Pc express review: Great location, great parking space and usually filled Isles. PC express service here needs a lot of improvement. I’ve used them twice. The delays are pretty bad, I had to wait for an hour after my time slot and it totally defeated the purpose of express service. The other time the customer services person I spoke to suggested I go home and return at a later time though I was within the window period. My low rating is exclusively for PC express, not the in-store experience.
Real Canadian Superstore is my go to Grocery store! I love coming here as a one stop ingredient store! The President choice brands and in-store brands help me save money on my purchases! I also like the free item deal they offer when you spend more than a certain amount in store. Keep up the great work and prices competitively lower from all others!
Worst pharmacy experience, lines are long, you cannot get thru on the phone, they purposefully don't pick up the phone. You can't get your prescription, after a week of trying to call, stand in line. I am giving up and moving my prescriptions elsewhere.if you are looking for a place to go - do not go here.
Shelves are a mess, tons of empty spaces, prices aren’t matching the items, expired moldy soft cheese, the list goes on. This store could be great, but clearly needs a lot of help.
STOP SELLING OVERPRICED, ROTTING PRODUCE! I'm so sick of yours and Loblaws' bull. Almost half a bag of potatoes in the compost because they're moldy and rotting. Pricetags missing throughout the store. Do better with our money!
Since the manager Dave was replaced, the fish counter has taken a nose dive. Fish is now not infrequently spoiled & decomposing whilst within several days of the use by date.
Moreover, yesterday I found 30% off packs of bad smelling "fresh" organic chicken thighs in the chiller that were leaking foul liquid on supposedly good packs of chicken.
There appears to be a management issue regarding sanitary & safe handling of food at this store.
A very large store. I went injuring their stampede breakfast, very busy probably not the best time to have visited. Everyone from the cashiers to the staff on the floor, were extremely helpful and friendly.
This store staff is usually great, but the customer service representative I interacted with today was quite rude. I believe her name was Rinkal. It shouldn't be hard for someone working in customer service to be at least somewhat pleasant to the customers when working at the Customer Service counter.
Best superstore around. Been a regular here for years and the management team really has it figured out. Staffing levels and stock is always great. I’m always able to get in and out whether that be finding things easily or getting through a checkout fast.
Also. I’ve never had a bad cashier here. Every single experience is awesome and the customer service and smiles are always the best! Lifelong customer here.
Really disappointed this morning to have to ask for sanitising products to clean the shopping cart. Had to seek out hand sanitizer too since the self serve cleaning station at the entrance was depleted. With Covid related hospitalisations rising in Calgary and the healthcare system under massive strain, I'm really saddened to see that my local trusty Superstore appears to have stopped caring about the well being of its loyal customers. Yeah, so I ran out of gas and pushed my car here 1 minute before the gas bar closed. The "gentleman" getting paid to be lazy, closed the gas bar a few minutes early and it turns out that I pushed my car here for no reason. He didn't offer to help or make any phone calls for me, instead, after I mentioned I was out of gas and out of options he simple gestured me away with a smirk on his face. The smirk wasn't there before I told him I was out of fuel. I wasn't expecting him to move hell and earth for me. I wasn't even mad he closed the pump early. I hurt my ankle building momentum to get over the terrible humps in their WW1 Paschendale parking lot only to be mocked. Hey, thank you sir! I couldn't read your name because you had no name tag, but if I see you, I'll be sure to pay it forward.
Superstore is okay, I guess. The Mobile Shop is the only reason I even go to Superstores, since there aren't too many deals on groceries compared to Walmart.
I used to live in this neighbourhood so I thought it would be like every other Superstore, I was wrong. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a Superstore or a grocery store for that matter. This location should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Gas bar and Liquor store included in this review, I also went to both.
I think COVID has sensitized me to overly crowded spaces. People were sooo close to one another here - i think they get the capacity boost from the nearly empty home/pharmacy/toys side and everyone crams into the food aisles. The tills are very congested - really they should let both belts operate to get people out faster
So disappointing experience, yesterday Monday 6th of June around 1 pm, I went to pick up something that I ordered online and the big lady behind the counter at the customer service didn't like the fact that I disturbed her from the chit chat, she was struggling breathing and came with a superior attitude after I told her that she gave me the wrong item, not the one that I have ordered online, kept telling me to call a number to ask for a refund. It is not my fault that you have health problems or that you have a bad day, but you definitely can use some manners and maybe one day you realize that because customers like me you have a job.
I love to buy grocery in superstore they have cheaper pricing and fresh produce! Most of the things I need are just in here, one stop shopping! Pc points is a huge factor in saving as well!
FOR ROOSTER KIMCHI FANS! For anyone frustrated with superstore not stocking up Rooster Kimchi for several months, you can find the exact same kimchi at T and T. It is packed in the same plastic container but with a different brand name called "Maat kimchi". And its a bit more expensive for the same stuff. But it is really a good kimchi. And superstore, we really dont need such a big aisle only for tofu. Please get us some kimchi!
Inconsistent, sometimes they're good but yesterday its 40 mins to pick up a click and collect order. Would have been so much faster to do myself. Disappointing: - (

I do not feel I should have to pay for a cart especially during this covid. Disappointed that as usual no pickled cottage roll. Disappointed no Pillsbury biscuits on the shelf. Wasted my time going there so walked out without buying anything but lottery tickets. Unhappy I am.
All items, especially fresh produce, that is not GMO generic is overpriced and on par with other mainstream grocery stores. Do not look for any savings here when you purchase your basic groceries.
Vegetable prices are very high compare to the fair market price. You must buy anything, otherwise, you can't leave with your cart. They will embarrass you with door alarms and other ways.
Today I made purchases in a store and I realized that everything is badly distributed, for example: 2 juice sections, 2 bread, among other products. I asked for a weighing machine and the workers sent me in the opposite direction and when I found it, it did not work. This store needs to improve in many ways.
I usually have had a good perception of this Store but today I had a bad experience. I made a big purchase, one of the largest I've made so far. The cashier got overwhelmed by the amount of articles, even though she was nice and polite, she seemed to have a rush to get rid of me. She didn't scan my PC Optimum card and I lost a considerable amount of points. I contacted PC Optimum and they refused to add the points afterwards. Disappointing.
For the 30 minutes I was in superstore today I witnessed 6 people blatantly not wearing masks. 3 of those people in the produce section open mouth breathing over the peppers, bananas, and strawberries.
Now I understand that this is the ignorance of those individuals choosing to do that but it is also the responsibility of superstore to ensure people are following law inside their property for the safety of myself and other paying customers.
Worlds laziest employees. I cant lift much and my husband had his arms full. We asked for help out to our car as we grabbed everything but our 34 pack of water and they told us to go to customer service. If we could make it to customer service why would we ask for help? It would have been much easier for them to walk the 25 feet empty handed then for us to struggle trying to carry everything to them.
