Real Canadian Superstore

Having shopped at Superstore since I came to Canada over 20 years ago, my children and family have all known this store for years. Then a new manager and assinstant manager come like the man in the photo and loyalty, family store as they advertize and are, these values are disrespected but this type of employee who dont stop and help the elderly, they build yiur store. The grandchild keeps it going. Training of managers is important but weed out the bad ones. Guys, you have a family business. Keep it that way.

This is one of the worst superstores when it comes to attitude of the staff. There used to be good produce but not anymore. You can use the self checkouts if you have less than 25 items but it is written in such small letters and the grumpy check out clerk was super rude! Not going there again!

Pretty good now. Their sushi bar is exceptional. I wish they had barbecue eels tho. They used to unconstitutionally asked people if they have mask and sometimes even refused service altogether. But now they just have it up as mandate (not law), and they don’t place a clerk there asking you to put a mask on. So as much as it’s not an option… they don’t refuse service now. I saw quite a lot of people not wearing it and they said they didn’t get harassed by the clerks. Feels like the majority has caught onto the suspicion that they’re ineffective.
Their selection is good. Next best to Costco. Superstore almost has everything
It doesn’t get insanely busy, even during rush hour, so I can shop comfortably.
The prices have gone up, as expected. But superstore is probably still one of the cheapest. With the hyperinflation, grocery bills have gone up. But superstore I can manage.
It’s super close to where I live; but I’d still go to other superstores if this one shuts down or something.

This grocer has been our primary place to shop for the past 15 years. It makes sense to go all in with the PC Optimum program, get the PC Financial Master Card and fill up with gas at the Mobil gas stations which are affiliated. We also shop at Shoppers Drug Mart which uses the same program. This gets you points fast to use on groceries and their online marketplace. This brings the cost of groceries down and makes them more affordable.

Great place for grocery shopping and home stuff. Affordable price, maximized packages and wide choice of products. Definitely a stop for groceries.

The produce manager is an extremely rude person. Asked him to bring up a box of plantain (they're stored out back and not available to customers typically) to the front as I was just down the road. He kept talking over me and wouldn't let me finish. I told him I'd report him to the store manager for being so rude and he said "Report me then! " And slammed down the phone. The store manager didn't care either.

Great place to shop. Spacious and COVID-conscious. Slightly more pricey than other grocer but they stock a variety of food, vegetables and household essentials so I shop there often.

A consistent shopping experience that allows you to shop with confidence that you are getting the best price everytime no matter which of their stores you choose. Plus they are all have the same layout so you always know where everything is!

Usually has what I need at a reasonable cost though their stock varies. The lines at the till are a bit annoying but not too extreme. In truth, the main problem is all the people shopping there at the same time some of whom are quite disrespectful but that's more an issue with their customers and the stress on everyone through the pandemic then it is of the store, if anything it's commendable of the employees that they are able to tolerate their customers.

The best Superstore location I've been to, out of both in Calgary and the Lower Mainland in BC! Super clean and well organized. Friendly staff, too. Will go here from now on.

I Love this Superstore. The employee cashier Gabe is great. He provides excellent costumer service, is attentive and always has a great sense of humour. Keep up the great work!

I started shopping at this location due to convenience of being close to work, and every time I use the human check out line I get excellent customer service! Very friendly staff and always willing to offer a smile and some extra effort for making small talk while waiting. Most of the time the shelves are stalked, but during COVID there is no guarantee of inventory for anyone. Overall, I like the service and selection, the five star is for your staff members for sure!

Girls in front very rude.tell you 20 minutes for prescription. 1 hour later dont have any till 3 days later. Dont answer your questions you have.

Usually busy, unless you go in the morning.usually Thursday mornings are the least busy. They have a lot of selection at reasonable prices. Most of the cashiers are quite friendly.

On line grocery order & pick up. They had everything I needed. Ordering was easy and pick up was straightforward.

Yesterday, I needed a prescription delivered to my home. I was on covid lockdown so I was unable to come into the store myself. I needed a delivery to my home. I was concerned as it was later in the afternoon and I was uncertain that I would get the medication that day.
A pharmacist by the name of "Terry" assisted me. Not only was she very helpful and professional, but she made sure that I received my medication on time.
I was so pleased with her service that I will probably switch some of my prescriptions over to Superstore pharmacy.
It is so nice to be treated with such kindness during these stressful times.

Hey, it's a store, nothing to profound. Get what ya need, and get out of there. I don't like shopping but I prefer to shop at a Canadian owned store, Not a store owned by a US conglomerate. Don't feel comfortable funding their dysfunctionality right now.

Love this superstore! Have been coming here for years now and the staff are always so friendly. Love the location and find this one always has everything in stock. Compared to some other superstores I find this one less busy which is great!

Definitely a hidden gem

Many empty boxes on floors in every aisle. Makes it hard to distance from other shoppers.it was packed with people at times in both directions in one aisle.

This is a store you do not go to if you wanna get in-and-out quick, way to big, find their prices a little bit on the high side as well.

Do not order grocery delivery from superstore! Back in October I wasn’t feeling well so I decided to do what I was asked and stay home. I ordered grocery delivery from superstore and never received my groceries.

I called the store and was told they sent the groceries with a third party delivery service that they had no way to contact.obviously not a great system! The store employee told me he’d speak to the manager and get back to me, I never heard back from them.

I followed up through the PC express customer service multiple times before finally hearing they escalated my issue for a refund, that could take up to 5 days.

It’s now January, several months later and I’ve yet to receive a refund! I’ve attempted to contact pc express customer service multiple times and received no response!

I’m a solo parent on a humble income, I wasn’t well so being responsible during the pandemic, I attempted to have my groceries delivered. Unfortunately, all I did was pay for so done else to get their groceries, something I assure you I cannot afford!

Selection is not as good as other locations and also was missing items from my PC Express order and after almost a month I still have not been reimbursed for the missing items. Unacceptable business practice.

I just don’t get it. Why do I always wait 45 minutes for a pick up? Charge more if you need to add staff. This is inexcusable.

Felt very comfortable shopping during these difficult times. Very clean store. Extensive choices in all categories.

It is a great shop. Fresh food in a large shop. Hard sometimes to find a specific product and I have to go few times around the shop to find it. I am happy they have the plan same layout in all locations. That helps a lot.

Scammers
I used there click and correct what a joke. First I was charged for ideams I never received and also missing ideams from my order. They also gave me chicken that says 29. On the chicken and charged 35.00 scam
When I called to complain the store manager stated that I would be refunding for the pop that I was charged for and the open cheese.
As well as the mix up on the chicken I would be refunding on my card in 10 days over the Easter long weekend. So today Easter Monday I get a call from the store he said I will only be refunded for 16.00 for the missing pop what a joke.
Out 80. To refunded 16.00
Never did get my points for spending over 250
Thanks again stupid very disappointed.
Horrible customer service

I no longer feel safe shopping here due to the amount of panhandlers that follow me out to my car. It’s especially unsettling when I’ve got my small kids with me.

I’m giving 3 stars because I like the store itself and there are some great staff who work here.

Always fresh produce, great selection and awesome prices. PC brand is hands down the best product supplement for brand name items. There oat O's are better than Cherihoe's. Try em u won't be disappointed!
PC points add up to around 50-70$ off groceries a month when i get gas and groceries.

Always check your receipt after shopping. Cashier Ella tried to charge me $16 for 1 barbeque chicken (cost of $8) and when I catch her, she send me do the customer service without apology.

We basically only shop for groceries at superstore. The selection of local and ethnic foods is massive.
The prices throughout the store are always much better than Safeway or Co-op. And PC points makes it all that much cheaper.

I like going to one store that carries basically anything you could want.

Normally well stocked, good selection of organic and international foods, as well as ready-made takeout

I'm on the Keto diet, so I like that i can get an entire case of nissin tonkotsu noodles here (30 packs)
