Price better than other store special with pc card you will get point. However not all fresh (like vegetables and fruits)

This is the only store my PC Express orders are usually messed up start to finish. Consistently.

I'm really confused with the layout of this store. The store looks MASSOVE but most of its layout seems super cramped, not sure why. It's not like they carry multiple selection of products. The fresh produce is often a little more expensive but SOME fruits are better in quality compared to other stores.

I think few more visits may make this review more insightful for others.

Thank you so much for putting myself and the staff at PetSmart during a Blizzard when Walmart turned us away. I am so appreciative.

We stopped by to pick up a few things. We are not from this area and were looking for items that are not usual purchases. This is a large store with lots of selection. Danielle was incredibly kind and helpful and made our visit a great experience. She helped us find some of the items we were looking for. The young man who was at the checkout (sorry I didn't get his name) was also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores but the customer service was worth it!

Eta: ive already wasted two hours of my day on the phone with you guys and pc express call centre to make sure you didnt charge me for things i dont want. Yet it still happened. Im not wasting more of my time calling your retention team so you guys can try to convince me to keep giving you my money.

They constantly mess up online orders. Any time I make an order for delivery, I'm either missing stuff or get the wrong stuff or they substitute things I tell them I don't want substituted. It's a tremendous pain.

Even after calling them to have the substitutions removed, because I clearly stated in my order I want NO substitutions, they still refuse to remove and are still charging me for items I don't want. I will NEVER shop at this store again.

Wow. Overpriced. These guys rob you blind. Why does anyone shop here? Meat expensive. Bakery expensive. Canned goods expensive. You can't even get a cheap bag of chips here.

Clean store. Have only ran into 1 sale item not being in stock in the year I've lived in chatham

They have more than you need. I prefer a small grocery store with limited selection.
I went for milk and bananas, and ended up filling the basket.

Love the Superstore. I sgop there all the time. It's so much better than Walmart, there's just no comparison. The staff are very friendly, kind, patient, and, understanding.

Terrible Management at this location. No wonder their Customer service department is so bad.

Contacted the Customer Experience number, they said they opened a case and I would be contacted in a few days. Never heard back from anyone.

I am a young mother and my stroller was not functioning, this man of the name.of John had fixed it without my request and helped my baby n I move about throughout the store.biggest thanks to this wonderful man, thankyou! Btw this was in chatham, was not given his last name. He was an older fella. Hope he gets a raise, good people deserve it!

My go-to grocery store, can be a little pricey but the selection is good and the so is the quality. Very clean is also a plus.

It's a great store with amazing prices and an unbelievably wide variety of products, however their delivery option doesn't allow for PayPal transactions. I don't have a credit card and am unable to shop for groceries in person, as much as I want to make Superstore my primary store Walmart is the only grocer that allows the kind of payment option I need.

This is about my 4th grocery pick up. Every other time any fruits or vegetables I ordered were picked like they were shopping for themselves. This time the strawberries were not very nice and looked like someone took quite a few out. The nectarines were disgusting.

Life is pretty good there did you stop at 20 and their fingers and saying it's over there but I did get help with one for one person he said it was down aisle four

This store is always clean, bright lighting. They generally have everything I am looking for. The only complaint is they are getting rid of bags. Therefore bring your own bags.

I use their curbside pickup and they miss stuff on my order all the time that ends up being sold inside the store. This defeats the purpose of paying $5 for curbside pickup. I'm not really sure if it's a clerical error or they just don't look.

This is my go to for all my grocery and pharmacy needs, I love their exclusive clothing section as well. Superstore is a one stop shop. They also offer grocery pickup which has been great during the pandemic due to my son being auto immune. The staff is helpful and always go above and beyond.

The Theodore & Pringle Optical outlet in the Chatham Superstore is the best place for all you're optical needs. Chantelle the Manager is outstanding in ensuring you're glasses are 100% perfect. Chantelle goes out of her way to make sure you leave as a happy, satisfied customer no matter what it takes. I personally as a 100 % satisfied customer endorse this optical outlet I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere for their optical needs. Go see Chantelle and you won't be disappointed guaranteed.

Absolutely by far my favorite store! Love the variety of having everything a home needs in one spot. Products are reasonably priced which always helps the budget!

Shop here AT LEAST once a week. Very clean. Nice produce and meat selection. Never wait in line. Almost a one stop shop for anything else in household aswell.

Not only can I get groceries that are either fresh cut, or frozen products, I can also buy a chicken dinner freshly made right there! The variety of food is another reason to shop at the Real Canadian Superstore.

Used to he the cheapest place for groceries. Now it's as bad as Sobeys, if not worse, and the selection isn't as good as it was. Also, ethnic food aisle has been greatly reduced, which is a real shame!
