place for all your needs but we constantly find the shelves empty or lacking a price tag for the items you want. Super depressing is more like it.

Idk it's a grocery store. It's pretty much exactly what you would expect.

The staff here is pretty decent, not a bunch of grouch faces like Walmart. The store is pretty clean, like I said it's pretty much exactly what you would expect.

When it comes to buying food at a reasonable price, I'd say that these guys are pretty good, owning a large selection of products ranging from local made milk to foreign French cheese. I would give it 4 stars but when I applied to work here, MICHELLE CALLED ME AND HUNG UP BECAUSE I AM A SENTIENT PEN. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ABOUT THAT MICHELLE! Excellent department store with excellent produce selection. Joe Fresh clothes are probably the best part of shopping here. The pharmacy is right inside the store so you can shop while you wait for a prescription. During the day there is a walk in clinic which wait times are very short and doctors are extremely kind.

Produce and meat selection is good but customer service sucks was waiting in the self checkout line about to pay for my stuff when I got told to go to customer service instead I only had 4 items and 3 people went through the self checkout and I still wasn't helped when the person was done helping the person ln Front of me they just walked away instead of letting me pay for my stuff so I Left to go to a different grocery store I do not have Time to wait because I am on a 15 minute lunch for work at the moment

This place got me through when I needed groceries and I was stuck in town for a week waiting for my camper to be fixed. Good grocery store sushi!

It is very well orgnized creanmangers way more than a family very well clean all udrstandbel pepole they deseve more than 5 star thanks all we love you all.

Can't seem to get orders right. Have to go inside after every pick up to grab the items they "forgot" or "wernt there but are on the shelf inside. You order the amount it is to get the free gift and it's not even what they advertise.

Why should we have to bag our own groceries and wait in lines at the tills when shelves are poorly stocked and prices are exorbitant?

Best place for one stop grocery shopping and it also has an international world foods isle for those hard to get exotic ingredients.

Well stocked worth food and affordable prices, plus you get points everytime you purchase something, they leads to free items

Superstore has been my place to shop, great prices, awesome sales, and haven't been forced to wear a mask, not to mention if you come earlier in the day their fruit stand is always stocked with fresh fruit, great staff very friendly.

Most of the staff is rude, except the lady's at the customer service desk.also rude customer. It made me mad when I saw some employees fat shame some women. I was disgusted.this will definitely be the last store on my list, to shop at.

All sale items I went in for were in stock, although some were very limited sizes or varieties. Staff were friendly, and polite, and for the most part helpful. I did have one staff member say "I don't know, not my department" and immediately walk away when asked the location of an item. Attempted to do PC Express but was unable to book a pickup time next day. I was told by staff that generally this location has all time slots booked approx 36 hours in advance. "Pork loin short cut" advertised in the flyer was only in stock as whole loin, no cuts were available. Prices were generally lower that competitors but still found about 3/4 of my shopping at other stores for lower prices.

Eh, I shop at superstore out of convenience and pricing, not for cleanliness or stock. I do enjoy chatting with a few of the staff members though. I also DESPISE the way upper management treats each other and other staff.

You could just about live here. They have just about everything. Sadly with a bad back I stay away cause it's to much walking for me. So I stick to save on or Safeway I can get in and out, lot easier.

Often wait over 40 mins for online grocery pick up due to employees recording the parking lot incorrectly. When they do eventually come out, staff are quite rude

With Covid-19 many people buy/order on line. We had to wait a little longer because of this, but staff was working hard and very friendly.

They always have what one needs for groceries and other household items. Prices are reasonable and you can get some good deals on some goods as long as you know what you want and have shopped around. The drawback is the store is always busy unless you shop early mornings.

I am over 7 months pregnant and was approached and ordered twice by people in uniforms to wear a mask indoors. It's not hard to tell I'm pregnant and I even told them this is a medical issue for me. I was outright threatened with a fine and condescended to about how 'she was once pregnant too'. Ten minutes later I watched them harass a woman to tears even after she tried to explain her situation. There is no mandate by the government anywhere in the guidelines about doctors' notes but Superstore is going around demanding one under threat of fines to people who are not doing anything wrong. Unacceptable, they need to be treating their people with respect. I am extremely disappointed.

Shop at this store often but I’m very disappointed with large pack of pork side ribs purchased today. They were ‘free from’ with Westfair Foods label. Top layer looked great and I was hoping the bottom layer was the same, but it is not so. This is where they hide all the pieces no one wants, full of gristle and fat. Trimmed off over a pound of fat and hard inedible chunks and it may be tough to find use for those bottom pieces.
It’s sad that this is a way to fool the customer into paying top dollar for something that should be significantly discounted.

I love just going for a "quick little" look in here with my wife. With gyms closing I have to get creative. Start by finding a 20lbs bag of potatoes for $6! Now lug this up and down the isles while your wife takes you from toiletries clean across the store to the bakery, then back to housewares. You better go up and down each of the isles looking for random things like pineapple chunks for good measure. Good job, your "quick little" look just helped you burn 1500 calories.

This is based on the click and collect service.or rather lack of! Twice I've used them and twice they have said item unavailable and I've go in and found said items.

Terrible time management with pickup. The first time it happened my pick up was ready 5 hours after the pick up time, no one was answering the phone. I called superstore head office and they told me they couldn't get through to the store either. I was ready to let that one go but it's happening again today, they have no idea when it might be ready and can't tell me a time. I booked it a day in advance hoping that would give them enough time. I understand it's busy but if this is happening consistently it's obvious they need to hire more staff for order picking or book fewer people per hour.

The express pick up option has been terrible lately. I have a pick up scheduled between 8-9 and it’s not ready on time. Once I got there I was told it would be 15 minutes because they need to grab a couple more items for the order ended up waiting over one hour to get the groceries no compensation for the wait other than we will give you points that I never actually got.could have just went in and got them myself at that point. Did the same thing tonight pulled up to the store called the number my pick up again was scheduled between 8-9 was told they need to get a few more things before the order was completed it would be 15 minutes told them to cancel the order. The express option is great when implemented properly but they seem to be way over booking the amount of pick ups and cannot handle the capacity. This service used to be really good but I’m not likely to ever use it again from super store anyway.

This Is a normal superstore there is nothing wrong with it, while I have spent 3 months in grande Prairie I have done all my shopping at this location, staff were good, parking very accessible no complaints at all great place to do your day to day shopping

I would really suggest that you get rid of your customer service reps. All three managers that run that desk are extremely rude and very mean. I will NEVER return to this store because I DO NOT like to deal with ignorant people. It was my worst shopping experience EVER!

The store is easy to access with ample parking. Once inside the layout is easy to navigate and staff are helpful. There are usually a couple of offers on goods as you walk in, there is always a good variety of vegetable and salad items. Generally across the store there is a comprehensive choice of goods from across the world as well as good homegrown Canadian produce. There is a Pharmacy on site off to the right hand side as you enter. This is a good place for competitively priced items.

It's a grocery store.they sell groceries. Their bakery is mediocre at best. Their prices are hard to beat. Their chicken is super gnarly tho, we dont buy chicken here anymore.

Normally very clean and no items blocking the aisles. Produce is hit or miss if it's in stock in the evenings or weekends after 11. Many cheeses to choose from in the deli area.
