I work at this store I would just like to write a review on Sanda the natural value manager she harassed me earlier on Sunday November 19 about steel toe shoes I know I need to wear them but the ones at my house are broken and with all my living expenses I can’t afford them.

People are always parked at the online pickup section though they have no online order. This makes it harder to find a spot when you arrive for your order.

It's very clear after reading all the comments that staff are new and still need training, and it can be very hard to find people with a great skill set.
It is also evident with the meat section. Good tasty beef, but the cuts are awfully done. It is a skill and requires really good training. Please find a properly trained meat cutter your business will be better. It's always a work in progress. You got this.

I find prices are way less competitive than six months ago. Buying more these days at other supermarkets.

This store always has everything. Prices are more affordable than others. But prices are not everywhere and not for everything! Always clean. Pleased a huge selection of clothes.

Used to be quite a nice store but since they increased their loss prevention tactics, the staff working at the self-checkout could be friendlier. Please do not take it out on the customer when it is your systems and equipment that are constantly failing.

Also, accusing customers of having over 25 items and spending time to count out exactly 24 items is a waste of resources. Please re-evaluate the attitudes of your self-checkout staff, there are 2-3 that need some additional training!

Today, I had the best experience well getting click collect groceries, I was helped by the nicest employee her name was Neve she was so helpful and kind!

The whole family ate the food (cheese sticks) from here and vomited repeatedly for a week. My young daughter was even dehydrated and had to go to the emergency room. After that, I didn't even get a proper apology and they didn't even give me a refund until I complained. It was a pretty bad experience and I'm sad that I can't buy bakery products anymore after that.

I am concerned about the online PcExpress policy that double charges customers for groceries to reimburse first charge 5 days later when they are a first time customer. They call it a pre-athorization. They do this without warning. There is no directions outlining this policy on the website before order in completed. They call you after first charge has gone through your credit card. If you can’t afford the second charge your order is just canceled and your original payment is refunded (it takes up to 5 days to be refunded and is not immediate). The assumption everyone has the available funds to do this is unacceptable. Why can’t they run the preauthorization like gas stations? When I preauthorize my account at the gas pump and then pay for my gas I am only charged once for my purchase.

The fact is, customers significantly put at risk by this policy are those with lower income and already at risk of food insecurity. The policy may be put in place to avoid fraud but it should be explained and made clear BEFORE any credit card charges are made. Customers may be put in the place of going without food waiting for money to be reimbursed when they are unable to afford the double payment.

I suggest this policy is oppressive and discriminatory and should be stopped immediately. However, if you are not going to stop it THE FIX IS EASY DO NOT PROCESS ANY CREDIT CARD CHARGES UNTIL AFTER POLICY IS MADE CLEAR TO CUSTOMER.

Got the same layout with other Superstore. Check their off-season area. Pharmacy hours is different from Grocery hours.

Just picked up groceries and I always read the price of an item when I grab them. Today they had two prices wrong one with one product but two different types and green beans listed wrong! They were not willing to price match with tag or scan code of practice.

WATCH OUT this superstore scams it’s customers with wrong pricing always check your bill!

And to top off after I get home I see this in my grocery! It’s not worth for me go back return this because gas is more. So this is also how they scam and make money.

This is one of my favorite super stores. It is almost never out of produce I need and has a large selection of household goods.

The Click & Collect is a joke, there is nothing express about it. Waited close to an hour about 4 times, could have done my own shopping quicker than that.
Always something out of stock too

Brand new so of course I like it! This area (Seton) is nice with the brand new ymca nearby too. Best pool in Calgary/in all of Canada! Brand new hospital nearby and so close to Mahogany lake. What's not to like?

You could find almost everything here including asian foods. Front end cashiers should improve their customer service. Place is nice and clean.

Very big store! I bought the new Spicy Dill Pickle chips by Miss Vickies.mmmm delicious! Not every store carries these yet.

Used to be really great for click collect but now I don’t know if they’re overbooking their time slots but there’s always a 20-40 minute wait. Only shop inside now when I have help watching my daughter because no one likes sitting in the car waiting for an order that long with a crying baby. Let alone paying an extra three to five bucks to do it.

I prefer driving farther to this location, the aisles are bigger and customers seem to be less pushy than at the 130th location

It was easy to find parking and to collect my flash foods. The customer service person a nice lady assisted me quickly.

They are keeping good.covid safe environment. I would encourage some more sanitizing stations in between though

Busy on weekends! Beets, bell peppers, pears: some fruit and vegetables are surprisingly expensive. More so than in my small mountain town, but big selection and some unique Asian products are well worth the trip.

The efficiency of the click and collect service at this location is garbage. No point in choosing a time slot which works for your family, with only one person loading cars your wait time turns into over an hour - and that is just to manage to access one of the 12 parking stalls. I'm going on 1 hour and 15 minutes and am still behind the 8 cars who pulled up before me.

These guys are so hit and miss with PC Express. Sometimes you get the best service, and then like today I waited close to an hour for a pickup when the parking lot wasn’t even full. Please teach your staff better etiquette on the phone.one lady called me an “old lady” one time because I couldn't find parking and waited over an hour and a half. Some don’t even ask if they can put you on hold.not good customer service on the PC Express side.

I went here when in the area and needed a few items. Standard layout as other stores though less product in stock at the time I went. Lots of parking available and large selection of international products. COVID concerns were addressed with sanitization stations, floor marking and plastic barriers!

Superstore is best in every aspect. It has fresh produce at decent price. One can find all of the daily needs items here. Overall the best store of Canada.

Good location, quieter than 130th Ave location. Slightly smaller selection of meats, but overall great selection and pricing

The superstore is a good place to buy your groceries. Be careful with some deals, like the soda ones, as they are not clear and you may have problems at the cashier, as they may read it in a way that was not clearly displayed.

I wish it was better managed. No one ever knows where is what and unfortunately lots of staff don't speak english. So when u ask where is anything they just look at you or send u to a random aisle. This store never been stocked well and now it is even worse

I've never been a big fan of superstore in the past because it seems huge and impossible to find things. I went here on a whim as I was looking for some specific items and was really impressed when I asked a random person or one particular item and they took their time to walk me across to the other side of store to help me find what I was looking for. I don't think that area was even within their job description because they were unpacking groceries whereas what I was looking for was in the housewares.

By far the worst superstore I've been to. Items mislabeled in bakery, get home only to find it's the wrong thing. Gotta watch the expiry dates on items, I've bought and returned items that should have been pulled off the shelves months ago. Surprisingly nobody seems to care about rotation on the shelves. Pricing is high in comparison to Walmart on a lot of items, although they will price match. If it's a big grocery shop you're after 130th offers better service and stock. The location has much potential, just some poor execution currently.

Staff and management are friendly. Produce staff always willing to check if items are in stock that are not on the shelf. Kids always love the free cookie and keeps them quiet for about 2mins. Lots of carts inside so they are warm in the winter and stay dry. One thing I dont like about this location is that it is one of the smaller Superstores in the city. They don't keep some of the bigger items in stock or dont have as much stock on the shelves so sometimes sale items are gone fast. Overall it was a good addition to the deep south end of the city.

Pathetic customer service and the people working here are one of the worst lot I have seen.also, most of the items in this store are either expired or on the verge of expiry/best before date. The employees are either clueless when asked for help or they appear so disinterested/rude that you feel like walking out of the store and shop at some other store.

Most the produce we need are here and most of the time the workers are willing to help if I ask sonerhing.

You know how it says that the tills are all open guaranteed at certain times? Yeah not really. I've never been to this location without having to wait for a decent amount of time in line. Overall clean and well stocked though.

It's great and has everything you need. Chances are they won't change things around so it's easy to remember where stuff is. Weekends are huge lineups but they go pretty quick.

Our store of choice. May not have everything your looking for as it is a wee bit smaller than other stores but for quiet, fast and convenience, its our store of choice

It's a superstore, nothing special. I can usually find what I'm looking for. I wish there was more president choice kitchen stuff.

Used the PC Express service. They had a bunch of things they said were out of stock that my wife ran in and grabbed herself. We had to wait 25 minutes for the order to be brought out and when we got home we discovered that one of our yogurts was expired five days earlier.
I followed that experience up with an email to Superstore. They gave us a $20 coupon for PC Express and our following experience went well. I can't give a full recommendation for this location.

We went there every single week. You can get anything basically there. Toys, house, garden, beauty, baby stuff, and so on. We LOVE it!

Stock can be hit and mis, and it's clearly not the fault of the staff. Loblaws needs to get their supply chain sorted out.
