For a superstore that houses a gym, you guys make it impossible to leave the gym without going through a maze. I understand trying to prevent theft, but i don’t think i should have to walk halfway across the store through self checkout when I’m simply leaving the gym. I know myself and others would appreciate an easier exit from the gym upstairs.

I got the same celery as the woman below on Jan 6 but mine didn’t have quite as much dirt. So they never fixed the problem or washed the produce. They really don’t care even if they write here that they do. I even phoned management about some issues at another location & nothing changes.
There have been some awesome employees especially at the customer service desk at this location. One of the best Superstores in the area now- clean and well stocked. I think it depends on who is manager because some of the other locations are really really bad. **When I go to the Coventry Hill location a woman working there walks around and stops you & tells you to watch your purse. 3 times it’s happened. I never go inside at that location anymore. Also read my review of that store! **

Well, this store has the worst produce in the city, by far. It has been that way for a long time, and I don't think that they will ever change. But, you don't shop SS for anything but prices. Convenience? Nah. This pic is from Oct 7 at about a quarter to 9am. Saturday morning and they can't seem to have enough cash registers open. Well done guys. Customer service isn't high on SS's agenda.

The hours are wrong and the management is rude about it - saying "Walmart's closed too. " as if they didn't have to bother anymore and claiming it's been that way 'for over a week', as cars continue to fill the parking lot and people walk up to the entrance that doesn't have any signs or notices indicating the new hours.

More self-checkouts and receipt checks are two more strikes against shopping here or any Loblaws brand.

Oh look, the hours get changed suddenly after this review gets posted.

Many cashiers. You're out pretty quick. Sometimes the stock is out of different artificials I am wanting to purchase.

Never buy any gift card in Super Store! Never! Very disappointed!
I bought 5 Apple gift cards, 4 works but 1 fail saying invalid pin when redeem in App online Store! I went to ask for return or exchange, the front desk supervisor said they cannot do that because its the card provider liability and have to wait 1-2 days for response. 4 days later I went to ask again the other supervisor told me they won’t have a solution due date just wait and wait…. Have not I paid for card to the Store? Should they shift the responsibility to third party and continue selling cards but leave consumer aside?

They have been short staffed for a while. I always ofder grocery for pickup. My time was 7pm.upon arrival at 7, I was asked to go back home and I will be notified when my order is ready.
I got email at 9: 30 that my order is ready for pickup. Ruined my plan for grocery. I ended up canceling the order and buying from somewhere else

Usually do my shopping here. Earn points. Save points. Today, looking for the product I wanted but they dont have it. Tried to use my saved points to buy a gift card. Can’t use it for gift cards. Well it’s still your own saved money converted to points. So disappointed and frustrated.

Visited the store for my eye checkup. Very professional customer service provided by Nancy at the front. Dr. Do was amazing from checking my eyes to replying all the concerns in a very courteous and professional way. Highly recommended for your optometry requirements.

Whenever I do click and collect, I am given poor quality products, dented cans and sometimes I am charged for items but was never even given them. The service feels very lazy in contrast to other stores I've gone to

They would have an extra star if they didn't do this odd no bags at self checkout. Bagging is too inconvenient. Please find a better way to regulate bags!

I really think they need to stop charging 1$ for the carts. I think it's so dirty to handle coin money. It can't be that hard to manage the carts.

Not worth the time if you need just a few items. Fruits and vegetables are generally not A grade. Do not sell Halal meats and products. Carefully watch screen when clerk is scanning your items.

We have been going to this store for a long time.today, we decided to stay away from customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE - as your job title is, should be more polite otherwise change your line of work in there if you are not happy dealing with customers.so rude! Maybe SUPERSTORE should hire others who are willing to help and assist customers.

Today I went to your store to return 3 clothing items. I had my receipt. Tags were on. I was polite. The customer service associate was not. She was rude enough to attract the attention of her colleague, as well as the other customer being served. Apparently, I was guilty of being the 7th person to return something to the store today that originally purchased at a different location. Apparently she was done. She wasn’t going to take it anymore. She refused to process my return. I tried explaining that I was simply in the area, and my actions were not sinister. She said she ‘didn’t know what’s going on at Heritage’ but she wasn’t happy that they were putting items on sale that Country Hills wasn’t.
Firstly, I didn’t appreciate her disrespectful tone. It was not warranted and it was unprofessional. It embarrassed me into silence. I just gathered my things and left without a word. I promise I had nothing to do with the 7 people that came before me. And secondly, you may just have to entertain the possibility that returns are plentiful because Superstore’s policy does not allow customers to try on clothing (which doesn’t increase Covid transmission any more than any other activity in your
store if we are being honest). I have never, at any time had an issue returning anything. To any store. If there is a new policy, perhaps that should be made known.

Supervisor was being racist towards his own staff. Loblaws should train professionals for this job. Not anyone they can find through employee connections. This is not the image a supervisor should be giving to all customers around and making a scene for no reason.

I found my item of choice with ease. The hand carry shopping basket were out, however a staff member was able to get one ready for my use.

Great selection, great value.the place is always busy but well managed. Parking and carts are always available. Store is clean and well laid out. Staff and cashiers are always available and pleasant. Thank you Superstore team will be back on a regular basis.

Problem with this store is that, there are too many people who work there that don’t speak english and don’t care about customer service. If you are southeast asian then you will get all the attention when asking for help in produce/meat/fish department.

This store has minimal organic produce.

Cashiers don’t clean and sanitize check outs after every customer. The store doesn’t have many sanitizer dispensers, even when they know people who shop at this store don’t sanitize when they go in, touch everything and then put items back!

This store is always packed. It seems no one is keeping count making sure the correct number of patrons with the covid restrictions are adhered to. No one enforces distancing etc. Staff are hard to find and when you do see them, they look irritated and are shoving past you to get to whatever it is they need to do next.

If your looking for perennial plants or annual plants they have great prices. I got some great deals on them. Also if you want tomato plants they have them too. I find living in Calgary that Early Girl tomatoes grow the best They are always getting shipments in so I highly recommend them to everyone for great prices on plants.

Very bad experience specially when I buy meat products, not fresh, stinnky. I returned meat products two times due to bad smell. They sell expired meat!

Organized and easy to return many Asian stuff but I couldn't buy one thing that they used to have (small size of rooster sweet rice) and some of stuff's prices are more expensive than Walmart. However I love PC organic food!

If you've been to know before, it's a lot like that. If you haven't been to one before, it's big, no sparkly novelties, reasonable prices. It's where we choose to do our 'big shop' and pick up our novelties elsewhere. It's seems the most economical option, though it's a little depressing in there

The food selection is huge, and lots of checkout lines. The staff are hit and miss with their knowledge of where to find products. Would love to have their app tell your what row and section to find a product. (Like Home Depot)

The managers of this store should hire more employees instead of overworking their existing employees to the point were minor skirmishes happen between those overworked and stressed out employees and customers. This place is never short of customers (even in the pandemice) which means they shoud not be short of money to hire more employees.

The place is clean and covid 19 safety measures are in place. The prices are lower than average and you can find almost anything there. But the quality of some fruits and vegetables are not high sometimes. Since the place is always busy, you can find some missing products in the isles oftenly.

I was there today and it was a going show.

There's no way they were operating at 15% capacity as required by alberta regulations.nobody cared to leave 6 feet and the checkout line went past the bakery and all the way to the eggs/dairy. Busiest it's been in about 6 months.

I'd go somewhere else, and I will be.

Insanely busy for covid. There was nobody counting how many people went in or out but there were easily hundreds. So many people you couldn't get down some of the aisles or walk in a straight line without being run into.

Didn't have what I wanted but I noticed the staff doing sanitizing were wearing red shirts. Throw back to the red shirt crew on the USS Enterprise.

What can anyone say bad about their local grocery store? It's great! And you can tell that the neighbourhood agrees because the produce is always fresh!

This place is too big. If you miss something it will take you 15min just to find your way back. They should give you a map at the door.

Only reason why I’m giving a 5 star review is because of Agata.
Customers and I waited at customer services for 10 minutes with no one by the till, a lady came and said I have to use the bathroom then I’ll help u guys. 5 minutes go by for her to tell me to ask someone else which I did and then they said ask another lady then she said in the back. Wow helpful. No. Then I asked Agata and she helped me wonderfully, she even grabbed the scanner to find my item which she found for me. She looked busy working but yet she took her time to help me find what I was looking for. Thank you once again Agata.

Very large selection, staff knowledgeable and friendly. *Staff were not wearing masks while placing produce on selves. Checking out took minimal time, they don't rush you to place your groceries in bags or anything while the next customers waits.

The only reason I still shop here is because it's cheap. Every single time I'm in there is an error on my transaction and I have to wait in line with customer service.
