Real Canadian Superstore

Came in at 9 pm on a Saturday and I was looking for vegan corn ribs, a guy who was stocking in one of the aisles walked around and neither of us could find them, I carried on and 5 minutes later he came to find me with the item I was searching for, I was amazed that he cared enough to take the time…. In a world where customer service is non existent he went above and beyond and he was so friendly. I’ve not always had the greatest experience at superstores but I will always go back to the airdrie location now!

Well that's changed. No medical no pharmacy. No cream, ridiculouprices. No points on 140 dollar bill.

Bought a 5kg box of frozen chicken breasts a couple weeks ago. Opened it today to find that it was mislabeled and the box contains legs and thighs. Was told by customer service that nothing can be done.

This store is very clean, well stocked, and organized. Sometimes the produce isn’t as fresh or readily available as we like (yams and bean sprouts), but otherwise the prices and selection are ok. The staff are very friendly and professional! It would be nice if they finally opened the other entrance; it hasn't been available for use in years. I was waiting for a prescription at the pharmacy, so i thought I would save time by purchasing my groceries during the wait, but it felt redundant because I had to go back and forth all the way across the store both to get my prescription then get back out to my car. Please open your second entrance; your customers will thank you!

Some of the value, pricing and products we need. Hard to go by Airdrie without stopping at RCS! Tonight we found the 5lbs of beets and squash we needed for the special dinner we are planning.

Drove 1/2 hour to get to the store by the closing time posted at 11: 00!
It closed at 10: 00
Maybe SOMEONE COULD PAY ATTENTION!

Absolute clown show in here. Staff have no clue where they are or whats going on.weasels all over the place

No sign post at cosmetics/body lotion.
Had to look for a $5 lotion for 20mins because there was no sign to indicate which is which.
Same happened to other families.
Pls look into it

Anything you need in groceries you can probably find it here they also have a great international section which can provide what you need to make that special dish

Fruits prices here are generally much more than AirDrie walmart. Don't be doped by the price displayed at bottled water crates. They charge you extra for bottles.

Clean, easy to navigate, and reasonably well stocked with ethnic staples being somewhat easy to find.

A little irrated with this place. Do the self checkout and you have to pre-purchase your bags now. Like what, you're being robbed blind for the price of a plastic bag? And the guy monitoring it all couldn't be bothered to come and give you bags.with the amount of money I spend here it is a bit irritating

It's a bit of a pain trying to find the good deals and they frequently are out of stock on sale items.

It's a superstore. Prices are decent. Location is convenient. Not the cleanest or most organized store though.

Clean and well stocked. Foot traffic was also good for the time that I was there. Surprised that you need to ask for bags when self checking out. Guess people are stealing. 05 cent bags now?

Great selection of ready made foods, liquor store across the parking lot for convenience! Close to the Days Inn Airdrie where I stayed.

Absolutely fantastic. Danny made the table side banter experience and Maria made the food unforgettable. Drive there from Calgary or wherever for a nice road trip and great food.

Terrible store layout. Hard to find an employee and hard to find anything at all. Who would design a store like this?

Staff seem to have better things to do than help you. Love the store and the prices, but the staff make the trips unpleasant.

I suggest you get your merchandisers to go around that store and check stock for expired products. I brought back muffin mix that had expired at the end of May (I bought it mid June) the first one I grabbed had a good expiry date on it, so I just grabbed a second one thinking the dates would be the same.yeah.no. Yesterday while shopping, I saw products that expired back in April still on shelves. Maybe your grocery staff needs to be trained on FIFO (first in, first out) procedures. Also, I think the produce staff needs some training on how to store produce. The quality is unacceptable. $7 for strawberries that are rotting, green and white fuzzy mold growing off of them. I find this store isn't stocked as well as other stores either. I'm beginning to think that I need to find another grocery store to shop at that cares about the quality of the products they're selling.

First time here, but found it to have more vegan items that I find in Sherwood Park. Plenty of space to move around in.

I don't feel safe what so ever I see shoppers not wearing masks no social distancing or cleaning like in the beginning this is worse than the first wave

They have their seeds in right now. The only shipment supposed to be coming this year. Get them while they last.

Great store. It's in a nice area with a gas bar in the parking lot. Very large and spaced out, with large aisles. Probably the safest store in regards to covid. Also has a fit for less upstairs. So when that's open it's a great feature.

Grocery pick up was a breeze. One hour window and got everything we ordered minus one small mistake. All good. Friendly staff.

Only come here when the wife drags me. Not a fan of the coin operated shopping carts especially when they prefer plastic at the till.

I cant believe the varieties and food differences where abunant compared to Calgary Superstores very clean and such a huge Center. Shopping out there more

This place is very organized, all things are labeled. You can find things easily, saves lots of time.

Everyone is supposed to maintain social distance yet the employees in the produce aisle are not following this nor do they seem to care. I was in the aisle when one of the produce clerks came right close to me and did not care that he was 6 feet away and did not give me a chance to move away. This is unsafe behavior and did not make me feel safe shopping in the store.

This was one of the easiest layouts to follow of any superstore I've been in. Easy to find everything.

I usually visit West Hills superstore but was on the Airdrie this time. This one is huge! Clean, spacious, easy to find things and I really enjoyed a no crowd situation like in Calgary.

A combination of great prices plus price matching. Specialty products are harder to find but there are still some available

What a horrible shopping experience. The once almost sensible shelf arrangements have been turned into a confusing mess, leaving multiple shelves almost empty and canned fruit next to energy drinks!

Busy place. Parking lot is under construction and the overall infrastructure is the pits but the price matching is hard to beat. Bagging groceries isnt my favorite thing, and they could use a few more open cashier lanes during peak hours however the overall experience is pleasant. My favorite part of the experience at the till. "Do you need any bags? " No. Id like to carry everything individually and one at a time to the car thanks

Good store. They have a variety of great products here, and the store is a great size for their directory its very easy, and the staff here are pretty decent. Good experience here.

I shop here often for convenience as I use the gym upstairs. This store is sooooooo bad for having the incorrect pricing show up at the register! For example, today is save double the gst on all Joe Fresh clothing. I get to the register, my tshirt scans incorrectly. The cashier fought me saying it is only certain clothing - ummm yea, all Joe Fresh. Lol. She called customer service and they had to come and fix it. This may seem like something small however, this happens EVERY time I go there. It so fustrating! I told customer service my concerns afterwards and all she had to say was, “sorry, we are working towards electronic pricing. ” Pleaseeee check your receipts!

5pm on a Tuesday in July. No white hamburger buns. No club pack of ground beef. Regular, lean or otherwise. I would suggest that if 2 different departments cannot provide basic everyday items there is a problem.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. K. J has the most horrendous attitude towards mothers with young children. I will not be shopping at this location ever again!

Decent deals, good selection. I find that quite a few of the front end staff to be unprofessional and rude

Stopped on on my way through town and appreciated all the ideal road snacks in an aisle right by the cash registers! It's like they know! It was clean and welcoming.

I really enjoy shopping at the Superstores but this one is my favorite. I have found in the city (Calgary) that they are way to busy but this one is perfect at any time of day

I go there to shop and use the medical walk in they upstairs. They have lots of good deals at this store and they also have a sort of cafe where you can buy chicken and wedges and pizza etc.etc.etc. It is good and so is the price.

Bit below average Superstore. Bit unorganized from the carts outside to the messy shelves inside. Did do its purpose and we eventually got what we needed.

Great produce, decent selection for most groceries. Nearly unbeatable in price. I just can't give anywhere that locks up their carts a 5 star. Only thing that I really don't like about superstores

Used to be great but now the PC express pickup team is high out of their minds all the time, today we had a order where almost all options they put substitutions for unrelated items and when we went in to check the missing items all of them were in stock.
Lazy staff and even many of the people working the express are not meant to be and openly admit that the employees for it just don't come into work or are no where to be found when they do.
This is a bad store manager issue and hope they start caring again or get replaced.
