Real Canadian Superstore

I have been frequently coming to this location for years! It is super accessible and easy to get to in South Common, and they are open later then their Walmart competitors (11 pm VS 10 pm). The store always looks nice, it's well staffed and they just about always have what I'm looking for. Definitely would recommend!

I don't know why every single superstore has people that work too hard too far.

Please let them be stocking If they are not confidence to being polite your customer.

Generally speaking I prefer Superstore to Walmart. Superstore has the better selection of international foods, a better selection of produce and a significantly better quality selection of meats as well. While Walmart offers more, I'm not sure if it's necessary. Superstore is also Canadian, which in these strange times is kind of comforting in a way.

RCS South common is Our favorite place to Shop groceries weekends. They rarely not have ripe plantains, if you look everywhere else and can't find ripe plantains, good ones, just head straight to real canadian store.lol

A reliable place to go to in the neighborhood for kitchen and dining essentials. It would do better if there were more item choices like in other branches.

While I love shopping at superstore today I tried calling to ask a question. Waited to be transferred to customer service, didn't transfer, I pressed 0 (usually customer service), a lady answered said she didn't know the answer for sure and would transfer me to grocery (my question has nothing to do with that department). Phone is ringing, it's picked up and hung up. Call back again, tried the store manager extension, get sent back to main menu, dial 0 again, pick up and hung up on again. Come on superstore do better.

I usually don't post comments but this time I have too. They have different prices in the store and at their online shopping. It didn't happen first time. I usually do online groceries from this location. Today I just decided to do grocery in person their pepper price was $2.00 expensive than compare to their same location store online price. There were other few things have different prices too. When I asked to them the lady was asking me which store you talking about. I showed her their online grocery app (P C app) she still didn't get it I was surprised their employees even didn't recognize their own grocery app. Then I showed her another item which was at lower price at Walmart. She said I have to show her Walmart flyer otherwise she can't match the price. She can easily see on my phone that item was available in Walmart with low price. But she refused it to match the price. Usually when we want to match the price we have to show the availability of items in another store, which I did through my phone.who carry all stores flyer in this paperless time.so I have to go to Walmart to pick those items but it should be more convenient to get all needed things from one store. I hope they will improve their services

I was in a troubled situation today solely by my mistake. I asked for help at the CS desk, where Rajvir and Armandeep were working then. Both were kind and professional. Thankfully, Rajvir's suggestion greatly helped resolve my problem as well. Thank you so much!

Nope nope nope. Shopped here for the first time, the produce in terrible condition, I went through about 30 bags of onions and couldn't find one that wasnt starting to mold and that's one example. And good luck finding an employee on the floor to ask for help. I also swear they train their cashiers to be rude. No "hello", no "how are you", no "did you find everything ok". I got "do you want bags? " Then as soon as she was done scanning she crossed her arms and turned her back on me ignoring everything. And I watched 2 other cashiers do the same thing including the other person I was shopping with who went through a different till. Long story short, the prices are not nearly good enough to justify terrible customer service and poor quality fresh foods.

OMG! It's amazing. There are too many things to pick from. Just go in with your credit card and you will be glad at how much stuff you can buy.

I would give this place -100 Stars if possible. More and more places are making it more difficult for the disabled Community to access services in their community. The disabled parking at this location is often abused. The staff members also abuse the disabled parking. The general manager he himself was also very rude. The amount of abuse of disabled parking is disrespectful to Terry Fox and Rick Hansen. This location will be reported with the appropriate disability organizations. The disabled Community is not going to tolerate the abuse of disabled parking in any form anymore. We the disabled community have had enough. And just an FYI! There are a lot of disabled people out there and many of them work, many of them have families and many of them are well educated. Our disabilities are nobody's right to interfere with our access to our communities and our ability to provide for ourselves. The disabled Community interferes with nobody else and it's time that the interference to the disabled how many stops. This location puts on their front door signage that if your disabled and require assistance please let them know. Everybody who abuses disabled parking shame on you.

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful Customer Service by #12 cashier Jatinder this afternoon while I was paying for my purchase. It's refreshing to have someone talk to you and say thank you. Thank you Jatinder for your great service and I will be back!

For people with retail sales, great place you can find some interesting deals.
Like them when some special stuffs needed for personal use too. Very friendly.

Great produce. Well laid out store. Clean. We'll staffed so checkout did not take long time. Very fast and efficient service.

Close to my home, for most part has what lm looking for and what's in the flyer. Good in-store specials. Shelf labels are sometime lacking for price and info. Cashiers are friendly. As for the floor staff stocking shelves and fill grocery orders.some need training in manners. Be curtius when customers are shopping. Share the aisle, say "excuse me" when needing to get by and acknowledge when customers say "excuse me" when needing to get by.

Rate superstore!? Wth. We go because we have to go. Food is in rough shape for the prices we started splitting up our groceries- we only get non-perishables here. I have seen much worse tho.

The COVID 19 protocols aren't follow at all overcrowded, not sanitizer
This store is a BIG RISK avoid to go there

Probably has one of the best Uscan areas I've used!

I placed my first pick up order for PC express groceries here on oct 25, unfortunately they charge a five dollar pick up fee as well as all my produce was not in very good condition (carrots poking out of bag and are flimsy and my 4 pumpkins are frozen and melting squishy) and they charge you extra for substituted items if something on your list is unavailable they choose for you and you get charged the difference. I’m only giving two stars cuz the poor guy who was delivering was by himself and was working very hard!

Well stocked. Wider aisles. A single line with a guy directing to the cashier's. All cashiers opened. Wish they would pack as they scan your groceries tho. Handling them again is a huge waste of time. And the next person has to wait while you pack in your clumsy way. Very inefficient.

Usually I preferred this location over other Real Canadian Super stores as they have lots of parkings; not crowded as other; sanitizing and restrictions well taken care of with wel-organized and available items.

Great place to get all your groceries, aisles are neat and tidy. They have also been taking Covid precautions but customers are retarded, they grab like ten apples before selecting one. Some truly ignorant people out there, but I suppose Superstore aint at fault there.

My main grocery store to shop at! Has everything I need and at a good price. Along with the PC mastercard or points card, we're constantly getting free groceries!

I'm really getting frustrated with the price tags not matching what I was charged and then I don't find out until I get home and by then I really don't want to go back to get a refund for $1 here or $1 there. Even though it's only a dollar or two each time, it certainly adds up quickly.

I went for my grocery last Sunday in evening, mostly I spent more then $250 every week at superstore. After my grocery I went to customer service for a gift, every time they give us good deal, we are totally vegetarian, She offered me shrimp, I said, we are not eating it and the lady Nitasha was there, she behaved so rudely, she answered me for my questions with so much attitude and I asked for a cart because we have too much staff on our cart, she has a empty cart in her counter but she said, I can’t give u, but otherwise always they helped you for cart, this is first time, I’m giving one star, because of her bad behave, otherwise always gave me best service.

No one sanitized carts. Very crowded, no social distances, no rules, we talked with the manager about lanes and distancing but he was quite indifferent towards the idea of pandemic and didn't cared or bothered. Other superstores have rules and lanes laid out for customers to keep distance 6ft, here it seemed like a free market place, horrible experience.

Bought fish (it was foul smelling), produce was ok, had to drive all the way back to return. Very bad experience. I will never come here again.

There's great prices great selection and the bodies move fast in the store so you can actually get your shopping done. Not to mention I love my points.

Prices are usually the same as or cheaper than Walmart produce selection isn't always fantastic but not bad

Basically it sell me the stuff I put in my cart. I like the dog food there. The self check out is useful

The pick up grocery service is quite poor and behind. Most of the items from my list weren't handed to me.

This has been my go-to store for YEARS and likely always will be. The offers and in store deals are always a steal! Shelves are stocked and the store is kept so clean. I’ve really never had much of an issue finding what I need. Customer service, the employees and managers are always a pleasure to deal with as well.

I’ve shopped at many grocery stores and have to say that Superstore offers the best prices and deals. It’s truly a bargain

This is a huge location, and it's always quite busy. They always seem to have the items I'm looking for in stock. The produce section can get a bit messy, but I believe that's due to the volume of customers constantly in the area. The rest of the store is tidy, and there are usually a few staff around if you need help finding something. The bakery section is great, with a large variety of fresh baked goods. I regularly buy baguettes here for get-togethers and I've always been satisfied.

Thanks Superstore, keeping the prices real, I never feel ripped off here. I wish you were closer to my house instead of SaveOn. LOL

We gave up on taking the flu shot after 30 minutes waiting. The sign outside said 5 minutes of waiting time.
