Optical centre is awesome, the ladies there are amazing, always courteous and ready to help.

Aside frome the fresh produce and variety of goods don't forget to always check the clothing section for sales.

Is ok but sometimes customer service dept are jerks about scan code or price adjustments.

Produce ok but sometimes they jack the price to ≈double what it was the very next day on bagged produce items.

Also the cashiers seem to forget about asking customers if they’d like to use their pc points $10 credit towards their purchase.

Would not hold up to there price match policy. Very disappointed. On principle I did not continue with the rest of my purchases here today. Never had an issue for price matching before.

I needed new glasses and chose Superstore Optical in the Baseline store. I don't do reviews as rule but the service and attitude shown by the staff was exceptional. The optometrist is knowledgeable and professional but also friendly. The store staff headed by Martina did everything they could to accommodate my schedule while maintaining a very pleasant manner. I would definitely recommend the Optical store. Thank you Martina and staff

Customer care was ANYTHInG BuT CarinG, very stuck up and opinionated with a tendency to make you feel your not good enough! Maybe get off your high horse, especially working at a job which requires you to deal with the public! Both my sister and I will take our business elsewhere from now on, which is unfortunate for your store as my sister is going to be moving to town and would have done shopping there on a regular basis. Unreal.

Rude associates at the Pharmacy. I showed my prescription to ask if they have my prescribed medicine on stock and the lady didn’t even bother to read the prescription and just said they don’t have that kind of pain reliever. I called them yesterday and was told they do have it. So either the guy I spoke with yesterday or the lady at the frontline of the pharmacy is lying. Zero customer service skills.

This store has the cleanest, freshest and most helper fish mongers in all of the Edmonton area. Great bargins to be hadat end of day, a must for fish lovers.

Many gluten free finds here. I only come here in the earlier hours so I've never had to deal with line ups. The few times I've required assistance in finding a product or needed someone to check the back, the employees have done so with a smile on their face.

Great selection.provided you can find parking without circling the lot a couple or three times first (often even in a weekday morning). Not for me unless I need a specialty items I can't find elsewhere.

Mixed feelings about this place. It used to be for bargain shopping but I feel the price margin has leveled out. The pharmacy is not efficient; takes forever to fill prescriptions, not enough medication to fill prescriptions, do not mix emulsifiers properly. It is not especially clean. When I enter there is sometimes the smell of sour milk. They do carry certain ethnic items I need and like.

This location is stupid busy all day, avoid at peak hours for sure, come at like 7 PM or something, its a bit quieter. Right after 4PM it is a mad house.

Love this store! Since they got rid of that last store manager you can really tell the difference! Im sure it will take a bit of time to fix what that guy did but the store is much much more enjoyable to shop at! I'm also noticing the employee seem a lot more upbeat than they used to be. Keep up the good work definitely my go to store!

Great gems with the developing area in Sherwood Park. Lots of varieties including some international taste. The parking lot could use more lighting.
