This location's checkout lines are getting WORSE. 3 out of 10 cash registers open with at least 5-6 people in line at each the self checkout line is incredibly longer.

I see lots of people stocking items but hardly anyone can actually help a customer.

What happened to customer service?

Sourdough bread is amazing - wonderfully flavourful and chewy (but not too chewy). Good quality, well priced. Two thumbs up to the bakery

Usually quite good as it is not normally very busy. Went on a Sunday this week and found many of the shelves to be empty particularly in the fridge (yogurt) and freezer sections.

The store itself is fine but you never get your reward points. I've tried both self check out and thru the cashier. No points. And the fact that the reply is to call customer service is beyond disgusting. Fix the problem.

This was my first & last time coming to this location. I asked a worker if I could get some help they sent me to the wrong isle at first they said they were busy but clearly they weren't as they were just standing there. Never have I dealt with such rude workers & Supervisor or not sure if that was the manager. When she first came up to me she was already making a stink look towards me, and then she waited by me like I was going to steal my groceries and wouldn't even provide me with a receipt. I will definitely be telling all my minority friends to be careful especially our indigenous peoples. This needs to stop. Learn the true history before looking down on someone who is supporting your business. DO BETTER SUPERSTORE. Smh not a happy customer. Let's see if they actually keep this post up. Rude, ignorant, and racist.

Not sure why but the person named Carol that helped us today in register #1 came off pretty rude. Hope her mood gets better though.

It's a typical Superstore experience. Hard to find help, prices were scanning in wrong. It all worked out, but only after being there 15 minutes longer than I needed to be.
Pro tip: use self checkout.

Worst click and collect experience I ever had. Made us wait 45 minutes for pick up after my order was an hour and a half late then tell me they gave it away to another car by accident. They already charged my card for it and when I called to get it refunded was told I would have to come back in or wait 21 days to recieve one. No sincere apology or offer to get my food the next day. Now I'm out $175 for the next week at least and with no food for my family. Terrible customer service, would not recommend this store.

The slowest PC Express I’ve used in the city (significantly slower than Signal Hill, East Village, and Southport). Be prepared to wait a minimum of 20 minutes after arriving and calling to confirm your slot number.

PC Express was short staffed. Brandon made sure I was aware of a possible delay. He was very polite.

Had the best experience with the pc express, order was fulfilled perfectly I have been using this service since beginning of pandemic and cannot express how kind the pc express staff and how they go above and beyond for their customers always. Hopefully store recognizes their departments hard work and gives them more hours such spectacular staff bravo!

Great parking, spacious entrance, and close to the highway. Pretty much every thing I look for in a grocery store

Good prices, good selection but produce is pretty much all imported and of mediocre quality. Clean.

They only have one set of doors being used due to the pandemic. I felt bad watching a elderly man hike to the pharmacy. Makes more sense to have the doors closest to the pharmacy open and close the others.

It's a busy Superstore. Parking isn't bad but beware that only the left side of the store is open for extrance/exit.

The store is very spacious and organized. Stock is plenty and shelves are packed full. We never had an issue finding sale product or regular produce.

We liked the square footage of Joe Fresh. We find some Superstores have smaller footprint for Joe Fresh. We love the selection and variety especially for kids clothing.

Also a pleasant surprise is Tim Horton inside near the left entrance.

I always go to this superstore. Staff there are so kind and also willing to help there customers and they are patient as well.

I have used their click and collect service a few times and every single time I get rotting items, things I did not order or items I paid for are not there when I get home and unpack everything. I picked up an order yesterday and was missing 10+ items that I was still charged for, 30% of the provide was rotten and a substitution they made (that I requested they remove) was added to my bill but never received.
When you’re given a bag of sweet potatoes that are so rotten that they are liquid and dripping all over your car and house, there’s a problem.

Awful service. Would not recommend. Go to save on foods. Same service for free and they don’t give you their rotten inventory.

Super disgusted by the fact I bought pre made nana bread that came with hummus and the lid said April 2021 but the hummus had expired by a month and expired in March I wish they would take more care in food and have there employees pay more attention I don’t suggest buying anything pre made if you do check both dates.

Waited 73 minutes for my "express" order pick up after being told it would be out in 15 mins. I called 3 times after that only to be told that they need 10 more mins. Thanks for lying to me and wasting the limited time that I have to be home with my family.

Great selection and clean store. Some of the aisle markers could use some work. Took me quite some time to find the chocolate covered almonds which were in the front aisle closest to the checkouts and not with the rest of the candy/sweets.

If you go in their elevator or bathroom it will seriously concern you in regards to their cleanliness. I took home sushi, brave soul that I am, that was made the day I was there (yesterday) and it was not very good at all today for lunch. I think they relabelled it as it appeared to taste many days old. The clothing area was clean with lots of choices, why I bumped it up to two stars.

Opens early, 7am. Go then for easy shopping. Watch the pricing. Many items are discounted if you buy multiples and it's the multiple price that is shown in larger numbers. Hint, wear your glasses! Also, watch the price paid for items at checkout. The shelf price and what you are charged can vary. Customer service is great at refunding for mistakes but again, watch the multiples pricing and limits on items.

Friendly staff, bright spacious environment, fresh bakery and produce. Lines are not too bad at all and even on Saturday!

This is my favorite location! It's huge, almost always stocked and tills are usually staffed and your not stuck in a line for 40 minutes.

Some cashiers really need better customer service skills.
I bring in my own bins and never put my vegetables in plastic, just in the bins. As a person who works for the environment it's a no brainer right?
For Doris to argue with me that the roasted chicken NEEDS to go into their plastic bag, was really not cool. I told her no. She argued to where I told her NO louder and grabbed my chicken and placed it in my bin. Really? I'm not driving to Toronto. My chicken is fine in the bin for my 5 minute drive home. Thanks

Big super store. Can get fresh vegetables and fruits. Economical shopping than other places. Often get stuff on reduced prices.

This superstore frequently changes the places of their groceries and doesn't stock it's shelves well

The absolute best of the best of the best customer service. Kim the store manager was friendly, professional and very helpful! Best best best! I couldn't thank her and the whole customer service staff for being great!

I was at the self checkout and forgot my wallet. The cashier offered to pay for my groceries. Totally blown away.

Easy to navigate but staff don't know where to locate items, eggs area is filthy with broken eggs all the time, under shelves is very dirty (kids frequently throw things just under the shelves lol)

I bought a new kettle last night, luckily I got a different kettle than what I had paid for. My day got better after knowing that the kettle was used. Good job on checking returned products.

The store is well kept clean and organized the problem is when you get to the tills there’s never an express till open anymore.

My husband and I loves to shop here because it has a lot of choices, and has a variety of asian products.

Big. I like the variety and all of the extras like small appliances, kitchen items and clothes etc. However outrageous celery prices due to new diet trend and supposed shortage. Often out of fresh cilantro

It a Superstore that constantly moves stuff around so you can not find it, I avoid shopping here as much as possible!

The men's public washroom needs a make over.
The auto taps are pathetic the auto hand dryer is pathetic. I have even seen the Sushi guy walk out after using the washroom and not bothering washing his hands. Boooooo

I love Superstore. The best selection of all foods especially the variety of ethnic foods that you can’t find at other mainstream supermarkets. The prices on everything is amazing. Best anywhere. I know people that don’t like it but I’m pretty sure they haven’t been there, they just are repeating what other people say and are obviously paying too much at other places that don’t offer the selection

This particular Superstore is mostly driving me crazy. It's always packed with people, I have a hard time finding the items I need, last time I went they ran out of eggs (?), the signage in some food aisles is incorrect. I go there a couple of times a month to save time while I'm waiting for my kid to finish sports practice, but I'm not sure it's working.

This superstore is so giant and it has everything you could possibly need or want. Like other superstores, it has groceries, a clothing section, toys, etc. Clean store and really friendly staff

They make sure that you don't leave disappointed everything is fresh everything is available I don't mind to spend hours there picking up my groceries and my home tools

The lady in charge of the self check-outs on April 14 at 7: 20pm was very rude. She was accusing me of stealing a 94cent ;baguett and taking off a 30% sticker on it.
This is unacceptable and she needs to be trained with better customer service skills.

Price labeling on sale items is misleading.customer service lady was quite rude when i returned items i was overcharged for.

I love super stores in general. One of the best super stores I have been to & by the way, its too far from where I live, so I have only been here twice. If you live in the NE, the one by McKnight the best, but don't expect to find Milk out there. Usually you con't find any:)

Big store, has pretty much everything. Better selection than smaller groceries for some specialty foods. A little hard to find things sometimes. Can get crowded during busy times. Good prices.

I find the staff at this store are terrific and shop here often as I use the gym upstairs. What frustrates me constantly is that their shelves are not restocked regularly. I have been waiting for a particular coffee to be restocked for six weeks. It is not out of production as every other SuperStore seems to have it and I can find it at other shops as well. This seems to happen to basic items that they should not have trouble restocking - I have had it happen with spices, paper products, cleaning products and quite a number of other things. And once something does run out, it takes weeks to fill the shelves again. It is frustrating to have to make a second stop for just one item.

My son worked here and people have spat at him, swore at him. The guy said he wud put a bullet at the back of his head. When a lady intervened, the man spat at her too. To top it all security was never available and the management did nothing whatsoever. No dignity for workers. He quit. Those people should have been charged for assault.

My experience at Superstore has been, up to this point, completely satisfactory. I go in, get my groceries, pay for them, and don't think a whole lot more about it. I'm now shopping with small children and it is always a bit of a panic to try to box and bag everything in the minimum amount of time, but I accept this.

Today was bizarrely different.

Today (2pm, Checkout #3, Feb 16,2019) found myself in a an infuriating situation where the cashier must not have been happy with my efficiency in boxing the groceries that I had, and kept her finger on the button that advanced the conveyor belt-which had the affect of compacting all of my groceries against the stop at the end of the conveyor. This would have been merely annoying if all the bread and eggs were not at the end!

I looked at her and clearly asked her to stop advancing the conveyor as it was crushing my items.and.she gave me a big dumb half-smile and continued to press the button! Again I asked, "what are you doing, you are crushing my groceries, stop it", and I got the same vacant half-smile. She kept doing it, in what I can only presume was her attempt to exercise her control over the situation.

I got half-way out of there, then turned around and went back to customer service with my kids in tow, and gave the on-duty manager a 5 minute rant where I told her that i had the expectation that the cashier would not try to crush the eggs and bread that I had just purchased. She was in agreement, and didn't seem surprised when she found out the specific employee, and said she would deal with it. But this stopped short of her offering to replace any of my squished items - though in fairness to her I could have been a bit fierce in my condemnation and she may have thought the situation hopeless.

Anybody's guess what is going on there, but this is a clearly disgruntled employee. Maybe Superstore should try to make peace with her, or suggest another line of work - though I'm at a loss to think of a career where the customers want to pay to be treated badly.

Really enjoying the personal deals right to the phone through the app. Makes it easier for a quick in and out and saves money

Very convenient location to get to. Late hours. Lots of parking. Liquor store is across the parking lot. Great staff that is knowledgeable and has been there for a long time. Great place to go grocery shopping. This location has great cooking classes and a Goodlife gym (women only). And now also a Tim Horton's inside the store!

Always my go to for groceries. Good prices. Good quality. Its really busy on weekends but they have every till open so we never have to wait to long! You have to bad yourself which can be annoying but it does improve efficiency that way so cant complain to much.

Great produce and selection! I've always had positive interactions with the staff at the checkout. I wish I didnt have to pay for a shopping cart though, as I rarely carry change.
